Frustrated Folkestone boss Jay Saunders cannot fathom why his side are a "45-minute team" after their FA Cup exit left them without a win in four.
There was a fantastic win for SE Dons as they became the last SCEFL side standing and their boss Antonio Gonnella revels in their win and explains how he has fallen in love with the club and those behind the scenes.
And we hear from Damian Irvine after his exit after more than six years as CEO at Ebbsfleet, discussing the highs and the lows and his hopes for a bright future both for himself and his now former club.

An incredible week in the FA Cup which saw three SCEFL teams make it through - and we were at one of the ties of the round.
It was AFC Greenwich Borough who progressed at Sittingbourne and we hear from both managers. Borough boss Tony Russell was delighted with his side's efforts and discusses his excitement at the project at the club and why it was the right move for him to return to the dugout.
But there was disappointment for opposite number Reece Prestedge as his side let a 3-1 lead slip to exit the FA Cup and he talks us through where it went wrong for his side.
We talk through the other great wins for our sides and all the rest of the action - and the news that one of our players is set to become royalty.

The merged Petts Wood & Holmesdale have made a fine start to the season and went to another level with a 5-1 away win at Isthmian League side Raynes Park Vale and joint-boss Peter Nolan joins us to discuss that win, his working relationship with Andy Constable and a look ahead to a tough weekend of league fixtures.
Erith Town have rattled in 17 goals already this season, with Saturday's cup win followed by a handsome league win over Sevenoaks, and their boss Aaron Jeffrey talks us through his side's positive start, his first pre-season as a manager and his hopes that they can continue their good run of form.
We also hear from Folkestone defender Dan Quick after they continued their good start to the season with a point against Chelmsford City.

The Isthmian Premier League takes centre stage this week with a pair interviews coming after two draws at either end of the table.
Welling moved out of the bottom four after sharing the spoils at Wingate & Finchley and although he felt his side should have had more on Saturday, boss Ryan Maxwell admits it's a big psychological boost to be above the drop zone and explains to us the challenges he's faced at the Wings but now having a settled side at his disposal for the crucial run in.
Folkestone Invicta would have won the title with a victory over Carshalton, but in the end had to fight back from 3-1 down to get a point, and goalscoring defender Ben Mason reflects on being so near to clinching the crown ahead of what will surely be a celebratory Easter weekend.
