POST-GAME: Vancouver Canucks vs Boston Bruins (Feb 24, 2024)
2024/02/25
The Canucks looked for redemption against the Bruins...the Canucks looked to end their longest losing streak of the season...the Canucks looked to get their big guns back on the scoresheet...the Canucks looked to end their special teams struggles... and the Canucks delivered on all accounts. JT Miller with a 3 point night, setting up all 3 of the Canucks goals - 2 by Boeser and 1 from Hronek. Demko stood on his head to put an end to his personal losing streak as well. All these amazing returns to form, but the biggest news of the night? The Green Men are back!!! The Canucks win 3-2 in overtime. Jeff Paterson and David Quadrelli host. Canucks 3 (39 SOG) Bruins 2 (22 SOG)

POST-GAME: Vancouver Canucks vs Seattle Kraken (Feb 23, 2024)
2024/02/23
The sky is officially falling, and Jeff Paterson was on site at Climate Pledge Arena to see it live. Sure, Vancouver is still in first place overall in the NHL, but the team is definitely in need of some re-alignment as Vancouver loses a 4th straight tonight in Seattle. JT Miller opened the scoring tonight and it was all downhill from there. Connor Garland even tried to fight Brandon Tanev to get his team going, and that was a brutal fail as well. Canucks will host Boston back at home for an early game on Saturday and look to put an end to their first real losing skid of the season. Jeff Paterson and Farhan Lalji host. Canucks 2 (21 SOG) Kraken 5 (31 SOG)

POST-GAME: Vancouver Canucks vs Colorado Avalanche (Feb 20, 2024)
2024/02/21
The Canucks were in Colorado tonight, looking to pick up a win at high altitude and avoid their first 3 game losing streak of the season. Vancouver put out a much better effort through the full 60 minutes, but were unable to stop the Avalanche. The Canucks fall short in a 3-1 loss to Colorado. Jeff Paterson and Farhan Lalji host. Canucks 1 (25 SOG) Avalanche 3 (27 SOG)

POST-GAME: Vancouver Canucks vs Minnesota Wild (Feb 19, 2024)
2024/02/19
High-event hockey, doesn't even begin to describe this one, as Minnesota was in town for a Wild one on this holiday monday. JT Miller put up a hat trick + an assist to get the game going in the Canucks favour, only to be answered by 7...yes, 7 goals in the 3rd period by the Wild. The Canucks come up short and lose 10-7 in this one. Jeff Paterson and Irfaan Gaffar host. Canucks 7 (24 SOG) Wild 7 (27 SOG)

POST-GAME: Vancouver Canucks vs Winnipeg Jets (Feb 17, 2024)
2024/02/18
The Jets were in town for what promised to be a battle of the 2 top goaltenders in the NHL. It did in fact begin as a stale mate, as both goalies were perfect through the first period. The Canucks had a huge advantage in shots throughout the game, but in the end, Winnipeg won the goalie battle 4-2. The highlight of the night for the Canucks was a sick dangle and a goal by...***rubs eyes and re-checks stat sheet.... Tyler Myers. Jeff Paterson and Blake Price host. Canucks 2 (37 SOG) Jets 4 (28 SOG)

POST-GAME: Vancouver Canucks vs Detroit Red Wings (Feb 15, 2024)
2024/02/16
The Red Wings flew into town to face the Canucks for the 2nd time in a week and the Vancouver did everything they could to make sure Detroit had nothing to dance about in this one. Led by the Swedish touch of Pettersson, Lindholm and Hoglander offensively and Demko with another Vezina caliber performance. Nikita Zadorov hled down the physical end of things and also chipped in a goal. At the end of 60 mins it was Big Z who Griddy'd his way out of the rink on this one, as the Canucks win 4-1. Jeff Paterson and David Quadrelli host. Canucks 4 (21 SOG) Red Wings 1 (27 SOG)

POST-GAME: Vancouver Canucks vs Chicago Blackhawks (Feb 13, 2024)
2024/02/14
The Canucks blew into the Windy City to face the Bedardless Blackhawks tonight, and Chicago sure could've used North Vancouver's finest in the lineup in this one as the Canucks tertiary scoring took over this game. Garland with 2 goals, Hoglander with his 17th!!! and Dakota Joshua rounded out the scoring with a Gordie Howe hat trick....and in the most unsurprising news ever, Demko was amazing. Canucks win 4-2. Jeff Paterson and Farhan Lalji host. Canucks 4 (38 SOG) Blackhawks (23 SOG)

POST-GAME: Vancouver Canucks vs Washington Capitals (Feb 8, 2024)
2024/02/11
Captain Quinn and Co. woke up in Washington today to take on the Great 8, Alexander Ovechkin and his Capitals. Vancouver looked to bounce back after an OT loss yesterday in Detroit. Ovechkin found the back of the net for the 5th game in a row, but the Canucks managed to come out on top 3-2. Hoglander had a beauty and JT Miller finished it off with the game winner, while Thatcher Demko was Vezina worthy, as usual. Jeff Paterson hosts. Canucks 3 (29) Capitals 2 (33)

POST-GAME: Vancouver Canucks vs Detroit Red Wings (Feb 10, 2024)
2024/02/10
The Canucks woke us West Coasters up early today as they motored into to Detroit to try to make up for getting hammered against Boston. Detroit struck first, but Vancouver came out hard in the second with a big response to go up 3-1. As we have come to know, there's 2 things the Canucks never do: one is blow leads in the 3rd period, and the other is lose 2 games in a row... well, scrap that idea, as Detroit answered back with 2 goals in the 3rd, followed by another in OT to beat the Canucks 4-3 in overtime. Jeff Paterson and Irfaan Gaffar host. Canucks 3 (31 SOG) Red Wings 4 (28 SOG)

POST-GAME: Vancouver Canucks vs Boston Bruins (Feb 8, 2024)
2024/02/09
It was billed as a battle of the heavyweights between the top 2 teams in the NHL, but it was a first round KO for the Bruins as they absolutely hammered the Canucks, bringing back some bad memories from 2011. Boston looked hungry from the jump, but it was the Canucks who were forced to eat a large serving of humble pie as they gave up 2 more short handed goals in a effort that, thankfully, we haven't seen very often from this years team. They will look to regroup for their back to back early starts on the weekend. Jeff Paterson and Irfaan Gaffar host. Canucks 0 (17 SOG) Bruins 4 (25 SOG)

POST-GAME: Vancouver Canucks vs Carolina Hurricanes (Feb 6, 2024)
2024/02/07
The Canucks stormed into Carolina to face the Hurricanes, fresh off the bye week and all star break and with a shiny new toy, in Elias Lindholm. The newest member of the Vancouver squad did not disappoint, potting 2 goals and playing a solid all-round game. JT Miller put in the winner, Captain Quinn had another 2 points to extend his lead atop the D scoring race in the NHL and Thatcher Vezina, er I mean Demko, was huge when he needed to be, backstopping the Canucks to a 3-2 win, which ties him with Dan Cloutier for the longest win streak in Canucks history. Jeff Paterson and Irfaan Gaffar host. Canucks 3 (19 SOG) Hurricanes 2 (24 SOG)
