2026 Week 7 Trades: 6 Buys, 3 Sells, and the Role Behind Every Box Score
2026/10/21
2026 Upper Hand Fantasy Season Pass: https://upperhandfantasy.com/seasonpass
Six weeks in, one quiet box score shouldn't scare you off a great role, and one big box score shouldn't fool you into keeping a bad one.
Six buys and three sells for Week 7, each with the usage behind it: target share, route participation, snap share and expected fantasy points, plus the cheap running back worth a swing right now.

2026 Week 7 Waiver Wire: The Best Pickup of the Year, MNF Updates and Streamers
2026/10/20
2026 Upper Hand Fantasy Season Pass: https://upperhandfantasy.com/seasonpass
This might be the most important waiver week of the season so far, with what looks like the best pickup of the entire year at the top of the list.
Every pickup in order, with how much FAAB to spend: the priority adds, the stashes that need to be rostered in way more leagues, a Monday Night Football update, a few deeper adds, the names everyone is chasing that I am passing on, and the quarterback and tight end streamers for Week 7.

2026 Week 6 Starts and Sits: 19 Calls and the Streamers to Use
2026/10/16
2026 Upper Hand Fantasy Season Pass: https://upperhandfantasy.com/seasonpass
Should this week's top waiver pickups go straight into your lineup? Nine starts, seven desperate starts and three sits, including a rookie running back I'm sitting this week, then streaming quarterbacks and tight ends for a pinch. Every call comes with the usage, the coverage split and the Vegas total behind it.

2026 Week 6 Trades: Nine Buys, Four Sells and the Quarterback to Shop Today
2026/10/14
2026 Upper Hand Fantasy Season Pass: https://upperhandfantasy.com/seasonpass
One of my sells this week is a quarterback coming off his best game of the year. Five weeks in, the usage tells you more than the box score, so here are nine buys and four sells with the reason behind every call: route participation, target share, expected fantasy points, and how to frame the trade.

2026 Week 6 Waiver Wire: A Rookie Breakout, a Backfield Takeover and the Streaming Quarterbacks
2026/10/13
2026 Upper Hand Fantasy Season Pass: https://upperhandfantasy.com/seasonpass
It is a rough waiver week, but a few adds really matter. The number one pickup in Week 6 is a rookie receiver who might have just broken out, and you could be using him all season long.
Every pickup in order, with how much FAAB to spend: a running back who took over his backfield, tight ends who keep getting targets, running back depth in case the injuries hit, streaming quarterbacks with two big names on bye, and the names on the wire to pass on.

2026 Week 5 Start/Sit: 21 Lineup Calls Plus QB and TE Streamers
2026/10/09
2026 Upper Hand Fantasy Season Pass: https://upperhandfantasy.com/seasonpass
Four weeks in, injuries are piling up and plenty of lineups have two or three spots nobody is sure about. This one covers starts, desperate starts for thin benches, sits, and quarterback and tight end streamers.
Every call is built on usage, the coverage each defense runs, and how each player produces against it.

2026 Week 5 Buys, Holds and Sells: 18 Trade Calls Built on Usage
2026/10/07
2026 Upper Hand Fantasy Season Pass: https://upperhandfantasy.com/seasonpass
One month in, this is about the time people start figuring out what they actually have. One of this week's sells is a guy a lot of fantasy managers are doing victory laps around after the single biggest performance of the fantasy season so far.
Six buys, six holds and six sells for Week 5, each built on route participation, target share and expected fantasy points per route run rather than last week's box score.

2026 Week 5 Waiver Wire: 10 Pickups and Tight End Streamers
2026/10/06
2026 Upper Hand Fantasy Season Pass: https://upperhandfantasy.com/seasonpass
The injury report this week is kind of a mess. The number one waiver add in Week 5 is a running back who is all of a sudden the healthiest guy left in his backfield, and if he gets the work, he has RB1 upside.
Ten pickups in order, with how much FAAB to spend on each: receivers stepping into bigger roles with injuries piling up, a value running back, a one week flyer, a safe PPR floor, an upside stash, a big name free agent we are not going crazy over, plus the tight end streamers at the end.

2026 Week 4 Waiver Wire: 13 Pickups, 2 Stashes and Streamers
2026/09/29
2026 Upper Hand Fantasy Season Pass: https://upperhandfantasy.com/seasonpass
The number one waiver add in Week 4 is a running back about to take over his backfield, just probably not the one you are thinking of. Breece Hall and Travis Etienne both went down, and a first round tight end finally broke out.
Thirteen pickups in order: who to prioritize, who not to overspend on, two stashes worth a roster spot, PPR flex plays for this week, plus a streaming tight end and two streaming quarterbacks at the end.

2026 Week 3 Start/Sit: 17 Matchup Calls and TE Streamers
2026/09/25
2026 Upper Hand Fantasy Season Pass: https://upperhandfantasy.com/seasonpass
Week 3 is the week the injury report starts making lineup decisions for you. Starters are out, a running back just went on IR, and a handful of stars have not practiced all week, so half your roster might be a game-time call.
Seventeen starts and sits across running back and receiver, a couple of desperate starts for thin benches, and one receiver going to the bench because of a single shadow matchup. Plus a tight end streamers segment at the end, with a deep flyer who could be startable for the rest of the year.
Every call is argued deeper than fantasy points allowed: safety coverage, where each receiver lines up, route participation, target share and the injury news behind each opportunity.

2026 Week 3 Trade Values: Buys, Holds and Sells Decided on Usage
2026/09/23
2026 Upper Hand Fantasy Season Pass: https://upperhandfantasy.com/seasonpass
Two weeks into the season is the best window to trade all year, because this is when managers panic off two box scores. Eight buys, six holds and four sells, including guys your league is actively trying to move and one seller coming off a two touchdown game.
Every call is argued on usage rather than points: target share, route participation, yards per route run and expected fantasy points per route run, plus the injury news behind each opportunity.

2026 Week 3 Waiver Wire: 14 Pickups and What to Bid on Each
2026/09/22
2026 Upper Hand Fantasy Season Pass: https://upperhandfantasy.com/seasonpass
Week 3 waivers are a lot better than last week. The Denver backfield is in flux with J.K. Dobbins and RJ Harvey both dealing with hamstrings, a rookie receiver in Cleveland is putting up WR1 numbers, and two tight ends just walked into bigger roles because of injuries.
14 pickups, from the priority adds down to the stashes, with a bid for each. Every call is built on target share, route participation, first-read share and the injury news behind the opportunity.

2026 Week 2 Start/Sit Decisions Before Your Lineup Locks
2026/09/18
2026 Upper Hand Fantasy Season Pass: https://upperhandfantasy.com/seasonpass
Week 2 is where most managers make their first real mistake. One game of tape is enough to make people bench a guy who is walking into a far better matchup than the one he just had, and start someone whose production came in a spot that is gone this week.
17 calls, split into my starts, my desperate starts and my sits. Some of the starts are guys coming off quiet Week 1s that you are probably about to bench, and a couple of the sits are going to be uncomfortable after what those guys just did. One of them I told you to sit last week and I am starting him this week, and I explain exactly what changed.
None of it is gut feel. Every call is built on coverage splits, route participation, target share and what each defense actually gave up in Week 1.

Buy Or Sell These Guys In Week 2
2026/09/16
2026 Upper Hand Fantasy Season Pass: https://upperhandfantasy.com/seasonpass
One week of football just rewrote what your league thinks every player is worth. Twelve calls: who I am trading for while everyone panics, who I am moving while the price is still inflated, and who I am holding through the noise. Every one backed by usage rather than one box score.

2026 Week 2 Waiver Wire: Who's Worth a Bid and Who to Stash
2026/09/15
2026 Upper Hand Fantasy Season Pass: https://upperhandfantasy.com/seasonpass
This might be one of the most underwhelming waiver wires we've had in a while, and after waiting since February for the season to start, I want to be honest about that up front. If you're looking to blow your FAAB budget this week, I'd pump the brakes.
But underwhelming doesn't mean empty. I'm walking through 18 names on this week's wire: who's actually worth a bid, who's worth stashing because they could matter a lot more in a few weeks, and who you should leave alone even though everyone's going to be asking about them. Every call is backed by what we saw in Week 1: targets, routes run, snap counts, and who was getting designed touches.
There's a receiver who led his team in targets on Monday night, and a stash for your IR spot that could pay off in a few weeks. A few of these will surprise you.
