The Book of Acts | When the Mission Becomes Uncomfortable
2026/10/25
What happens when God challenges the way we see people, our perspectives, and even our personal preferences?
As we continue our series, we see God working in two very different people: Peter, a Jewish follower of Jesus, and Cornelius a Roman centurion. Through their unexpected encounter, God reveals a powerful truth: The Gospel isn't reserved for a select few. The good news of Jesus is for everyone.
The Book of Acts | Jesus, My Defender
2026/10/18
What do you do when you're misunderstood, falsely accused, or facing opposition for your faith?
When Stephen was brought before the religious leaders, he didn't make his defense about himself. He pointed them to Jesus.
Stephen's story reminds us that not everyone will understand or receive the truth of the Gospel. But even in the face of rejection, we can remain faithful, extend grace, and trust that God is working in ways we cannot yet see.
When we surrender our need to defend ourselves, keep our eyes on Jesus, and trust Him with the outcome, God can use even our most difficult circumstances to accomplish His purposes.
The Book of Acts | The Holy Spirit
2026/10/11
What does it look like to remain faithful to Jesus when following Him comes at a cost?
As we continue our series, we see Peter and John facing opposition for boldly proclaiming the Gospel. Despite being arrested and questioned by religious leaders, they refused to back down from the truth of who Jesus is.
Their courage wasn't rooted in their education, abilities, or influence. It came from being filled with the Holy Spirit and spending time with Jesus.
The same Holy Spirit who gave Peter and John courage is at work in us today. No matter what opposition we face, we can remain faithful because our confidence isn't found in ourselves, but in the One who empowers us.

What does it look like to be a church empowered by the Holy Spirit?
As we begin our new series, The Church Unhindered, through the book of Acts, we see Jesus preparing His followers for a mission bigger than they could accomplish on their own. While the disciples wanted a timeline, Jesus gave them an assignment: “You will be my witnesses.”
Then, at Pentecost, everything changed.
The Holy Spirit filled the believers, God’s presence no longer dwelled only in a temple made by human hands, and the Church was empowered to carry the Gospel to the ends of the earth. What happened in Acts 2 wasn’t simply a miraculous moment - it was the beginning of a Spirit-filled, Jesus-centered movement that would change the world.
And the miracle was never the point. Jesus was.
The Heart of Worship | Week 4: A Heart That Sacrifices
2026/09/27
Worship reveals what we believe Jesus is worth.
In a Heart that Sacrifices, we look at the woman who broke open her alabaster jar and poured out something incredibly valuable at the feet of Jesus.
Her worship cost her something, broke something, and she held nothing back- because she knew the One she was worshipping was worth it.
Real worship will always require sacrifice. So the question isn't simply, "What does worship cost me?" The deeper question is: "What is Jesus worth to me?"
The Heart of Worship | Week 3: A Heart That Serves
2026/09/20
Church was never meant to be a restaurant - it's a potluck.
We're invited to come hungry, ready to receive what God wants to do in. us, but we're also called to bring something.
God has given each of us something to offer, and serving is one of the ways we worship Him. Whether it's in Kids Ministry, behind the scenes, or in the ordinary "it" of everyday life, we can do it all for the Lord.
So come hungry but don't come empty-handed. Ask God: What have You given me to bring to the table?
The Heart of Worship | Week 2: A Heart That Surrenders
2026/09/13
Surrender begins with knowing the God we're surrendering to. In A Heart That Surrenders, we look at Abraham's willingness to lay Issac on the altar and discover that true surrender is rooted in trust. Abraham knew God well enough to place what mattered most into His hands and trust Him with the outcome. Surrender may cost us something, but knowing God gives us confidence that He can be trusted with whatever we place at the altar. So we have to ask ourselves: What are we still holding onto that God is asking us to surrender?
The Heart of Worship | Week 1: A Heart That Sees God
2026/09/06
Worship begins when we truly see God for who He is. In A Heart That Sees God, we look at Isaiah's encounter with the Lord and the power of receiving a personal revelation of who God is. When we see Him - His holiness, His greatness, His character - our response is worship. So we have to ask ourselves: When was the last time that I truly saw God? What's the last revelation I've had of who He is?
Life Savers I Week 6: Encouragement
2026/07/30
Every healthy relationship needs encouragement and not as an occasional compliment, but as a consistent source of strength. In this week's Life Savers, we explore why the success of your relationships will only go as far as your source will take you. True encouragement doesn't come from trying harder or saying the right words - it flows from a life that is continually being strengthened by Christ.
Life Savers I Week 5: Conflict Management
2026/07/30
Conflict isn't the sign of a broken relationship, it's an opportunity to build a stronger one.
This week we begin exploring the relationship maximizers by looking at one of the most important skills every healthy relationship needs: conflict management. Whether in marriage, friendship, family, or the church, conflict is inevitable. The difference isn't whether conflict happens, but how we choose to respond to it.
Life Savers I Week 4: Trust
2026/07/30
Every healthy relationship is built on trust but trust isn't just something we give. It's something we steward.
In Week 4 of our Life Savers series, we discover that trust is the bridge of access between two people. More importantly, we learn that healthy trust with others begins with healthy trust in God. When our relationships become disordered, we often place expectations on people that only God was meant to carry.
Together, we'll explore why trust is about stewardship, how misplaced trust leads to unhealthy relationships, and why protecting your access to God is the key to building trust that lasts.
Life Savers I Week 3: Communication
2026/07/30
Love may be the foundation of every healthy relationship, but grace is what keeps relationships standing when love gets expensive.
In Week 2 of our Life Savers series, we explore the second non-negotiable of healthy relationships: grace.
Healthy relationships aren't found, they're built. And every relationship will eventually require forgiveness, patience, humility, and the willingness to make room for imperfect people.
Together, we'll discover why grace looks inward before it looks outward, how forgiveness becomes a lifestyle rather than a one-time decision, and what it means to extend the same grace we've received from Christ to others.
Grace assumes the best. Grace gives people room to grow. Grace keeps small things small. Grace doesn't keep score.
If you want relationships that last, you'll need more than love - you'll need grace.

Life Savers I Week 1: Love
2026/06/11
Every healthy relationship is built on a few non-negotiables, and the first one is love. In this message, we discover that God is love, that we were created by love and for love, and that learning to receive God's love is what teaches us to give it away. Stop living for love and start living from the love that has already been given to you.
Built Through Sacrifice
2026/06/11
What does it look like to build something for God with wholehearted sacrifice? In this message, we explore the ingredients of true sacrifice through the life of David: conviction, vision, affection, willingness, and gratitude. Discover how God uses surrendered hearts to build things that last
