We examined a three pillar plan for achieving mental wellness, and wished Coco Gauff mental stability as she headed into the US Open as an African American Teen. Spoiler Alert: She did the damn thing the following day becoming the 4th American Female Teen to win a major, 3rd at the US Open, and 1st since Serena Williams did it in the early 2000’s.
