As followers of Jesus, we are called to be present and intentional, becoming people who reflect His love in practical, everyday ways. We dont have to change the whole worldbut we can faithfully love the people right in front of us.

In this Easter Sunday message from our Because He Lives series, Because He Lives We Can Have New Life, we celebrated the resurrection not just as something that happened, but as an invitation extended to each of us. This sermon brought us to a clear and personal moment: the life Jesus offers is not automatic, but it is freely given to those who receive Him. We dont approach God based on our performance or how put together our lives feel, but through what Christ has already done for us. This sermon reminded us that we are not waiting for an invitationweve already been given one. Because He lives, we can come near with confidence, honesty, and trust, knowing we will be met with grace, mercy, and the presence of God Himself.

In this message from our Because He Lives series, Love Moved First, we looked at what the cross reveals about who God is. Before we reached for Him, before we cleaned ourselves up or got it right, God moved toward us in love. The cross is not a response to our effortit is the starting point of our relationship with Him. This sermon invited us to lay down the idea that we have to earn Gods love and instead receive what has already been given. Because Jesus lived, died, and rose again, we dont live trying to be acceptedwe live from the place of already being loved.

In this message from our All Of Me series, When Love Pours Out, we returned to the moment in John 12 when Mary anoints Jesus with costly perfume. What seemed wasteful to some was, in reality, a beautiful act of worshiplove expressed without hesitation, calculation, or reserve. Marys response invites us to see that true devotion to Jesus is not measured by what is reasonable, but by what love is willing to give. This sermon called us to consider what it looks like for our own love for Jesus to pour out freely.
