I'll also touch on the big themes we're seeing surface so far this year and elaborate on what I touched on in my previous Podcast episode. This energy is calling us more deeply into our body to clear out our earliest programming because the deeper we go, then the higher we can rise. We need more foundational expansion to be able to hold greater light and blessings.

This episode dives into the main themes we'll see incredibly present in 2025 and helps support you in how to best move through them. One of these biggest themes I'm seeing and feeling right now within clients, myself and others is the energy around Belonging. Belonging is a very relational energy. It involves safety, the feminine, connection, feeling seen and healthy relation and this makes so much sense to be coming forward right now being that we're in between very relational Eclipses and in the midst of Libra season. We also still have Chiron in retrograde and Chiron is the wounded healer and guess we are all of our deepest wounds lie, in our Nervous System and guess what our most relational system is, our Nervous system. So you may find yourself moving through lots of big relationship stuff whether that be big endings, divorce, purging old relation dynamics from your life, our welcoming in new ones. You may also find yourself in a massive period of anxiety, depression, not feeling quite like yourself as so much change is taking place right now because Eclipses are some of the most powerful portals we have all year in that that usher in life altering change and they do it abruptly and intensely to help completely shift us onto a new timeline and into a new version of our self.

This podcast episode will touch on the current energetics and what you may be experiencing multidimensionally right now. There are some big common themes I keep witnessing in clients and through the collective and I help you more deeply understand them, why they are occurring and how you can support yourself through them. In this Episode I share a lot of my recent and current journey navigating immense faith and change/transition. I share about the current energetic themes that have been so present universally and collectively around surrendering to the unknown, rising in to higher levels of our self, continuing to heal abandonment wounds and the safety to be who we are, and being willing to give up a good life for a great life. I also include some changes coming for this podcast and also curiosity towards your feedback towards some new directions and what feels more supportive for you.

As we all know these times are stirring up a lot on both the collective and individual level. I'm seeing a lot of relational endings occurring and a lot of deeper patterns around self-abandonment healing many times through the loss of another. We also are in an 11 month so I'll be talking all about the frequency and support this self-mastery frequency offers. This episode will help to gift you with a new way for you to see what's happening underneath all that you're experiencing and what specific lessons and integrations are taking place right now.

These times are so powerful as invitations for great change and the deepest foundational healing. In order for that change to occur, our shadows, both individually and collectively have to be brought to the surface, amplified, and occur in a way we can no longer ignore. Once we get this great clarity, the triggers and wounds come forward and these revelations occur, we then have a right to reclaim our power to write a new pattern in their place and to choose a new path forward that can serve us so much higher since our programs were all passed down to us in childhood. Most often what's running the show within us isn't even ours to begin with. Much of what we're being called to look at specifically right now has to do with our relational patterns, so this is the way we relate to all parts of the Self and thus how we relate to all parts of life outside of us. Our Nervous system is our most relational system and it was also created in childhood so right now massive inner child healing is being called to take place. This podcast episode covers all of this in more depth and so much more including insight as to how this relates to what's happening right now collectively, the veils thinning, healing self-abandonment wounds, etc. My hope is that this episode can help shed some more light and give new perspectives to support you during these times.

This episode dives into the current energetic themes that have to do with Venus Retrograde, the nodal shifts, moving into leo season, and this time in general and all that it's supporting us to step into especially in terms of reviewing the past and our relational patterns which stem mainly from the connection with have with the self to help us move onto new timelines. We are truly changing paths and directions right now and have the ability to move onto an entirely new path and into a new way of being.

I keep seeing this massive theme in clients lately and within my own life where any crutch we've had - so any illusion of safety - is being removed right now so that we can access and remember more of our true power. With this crutch still in place, there's no way we can ever learn that we can stand on our own 2 feet. To even move quicker and faster forward. With this crutch there, we felt an illusion of support, but it fact it has actually been hindering us and our speed to get where we want to be. To have this crutch removed can at first trigger fears, fear of who we are and what we're capable of, but only when the crutch is removed can we actually discover this truth for our self. In joy!

This episode talks about the current Eclipse Portal we're in alongside Mercury retrograde and what these powerful forms of support are helping to hold space for on our journey. We're being asked to remove a lot of outdated relational patterns that are no longer of service and these begin in our Nervous System. I also share some new ways to perceive change and endings along with our outdated patterns being dismantled.

When everything that used to work isn't working anymore, it's often a sign that we're ready for the next level! Cue these times! So much change is occurring right now especially with this up and coming Eclipse portal and so much astrological activity to support this point in planetary and individual evolution and ascension. We're being supported always in cultivating more wholeness and meeting so many more parts of ourselves. This positive change however doesn't always feel positive at first and that's what I touch on in this podcast. How to re-frame what you're experiencing in the void as one timeline is closing and a new one is still making its way forward into your current reality.

My goodness these times are powerful portals of so much positive change if we allow them to be! In this episode I talk about all of the new potential timelines and opportunities we're being offered right now to quantum leap into an entirely new reality! She shares more about the grief and metaphysical death that's currently cycling through us and the collective right now as we're being called to let go of old patterns, old ways of relating, old connections, old belief systems and coping mechanisms that are no longer serving us, but that have become so deeply woven throughout our being that letting go of them can feel so excruciating and painful. She also speaks about how we're being called to befriend the darker aspects of the feminine and the rise of the more mature and divine masculine along with how you can support yourself and your Nervous System through it all.
