ADHD Routines - can't stand them, but can't live without them either.
2026/04/11
My ADHD routines... the ones I've fine tuned over the last few years have completely gone out the window this year. Two houses, no real routine in either of them, everything in flux — and after almost five years of coaching people through exactly this kind of chaos, I am very much in the thick of it myself. In this video I'm sharing what's actually been helping. Not the 4am cold plunge version. The real version — walks, yoga, watercolor painting, voice notes to friends. Small things that feel good in the moment and keep compounding over time.I also get into why I've stopped trusting the louder voices telling me it's not enough, and why meeting your most basic needs isn't a consolation prize — it's actually the whole strategy. If things feel a little squirrely for you right now too, this one's for you.
Stop trying to find your purpose and do this instead
2026/03/20
If you've been chasing a life purpose your whole life and keep coming up empty, this video is for you.I used to be convinced that purpose was something out there waiting to be discovered. So convinced, I quit my job, lost my work visa, packed everything up, and moved to India for three months to study yoga at an ashram. I was sure that's where I'd find it.I didn't.What I found instead — years later, sitting with this realization as I move into retirement — is that purpose isn't something you find. It's something you apply. And there's a really important difference. In this video I'm sharing what a very wise yoga teacher told me that I completely dismissed at the time, why the word "purpose" might be leading us all in the wrong direction, and what to look for instead — especially as we move into this next chapter of life. This one is for anyone who's ever felt like they were the only person who never quite figured it out.
ADHD masking - do you even know when you're doing it?
2026/03/06
🔗 Free Needs Assessment: https://hi.switchy.io/gw-b📖 Friendship Skills for Neurodivergent Adults" by Carolyn McGuire: https://hi.switchy.io/sB83 There's a difference between adapting to a situation and erasing yourself to survive it. I spent most of my life masking in every area — work, friendships, family — and I didn't even realize how deep it went until retirement forced me to ask: who's actually underneath all of this?Today I'm sharing what I've learned about the difference between adapting and masking, inspired by an incredible upcoming book by Carolyn McGuire called "Friendship Skills for Neurodivergent Adults." Plus a free needs assessment if you want to start figuring out what YOU actually need.If you've ever felt like you're performing just to get through the day — this one's for you.ADHD Resources & Coaching📩 Join my ADHD-friendly newsletter → https://hi.switchy.io/LxA1🎯 Work with me 1:1 → https://tally.so/r/mK512M📚 My ADHD productivity & planning tools → https://adhdfriendly.myshopify.com/collections/allA few favorite creator tools I use✅ FLOWN → https://hi.switchy.io/Liub✅ Notion → https://hi.switchy.io/hHSx✅ Descript → https://hi.switchy.io/RHx8✅ Flodesk → https://hi.switchy.io/UCYf✅ Shopify → https://hi.switchy.io/XKLy✅ Switchy → https://hi.switchy.io/hHSz✅ Creator MBA → https://hi.switchy.io/LsCO✅ Grow With Evelyn → https://hi.switchy.io/hHT7#ADHD #ADHDmasking #neurodivergent #unmasking #ADHDadults #mentalhealth #ADHDcoaching #selfawarenesscan
I had no idea I was in survival mode (once again, ADHD bites me in the butt)
2026/02/27
Have you been feeling like everything is just... harder lately? Like you're doing all the same things you've always done, but getting a fraction of the results — and running on empty in a way that a good night's sleep just doesn't fix? You're not imagining it. For a lot of ADHD women — especially those of us navigating perimenopause or menopause — there's a perfect storm happening right now. Dropping estrogen is quietly amplifying every ADHD symptom you thought you had under control. The state of the world is chipping away at your nervous system in ways you might not even be tracking. And life just keeps piling on.The result? Capacity collapse. And survival mode.In this video I'm getting honest about where I've been lately — the things I've let slip, the moment I realized what was actually happening, and the small but powerful shifts that are helping me find my way back. This isn't about productivity hacks or doing more. It's about recognizing when your tank is empty, understanding why that happens to ADHD brains specifically, and learning how to gently — and I mean gently — nurture yourself back to a place where you can actually function and enjoy your life again. If you've been white-knuckling your way through the days, minimizing your own needs to make room for everyone else's, and wondering why nothing feels good anymore — this one's for you. What you'll hear in this video:Why dropping estrogen hits ADHD women so hard (and why it can feel like being that struggling kid again)How chronic low-grade stress quietly drains your capacity without you noticingWhy pushing through actually keeps you stuck in freeze modeThe counterintuitive approach that actually worksSmall, real things that are helping me right now
When You Outgrow the Life You Built
2026/01/09
I took a break from this channel because I needed to get honest with myself. Over the last year, I realized I’d outgrown parts of my work, my identity, and even the version of myself I’d been performing for a long time… and I didn’t know what was next. In this video, I share: why my business and content started to feel flat what early retirement unexpectedly brought up for me the difference between creating as an entrepreneur vs creating as a creative how coping, performing, and adapting can blur your sense of self why this season feels less like falling apart and more like transformation This is a personal update, but it’s also for anyone who feels stuck in between who they were and who they’re becoming. This channel is changing.I’m changing. And I’m letting that happen out loud. If you’re navigating reinvention, identity shifts, burnout, or the urge to create something more honest… you’re not alone. Thanks for being here.Let’s talk about becoming in 2026.
That's a wrap on 2025!

How to *Finally* Figure Out What You Want in 2026
2025/12/05
In today’s episode, I’m talking about a completely different way to figure out what you actually want… not just for the new year, but for your whole life. If you’ve ever tried to think your way into clarity, this is your reminder that your body often knows the truth long before your brain catches up. I’m sharing how I’m navigating my own life transition — from testing out a new city to questioning what’s next in my work — and why the real answers only appeared when I stopped overthinking and started feeling. We’ll talk about:• How to tell the difference between joy and contraction• Why ADHD “starting and not finishing” is actually a strength• What Morgan Housel and Martha Beck taught me about trying things• A simple embodiment exercise that reveals your North Star• How to use your body to guide your decisions in 2026• Why your next chapter won’t come from logic… but from sensation

No one prepared me for the hormonal crash, the emotional whiplash, the memory changes, or the way your younger decisions come back around. So today I’m breaking down the truth about “old lady ADHD” — the stuff I wish someone told me at 35, 45, and honestly even 50. What I cover…• The estrogen cliff and why your ADHD symptoms can explode in midlife• Why cognitive changes hit harder for ADHDers• Emotional regulation in your 50s… and why Gen X was never taught this• How aging makes you “more yourself” (the lovely parts and the spicy parts)• The financial and health consequences of impulsive decisions in your 20s and 30s• Why midlife ADHD requires a total reboot of your systems and coping strategies This video is for you if…• You’re 35+ and noticing your brain changing• You’re in perimenopause and wondering if it’s ADHD or dementia• You’re younger but want to prepare your future self• You want tools, not shame• You’re navigating money, health, or identity shifts as you age• You want to feel like yourself again #midlifeadhd #adhdwomen #adhdmoms #perimenopause #hormones #adhdcoach #adhdcommunity #adhdfemale #adhdolderwomen #executivefunction
Overwhelmed & Procrastinating? How To Stop Abandoning Your Future Self
2025/11/21
If you live in a constant loop of “I am so overwhelmed” and “I’ll do it later,” this episode is for you. I am breaking down why ADHD brains get stuck in overwhelm and procrastination, what is actually going on behind the scenes with your executive function, and the specific behaviors that changed everything for me. We talk about the shame spiral that comes with never feeling caught up, why procrastination is not technically an ADHD symptom but shows up constantly, and how time blindness, low interest tasks and emotional dysregulation all team up to derail your day. Then I walk you through practical tools you can use right away, including a simple time awareness experiment, how to externalize your time management with alarms and prompts, and how to build a weekly planning rhythm that actually works for your ADHD brain. This is a small taste of what I teach inside my Distraction to Action productivity framework. If you want to feel less overcommitted, stop resenting your “past self” for saying yes, and finally know what to do with that never ending list of projects, press play.
I Stopped Impulse Spending with AI (ADHD-Friendly Money Coach)
2025/11/14
Click to Snag the AI Prompt If money has ever made you feel ashamed or “bad with numbers,” this one’s for you. I went from wrecked credit and impulsive buys to debt-free (except mortgage), fully funded retirement, and calm, values-aligned spending. In this video I show exactly how I use AI as my Money Coach to (1) pause impulsive buys before they happen, ( 2) review my weekly transactions without shame, and (3) plan long-term goals like retirement—ADHD-friendly and totally practical. What you’ll learn: How to set up an AI “Money Values Map” so your spending matches what matters A simple Decision Coach prompt to stop FOMO buys (courses, Insta finds, Amazon… yep) A weekly reflection routine using your Empower transactions (aligned / neutral / off-track) How I sanity-check retirement moves (Roth conversions, drawdown ideas) with AI—without outsourcing my brain Tools mentioned: ChatGPT (paid or free alternatives), Empower (for automatic transaction pulls), Bolden (DIY retirement planning).
I tried slowing down but my ADHD brain wasn't having it
2025/11/07
RESOURCES MENTIONED Function Health comprehensive lab panel I used My weekly planning video I tried to “slow down” because I was bored with my work… and it actually made me feel worse. In this video I share what six weeks of experimenting taught me about ADHD boredom cycles, nervous system dysregulation, and why rest can feel unsafe when your brain is stuck in go-mode. Why boredom hits every few years and makes us want to blow up our lives When “slow living” spikes anxiety instead of easing it The labs that clarified what was physiological vs psychological Gentle routines that actually helped my energy and mood How I’m rebuilding structure without white-knuckling productivity A kinder way to decide what to keep, tweak, or let go This video is for you if… You’re ADHD-ish and get bored with your work on a 2–5 year cycle Rest makes you antsy and you “can’t not do things” You suspect stress hormones are part of the picture You want calm structure and momentum without burning out You crave more humanity online and less performative hustle
how to *actually* REINVENT yourself (without being consistent)
2025/10/31
📚 My ADHD productivity & planning tools → https://adhdfriendly.myshopify.com/collections/all If you’ve ever looked at your life and thought, I can’t keep doing this, this video is for you. In this week’s episode, I’m sharing how to reinvent yourself — even if you’re inconsistent, impatient, or not naturally disciplined. I’ve reinvented my life multiple times: from a 210-lb high school dropout and bartender… to a coach, creator, and calm, grounded adult who actually loves her life. Inside this video, I walk you through the recipe that makes real reinvention possible — no overnight transformations, no fake “new year, new me” nonsense. Just the honest, practical, ADHD-friendly process that’s worked for me every single time. You’ll learn:💡 The single belief that makes reinvention possible🧭 How to get clear on who you actually want to become🪞 Why getting quiet helps you hear your own truth again💬 How to challenge the stories that keep you stuck🔁 The “one habit at a time” approach that actually lasts💨 Why letting go of things matters more than adding more🌍 The environment trick that accelerates change🕰 How to protect your time, energy, and focus while you evolve💫 And the mindset shift that makes persistence easy (even when consistency isn’t) Whether you’re changing careers, relationships, habits, or your entire identity — this is the guide I wish I had years ago. If you’re ready to reinvent yourself, this video will give you the tools, the belief, and the calm structure to start today. 2025/10/24

I'll cover: Why boredom can be a major trigger for ADHD brains, leading to a dip in motivation and productivity. My strategy for reigniting interest and finding joy in my work again. The power of learning and growing in public to stay accountable and connect with others facing similar struggles. How I'm making small, intentional tweaks to my business—like exploring new platforms and content formats—instead of a complete overhaul. My plan to slow down, be creative, and intentionally shift towards what truly energizes me by the end of the year. This isn't about quick fixes, but about understanding the unique challenges of ADHD burnout and finding sustainable ways to thrive.
