149: The Lost Boys
2026/09/28
Join us under the Santa Carla boardwalk for a leather-clad episode full of angst, blood, and sexy saxophone players. We’re hitching a ride on a motorbike to discuss Joel Schumacher’s neon-drenched 1987 vampire classic, The Lost Boys. Sleep all day, party all night, and see if you can make it out of the murder capital of the world before it takes a bite out of you.
148: Texas Chain Saw Massacre Part 2
2026/08/21
The podcast which you are about to hear is the second part of an account of the tragedy which befell a pair of two horror lovers, Mr. Craiggors and Ms. Melmoy, who unleashed a podcast on the unsuspecting masses on August 21, 2016. It is all the more tragic in that they were young. But, had they lived very, very long lives, they could not have expected nor would they have wished to see as much of the mad and macabre as they were to record that day. For them an idyllic summer afternoon conversation became a Splatter Chatter. The events of that day were to lead to another episode on one of the most influential films in the annals of horror cinema: Tobe Hooper’s The Texas Chain Saw Massacre.

Boos & Booze 14: Dreamcatcher
2026/07/17
We learn there's a reason Stephen King doesn't really talk about this story a ton...
146: The Burning
2026/06/20
Roll up your sleeping bags, grab your canoe paddles, and join as we head up to Camp Stonewater to toss another log on the fire and recount the twisted tale of The Burning, the once-maligned now beloved 80s slasher classic of urban legends and pranks gone wrong.
145: Amityville Part 2
2026/05/29
We’re heading back to Long Island to explore the most well-known adaptation of the supposed hauntings on Ocean Avenue, Stuart Rosenberg’s The Amityville Horror, starring James Brolin, Margot Kidder, and Rod Steiger.
144: Amityville Part 1
2026/04/24
Can you believe we've never actually covered an Amityville property? In part 1, we go into the actual horror: Ronnie DeFeo Jr's sextuple homocide of his family and the subsequent legal story. We also dive into some less actual horror: the absolutely made up story of the Lutz's experiences in the house a couple years later
143: A Nightmare on Elm Street 4: The Dream Master
2026/03/13
Grab your roach spray and your sidewalk chalk and join us as we tune into MTV to discuss A Nightmare on Elm Street 4: The Dream Master with our returning special guest Ms. Megan. Has daydreaming been the key to stopping Freddy all along? Let’s see what Dramarama has to say about that.
142: A Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors
2026/02/13
We welcome back special guest Ms. Megan to join us at Westin Hills Asylum for our discussion on perhaps the most beloved entry in the NIGHTMARE franchise, DREAM WARRIORS, directed by Chuck Russell and starring Heather Langenkamp, Patricia Arquette, Craig Wasson, and that rad Dokken song.
141: Scream 3
2026/01/23
Lights, camera, Ghostface! Hit up the craft services table and then join us as we discuss the troubled production of both the fictional Stab 3 and Wes Craven’s very real SCREAM 3. As always, this episode is 100% cotton!
140: Rare Exports
2025/12/19
Grab some gingerbread cookies, zip up your parkas, and don’t open that Advent calendar. It’s time to dig deep into RARE EXPORTS, an icy Finnish tale where the mythic meets the modern, Santa slays, and being on the Naughty List means far worse than coal in your stocking.
139: Witchboard
2025/11/21
Grab your carpenter’s hatchet and don your fringe jackets because it’s time to chat Ouija, secret figure eights, and straight men having bonkers sexual chemistry with Kevin Tenney’s WITCHBOARD, starring Todd Allen, Tawny Kitaen, and Stephen Nichols. Ready for some wildly 80s hair and emotionally unavailable dudes? We know we are.
138: Hell House LLC
2025/10/30

136: Alien Isolation
2025/08/29
We're in the midst of an Alien renaissance so we're joined again by friend of the pod and Splatter Chatter producer Colleen to dive in 2014's terrifying and groundbreaking video game Alien: Isolation.
