Advertise on podcast: Updates from Ourkansas

Ignore the fact that this was released on Christmas Eve, it has absolutely nothing to do with Christmas, and in fact, we barely mention the time of year lol. This episode? Timeless :) Listen to Amanda and Tabitha have a conversation where it kinda sounds like Amanda is yelling at Tab the whole time :) We love each other, sometimes Amanda just talks like that. Spoiler alert Mom: she got the job!!!!! Congrats Tab! Second spoiler alert Mom: Amanda's new meds have kicked in since the recording of this ep and she feels great now :) the melody is BACK in the voice.

Welcome once again! It's only been like one month! We update our mom on what got broke this week (spoiler, Amanda's foot got worse lol), Tabitha brings a GAME!!!! "is it Stardew or is it YouTube??" (yay!), and we shoutout our dad :) Special appearance by Hoppy and Crocky, our sister Steph's stuffed animals from when we were children.

Hey we're back! It's been no time at all :) We catch up with what got broke this week, we decide if Amanda should buy the pizza or the books, Tabitha talks about videogames for about 30 minutes, and we reminisce on Moving Day. And spoilers, Mom... I bought the pizza :)

Hey yall, we're BACK and we're NOT SAD ANYMORE! Congrats to us! Get an update on our lives, one overdue for like, idk 6 months? We talk about Amanda's obsessions for the past while (i.e. BTS), Tabitha's various video games that she's completed (like 10, being unemployed rocks), and play a game that was fun to play in the moment but we won't blame you if you skip. Love you mom! A very special thanks to Jerah and Jeffrey Cox for our fantastic art! Find them here: www.etsy.com/shop/Jeffrah Credits to Jahzzar for the intro and outro music.

Welcome to the annual Updates from Ourkansas family special! Join us on a thrilling adventure trying to listen to six people talk at once. We're joined by our lovely parents and our hilarious siblings as we talk about what got broke this week, some hilarious (to us) memories of Stephanie, and we play a game that frankly, wasn't very much fun because Steph kept winning. We don't use a recipe. A very special thanks to Jerah and Jeffrey Cox for our fantastic art! Hey mom, sorry it's been like a month. We were busy being sick and just generally lazy. But don't worry, we have an episode that gets better as it goes! Skip ahead to the game portion if you want a good laugh. I can't really tell if it's funny or if I just *think* it's funny, but you can see for yourself! Listen to Amanda somehow manage to mispronounce Dungeons and Dragons like four times as well as a constructive argument between the sisters about dishes! Also, gear up for a truly boring session of DnD where Amanda makes her character. If you decide to skip it entirely, I really won't be offended. This week, we have a very special guest, the one and only Stephanie! Laugh with us (or at us?) as we share stories of our childhood and make fun of Steph for looking at herself in the camera constantly. Also, be on the lookout for a surprise guest! (it's our Dad. Dad came in the room where Steph was recording and said hi. we love him) A very special thanks to Jerah and Jeffrey Cox for our fantastic art! Find them here: www.etsy.com/shop/Jeffrah

This week we talk waaaaay too much about a product that you've already heard too much about! We're just enthusiastic, okay?? We also tell the tale of the car battery and play a new game! A very special thanks to Jerah and Jeffrey Cox for our fantastic art! Find them here: www.etsy.com/shop/Jeffrah

This week we have a very special guest; everyone's favorite brother Nathan! He's here to discuss if embarrassment has a half-life, what he's up to, and lots of talk about Zelda and Link, which you may remember we covered in last week's podcast, but there was just MORE to unpack. We love you, Mom! A very special thanks to Jerah and Jeffrey Cox for our fantastic art! Find them here: https://www.etsy.com/shop/Jeffrah

Listen as Tabitha and Amanda quote the movie Wall-E for FAR too long. Topics this week include: Amanda's Weekly Obsession (from the PAST), Memories of Stephanie (Juicy Fruit Strikes Back), and a NEW segment we're calling Quotes from Movies - Let's Not Do This Again! Enjoy!

Hi mom, and welcome to our podcast! Come listen to us chat about What Got Broke This Week, Our Favorite Memory of Stephanie, Advice from Our Parents, and more! The best thing about the audio quality is that it can only get better from here.
