Why Manifesting Isn't Making You Happy
2026/09/24
What if the thing you're desperately trying to manifest is the very thing keeping you from feeling whole? Most of us were never taught this. We chase the house, the relationship, the money, and the business because somewhere deep down we believe that when it finally arrives, we'll finally be and feel enough. So we get it, and for a moment it feels incredible. Then the feeling fades, the emptiness creeps back in, and we set our sights on the next thing, convinced that one will be different. In this episode, I'm challenging everything you've been told about manifestation. I still dream big and I still want beautiful things for my life, AND I've learned that the energy you create from matters far more than what you're creating. When you manifest from lack, you'll never have enough. When you manifest from unconditional love, from already knowing you are whole, your desires become the cherry on top of a cake that was already delicious and beautiful. Once you stop needing your desires to make you whole, you become the woman they can't help but find. Head to www.melissaambrosini.com/713 for the show notes. The Missing Piece In Your Health You've Been Ignoring
2026/09/19
Your body needs at least 90 nutrients to function properly: 17 vitamins, 59 minerals, 12 amino acids, 3 fatty acids. Most of us are not getting close, and it is not because we are lazy or uninformed. It is because the soil growing our food has been stripped bare. Crops today hold 80 percent less of the compounds your body relies on to move nutrients into your cells than they did a century ago. That is the gap David Reid, founder of Manna Vitality, has spent his life closing, and in this episode he explains why something as ancient as shilajit can support your immune system, your skin, and your memory in ways most modern supplements cannot, and why swallowing a nutrient means nothing if your body never actually absorbs it. David did not arrive at this work from a lab. He arrived broken, burnt out, disconnected from himself, and stuck in a cycle of exhaustion and headaches that no amount of pushing harder could fix. That sent him searching from Egypt to Tibet to Mount Shasta, and what he brought back was not another pill to add to the pile. It was a way to get ingredients like shilajit and fulvic acid to actually reach your cells instead of passing straight through you. We get into what he calls the real foundation of health, where peptides fit into that picture and where they do not, and why what you put into your body today quietly becomes the life you are able to build on top of it tomorrow. 5 Money Habits Keeping You Broke
2026/09/10
You can want more money with your whole body and still be sabotaging it every single day, in ways so small and so habitual you don't even clock them as sabotage. It's in the way you talk about money when no one's listening. The number you round down instead of up. The tummy flip before you say your price out loud. In this episode I'm breaking down five money habits that could be the exact reason your bank account hasn't caught up to your ambition, and none of them are about how hard you're working. Your relationship with money was never really about money. It's about what you believe you're allowed to have, and most of us are carrying beliefs we've never once said out loud. I'm walking you through how to run a money belief audit, why I thank money every time I spend it, and the practice that gets you comfortable saying the number that used to make your stomach drop. This is the episode that gets you to stop apologising for wanting more. Head to www.melissaambrosini.com/711 for the show notes. How To Build a Personal Brand That Actually Stands Out
2026/09/04
If you're not building your personal brand on purpose, you're already being left behind. It's one of the most important things you can do in your business right now, and it has to be done with intention, not left to chance or hidden behind your work. That's exactly what this episode is about: how to take your story, your experience, and your voice and turn it into something people remember. To break it down, I brought in Rory Vaden: bestselling author, entrepreneur, speaker, and one of the most respected names in personal branding today. We uncover the biggest mistakes people make when building their personal brand, why cutting through the noise online matters more now than ever, and how to know which part of your story to lead with when you've lived through ten different chapters. We also get into the self-doubt and limiting beliefs quietly running the show behind the scenes, and how to move through them so you can finally step into the brand you're meant to have. This Daily Habit Is Blocking Your Manifestations
2026/08/28
Every day, without even realizing it, you're doing one thing that's quietly pushing away everything you want. Someone doesn't text back, you spiral. The kids melt down, you snap. Someone cuts you off in traffic, you lose it for the next ten minutes. And then you wonder why the same patterns keep showing up in your relationships, your business, your life. In this solo episode I take you inside what's actually happening in your brain and body the moment you get triggered, and why the 90 second window right after could be the most important 90 seconds of your day. Grounded in both ancient wisdom and neuroscience, I share the teaching that changed how I see every trigger that used to run me, and I walk you through the exact practice I created to interrupt the pattern for good. Learn this and you will respond differently to everything, and call in what you want a lot faster than you thought possible. Head to www.melissaambrosini.com/709 for the show notes. The Truth About Seed Oils Nobody Is Telling You
2026/08/21
Udo Erasmus nearly died from pesticide poisoning, and that experience became the foundation for decades spent studying fats, biochemistry and what the body truly needs to heal. In this conversation he breaks down the truth about Omega-3 and Omega-6, why your cooking oil might be doing more harm than good, and the ten-step approach to whole health he has spent a lifetime refining. If you've ever wondered what your body actually needs to thrive, this is where you start. Most of what you think you know about fats, nutrition and whole health is incomplete. Your body runs on essential nutrients most people were never taught to recognise, let alone protect, and the gap between feeling depleted and actually thriving often comes down to a handful of shifts almost nobody makes. The One Question That Will Change Every Relationship You Have | Michael Trainer
2026/08/14
Who gets a front row seat in your life? Not who you post about. Not who you have known the longest. The people who actually sit closest to you, who shape the way you think, the way you love, the way you show up in the world, whether you have chosen them consciously or not. Most of us are living with an audience we never actually auditioned. And that audience is writing the story of our confidence, our health, our relationships, our business, before we even realise the pen is in their hand. Growth is not just an inner shift. It is a social one. The moment you start becoming someone new, some relationships will stretch to meet you and some will not, and both of those things can be true without either person being wrong. This conversation is about learning to tell the difference between a season ending and a person leaving. It is about the radical, unselfish act of loving yourself first, so the home you build and the people you hold can feel it too. Head to www.melissaambrosini.com/707 for the show notes. 705: Life Update: Selling Our Home, Motherhood, Business, Homeschooling & More
2026/08/01
Some seasons don't ask you to adjust one thing. They ask you to rebuild the whole structure at once. That's where I am right now. We're selling our home, I've just finished breastfeeding Prince, and I'm rethinking how we educate our kids and what I want my business to look like next. So today I'm sharing it all, unfiltered. No script, no guest, just me answering the questions you've been sending for months, from what I eat in a day to natural birth control to body image to the manifestation practice I still use every day. If you've been curious what's actually going on behind the scenes of my life right now you are going to love this episode.  Join ICONIC Mastermind: www.melissaambrosini.com/iconic Head to www.melissaambrosini.com/705 for the show notes. 2026/07/24
What if the thing you've spent years trying to fix about yourself is actually your greatest asset? That's the question at the center of this conversation with Alexandra Wombwell-Povey, ADHD coach, entrepreneur, speaker, and mother. Alexandra takes us inside her journey to an adult ADHD diagnosis and how it rewired the way she sees herself, her business, and her worth. Whether you've been diagnosed, suspect you might have ADHD, or just want to understand how different brains work, this conversation will hand you a new way to see yourself. 2026/07/17
Can you really have it all, a thriving business, a beautiful family, your health, and time for yourself? This week I'm joined by Ashley Brock, founder of Paid Ads Marketing, entrepreneur, wife, and mama, who's proof the answer is yes, on your own terms. 702: The Hidden Habits Fueling Inflammation (And The Simple Fixes That Actually Work) | Dr. Will Bulsiewicz
2026/07/03
You can eat clean, move your body, and still feel exhausted, inflamed, and stuck in your own skin. That's not a willpower problem. It's usually a habits problem, and most of us have never been taught which habits actually matter. This week I'm back with Dr. Will Bulsiewicz, gastroenterologist, gut health expert, and New York Times bestselling author, to talk about his new book Plant Power Plus. We get into the everyday habits quietly driving inflammation, why so many "healthy" routines backfire, and how to build a body and a life that support you instead of draining you. This episode isn't about another health plan you'll abandon in three weeks. It's about becoming someone for whom health is just who you are. 701: What Postpartum Depletion Taught Me About Being an Ambitious Woman
2026/05/31
Have you ever been so deep in it that you didn't even realise you were in it? That was me with postpartum depletion. I didn't have the language for it. I just knew I was tired in a way sleep wasn't fixing, and I was holding it all together on the outside while quietly running on empty underneath. And here's what I've come to understand. This is not just a postpartum thing. This is an ambitious woman thing. So many of us have been pouring out for years and calling it normal. In this episode I'm sharing what that season taught me. Five nuggets of wisdom I wish I'd known sooner. We talk about the truth no one tells you about the basics, why the three-hour morning routine is a fantasy in a depleted season, what to actually do when "sleep when the baby sleeps" isn't an option, and why being deeply ambitious and deeply well were never meant to be opposites. This one is for the new mama. It is for the mother whose baby is now ten and still hasn't recovered. And it is for the ambitious woman who isn't a mother at all but knows exactly what it feels like to give everything and have nothing left for herself.
