Could There Be More Going On Behind Your Symptoms? | Sinclair Kennally Part 1
2026/10/08
Have you ever felt like you know something isn’t right in your body, but you’re not getting to the bottom of it? In this episode, I’m joined by Sinclair Kennally, who has her own very personal story of chronic illness and falling through the cracks of conventional medicine. We talk about her journey, the layers she believes were contributing to her health and what led her into the work she does today. We get into mold, heavy metals, parasites, the immune system, digestion and why Sinclair believes symptoms can be the body communicating that something needs attention. We also talk about my own experience with parasites and high aluminium levels, which took my health journey in a direction I never expected. There’s a lot to unpack here, so this is actually Part 1 of 2. And trust me, we’ve got plenty more to get into when we talk about mold and detoxification in Part 2. 🌿 What You’ll Learn in This Episode: ✅ Sinclair’s own journey with chronic illness and searching for answers ✅ Why she believes there can be multiple layers behind chronic symptoms ✅ The role mold and environmental exposures have played in her experience ✅ Why she looks at the body’s ability to heal rather than only the symptoms ✅ What Sinclair believes about parasites and immune function ✅ How digestion and stomach acid come into the conversation ✅ Nat’s unexpected experience with parasites and high aluminium levels ✅ Why Part 2 goes even deeper into mold and detoxification 📌 Chapters (Jump to your favorite part!): 00:00 - Intro 01:54 - Sinclair’s chronic illness journey 04:46 - Heavy metals, mold & environmental exposure 06:07 - Can the body still heal? 08:00 - Let’s talk parasites 09:49 - Nat’s parasite story 12:01 - Parasites, aluminium & immune health 12:28 - Digestion, stomach acid & pathogens 16:22 - Childhood exposures & health 19:42 - What happens after parasite removal? 20:12 - What’s coming in Part 2 🔔 Don’t forget to like, comment, and subscribe for more episodes on self-care, healing, and empowerment! 👤 Guest Info: Sinclair Kennally: https://www.instagram.com/sinclairkennally/  👇 All the Good Stuff 👇 FREE Hormone Quiz: https://form.typeform.com/to/a3wsLZF6  Nat’s Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/natkringoudis NK The Membership: https://site.natkringoudis.com/membership  HRT Masterclass: https://site.natkringoudis.com/hrtmasterclass
Gender Roles, Relationships & the Conversations We Avoid | Zana Pali
2026/09/30
What happens when conversations about our values, relationships and the world around us feel harder to have? In this episode, I’m joined by Zana Pali, a lawyer, podcast host and mother, for an open conversation about speaking with conviction, navigating disagreement and the way our views can shape our relationships and communities. We talk about gender roles, parenting, traditional values and what each person might bring to a relationship. Zana also shares some of her own experiences, including divorce, becoming a mother and how her perspective on relationships has changed over time. We also touch on public debate, politics, safety and social connection, and why it can be valuable to make room for different perspectives while still being thoughtful about how we speak to one another. This is a conversation that raises plenty of questions. Take what resonates, and make space to think through the rest for yourself. 🌿 What You’ll Learn in This Episode: ✅ Zana’s perspective on speaking openly and standing by your values ✅ Why disagreement can be difficult to navigate ✅ Different expectations around gender roles and relationships ✅ How becoming a parent can shift your priorities ✅ Zana’s reflections on marriage, divorce and choosing a partner ✅ Why community and connection matter ✅ How to approach conversations where people see things differently 📌 Chapters (Jump to your favorite part!): 00:00 - Introduction 01:54 - Speaking Openly About Difficult Topics 06:28 - Politics, Safety & Community 08:02 - Public Debate and Differing Views 33:04 - Relationships, Marriage & Expectations 🔔 Don’t forget to like, comment, and subscribe for more episodes on self-care, healing, and empowerment! 👤 Guest Info: Zana Pali: https://www.instagram.com/zana_pali/  The Audacity Podcast: https://www.instagram.com/theaudacitypodcast.official/  👇 All the Good Stuff 👇 FREE Hormone Quiz: https://form.typeform.com/to/a3wsLZF6  Nat’s Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/natkringoudis NK The Membership: https://site.natkringoudis.com/membership  HRT Masterclass: https://site.natkringoudis.com/hrtmasterclass

The Things No One Tells You About Becoming a Mum | Dominique Elissa
2026/09/16
What happens when becoming a mum changes the way you see yourself, your body and your whole life? In this episode, I’m joined by Dominique Elissa, model, podcaster and soon to be mum, for a really honest conversation about pregnancy, body image, grief and everything that comes with stepping into a completely new chapter. Dominique opens up about losing her mum and what it feels like to enter motherhood without having her there. We talk about the importance of finding your people, asking for help and building a community around you, especially when life feels completely unknown. We also talk about body image, food and the unexpected ways pregnancy has changed Dominique’s relationship with both. From learning to eat when she’s hungry to letting go of the pressure to look a certain way, there’s a beautiful reminder here about listening to what your body actually needs. And at the heart of this conversation is intuition. Those little signs your body gives you, the things we often ignore, and what can happen when we finally slow down enough to listen. 🌿 What You’ll Learn in This Episode: ✅ The reality of pregnancy beyond the obvious changes ✅ Dominique’s experience with body image and food during pregnancy ✅ Navigating grief while entering motherhood ✅ Why community and asking for help matter so much ✅ Learning to trust your intuition and body wisdom ✅ The pressure social media can put on new mums 📌 Chapters (Jump to your favorite part!): 00:00 - Meet Dominique 04:00 - Pregnancy, Grief & Becoming a Mum 06:00 - Why Community Matters 09:30 - Comparison & Social Media 14:20 - Pregnancy & Body Image 18:00 - Changing Your Relationship With Food 35:00 - Trusting Your Intuition 42:15 - Listening to Your Body 🔔 Don’t forget to like, comment, and subscribe for more episodes on self-care, healing, and empowerment! 👤 Guest Info: Dominique Elissa: https://www.instagram.com/dominiquelissa/ Selfdom Podcast: https://open.spotify.com/show/7a24MjicbKYDu7bCFWwzLI Selfdom website: https://selfdom.au/ 👇 All the Good Stuff 👇 FREE Hormone Quiz: https://form.typeform.com/to/a3wsLZF6 Nat’s Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/natkringoudis NK The Membership: https://site.natkringoudis.com/membership Hydrogen Health Hydration Guide: https://site.natkringoudis.com/sipwell HRT Masterclass: https://site.natkringoudis.com/hrtmasterclass Keywords: Dominique Elissa, pregnancy, motherhood, becoming a mum, first time mum, pregnancy body image, body image, pregnancy and food, intuitive eating, motherhood journey, grief and motherhood, losing your mum, pregnancy mental health, maternal mental health, community for mums, motherhood support, doula, social media and motherhood, women's health, hormones and pregnancy, body confidence, intuition, body wisdom, self care, women's wellness, Nat Kringoudis, The Wellness Collective, Australian wellness podcast
Why Sauna Gets Better After 40 | Nat Kringoudis
2026/09/11
If you're already having hot flushes, night sweats, or generally feeling hotter than you used to, the idea of voluntarily sitting in a sauna might sound a little counterintuitive. But stay with me. In this mini episode, I'm diving into why I think sauna actually gets more interesting after 40. As we move through perimenopause and menopause, our hormones don't just change in isolation. They influence everything from temperature regulation and stress to sleep, cardiovascular health and metabolism. I unpack why controlled heat exposure can help the body adapt, what hormesis actually means, and why more stress is definitely not always better. Because the goal isn't to see how long you can survive in a sauna. It's about giving your body the right amount of stimulus, then allowing it to recover and adapt. We also get into hydration, sweating, detoxification, cardiovascular health, metabolism, and why sauna is one of my favourite tools for building resilience as we get older. And importantly, this isn't another wellness hack to add to your already enormous list of things you're apparently supposed to be doing. It's about understanding your body, the changes happening through midlife, and finding simple ways to support your health along the way. 🌿 What You'll Learn in This Episode: ✅ Why sauna gets more interesting after 40 ✅ What happens to your body's thermostat during menopause ✅ How heat adaptation can help build resilience ✅ What hormesis actually means ✅ Why recovery matters just as much as the stress itself ✅ How sauna can support your health beyond just relaxation 📌 Chapters (Jump to your favorite part!): 00:00 - Why Sauna Gets Better After 40 02:20 - Your Changing Internal Thermostat 04:00 - Heat, Stress & Hormesis 06:10 - Why More Isn't Better 07:20 - Hydration, Sweating & Detox 10:00 - Sauna & Cardiovascular Health 12:30 - Metabolism, Recovery & Resilience 14:19 - Why I'm Obsessed With Sauna 🔔 Don’t forget to like, comment, and subscribe for more episodes on self-care, healing, and empowerment! 👇 All the Good Stuff 👇 FREE Hormone Quiz: https://form.typeform.com/to/a3wsLZF6 Nat’s Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/natkringoudis NK The Membership: https://site.natkringoudis.com/membership Nook Saunas: https://nooksaunas.com.au/ Free Sauna Guide PDF: https://site.natkringoudis.com/infrafix
Why Women Need to Start Listening to Their Bodies | Harmony Rutledge
2026/09/09
How often do women get told that feeling exhausted, anxious, unable to sleep or completely unlike themselves is just something they have to accept? In this episode, I’m joined by Harmony Rutledge, CEO of ANNA’s Wild Yam Cream, to talk about women’s hormonal health, natural medicine and why so many women are looking for more ways to support their bodies. Harmony shares her journey into the world of natural health, growing up surrounded by it, and eventually taking over one of Australia’s most recognised women’s wellness brands. We unpack what wild yam cream actually is, the myths surrounding it, and why it’s important to understand exactly what you’re putting in and on your body. But this conversation is about so much more than one product. We talk about perimenopause, menopause, anxiety, sleep, environmental factors and why this stage of life can sometimes expose the things our bodies have been trying to tell us for years. And the message that really stayed with me is this: you don't have to suffer in silence. There are options, there are conversations worth having, and there is so much power in being informed enough to ask questions and find the support that feels right for you. 🌿 What You’ll Learn in This Episode: ✅ What wild yam cream actually is and what it contains ✅ Why hormonal health isn't a one size fits all conversation ✅ The symptoms women are often told to simply accept ✅ Why asking questions about your health matters ✅ How perimenopause can expose underlying issues ✅ Why women don't have to suffer in silence 📌 Chapters (Jump to your favorite part!): 00:00 - You Don't Have to Suffer 02:00 - Harmony's Journey Into Natural Health 04:25 - What Is Wild Yam Cream? 09:13 - Natural Medicine & Asking Questions 19:44 - Perimenopause & Hormonal Symptoms 21:28 - Why Community Matters 23:00 - HRT, Options & Finding What Works 24:11 - Thriving Instead of Suffering 🔔 Don’t forget to like, comment, and subscribe for more episodes on self-care, healing, and empowerment! 👤 Guest Info: ANNA’s Wild Yam Cream IG: https://www.instagram.com/annaswildyamcream/ ANNA’s Wild Yam Cream Website: https://annaswildyamcream.com.au/ ANNA'S Presents Bloom Through Every Stage 📅 Sunday, 18 October ⏰ 10:00am to 2:00pm AEDT 🎤 Featuring expert insights from Kim Morrison, Dr Tara Hanaphy and Nat Kringoudis Get your tickets here: https://events.humanitix.com/bloom-through-every-stage 👇 All the Good Stuff 👇 FREE Hormone Quiz: https://form.typeform.com/to/a3wsLZF6 Nat’s Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/natkringoudis NK The Membership: https://site.natkringoudis.com/membership Hydrogen Health Hydration Guide: https://site.natkringoudis.com/sipwell HRT Masterclass: https://site.natkringoudis.com/hrtmasterclass
What Happens When You Stop Caring What People Think | Davina Rankin
2026/09/02
In this episode, I’m joined by Davina Rankin. You may know her from her reality TV days, but there is so much more to her story. We talk about the different versions of ourselves we move through, the hard seasons that can completely change us, and what it takes to find your way back to yourself. Davina opens up about mental health, postnatal struggles, public scrutiny and the moment she realised she had to start looking inward. We talk about journaling, breathwork, nervous system regulation and the small steps that helped her rebuild her relationship with herself. We also talk about motherhood, switching off our phones, getting out of the rat race and why sometimes a few intentional days of less noise, more nature, movement, connection and nourishing food can change how you feel. At the heart of this conversation is a reminder that you are so much more resilient than you think you are. You don't have to stay stuck in an old version of yourself. Sometimes you just need to take the next small step and keep following the breadcrumbs. 🌿 What You’ll Learn in This Episode: ✅ How Davina rebuilt herself after some of her hardest seasons ✅ Why we need to stop managing other people’s opinions of us ✅ The power of switching off and creating space ✅ How journaling and self-reflection can change your life ✅ Why motherhood can completely shift your priorities ✅ How small steps can lead to a completely different life 🔔 Don’t forget to like, comment, and subscribe for more episodes on self-care, healing, and empowerment! 👤 Guest Info: Davina Rankin: https://www.instagram.com/davvyxx/?hl=en  👇 All the Good Stuff 👇 FREE Hormone Quiz: https://form.typeform.com/to/a3wsLZF6  Nat’s Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/natkringoudis NK The Membership: https://site.natkringoudis.com/membership  Hydrogen Health Hydration Guide: https://site.natkringoudis.com/sipwell
Your Body Is Not the Problem | Anthea Todd
2026/08/26
In this episode, I'm joined by Anthea Todd, a chiropractor with a Masters in Reproductive Medicine and Women's Health, to talk about the connection between our physical body, emotions, nervous system and the stories we carry. We dive into why symptoms aren't always something to silence, but can be information worth listening to. We talk about why women have been conditioned to look outside themselves for answers, the problem with a one size fits all approach, and why Anthea's philosophy is to use your body, not your bias. Sometimes you need medication. Sometimes you need movement, sleep, nutrition, herbs or simply a little more space. We also get into the connection between emotions and physical symptoms, why we can get stuck in our heads, and what happens when we're constantly pushing, overthinking and avoiding what we're actually feeling. And honestly, the idea of creating more space in your body, your calendar and your life might be something we all need a little more of. 🌿 What You'll Learn in This Episode: ✅ Why your symptoms aren't necessarily the enemy ✅ How emotions and physical symptoms can be connected ✅ Why we need to move beyond a one size fits all approach ✅ What happens when we live constantly in our heads ✅ Why creating space can help your nervous system ✅ How to listen to your body without letting bias make the decision 📌 Chapters (Jump to your favorite part!): 00:00 - Intro & Anthea's Story 07:31 - When the System Doesn't Have All the Answers 09:29 - Use Your Body, Not Your Bias 12:27 - When Emotions Show Up in the Body 16:08 - Why We Get Stuck in Our Heads 19:34 - The Push Crash Cycle 23:44 - Your Body Is the Solution 28:30 - Creating Space for Your Nervous System 32:05 - Nobody Is Coming to Save You 33:39 - Becoming the Lioness

When Everything Goes Wrong, Own It | Sally Branson
2026/08/12
What do you do when everything goes wrong and suddenly everyone has an opinion about you? In this episode, I’m joined by Sally Branson, a reputation and crisis management expert who has spent years helping people and businesses navigate some seriously difficult situations. We talk about what happens when things go wrong in public, why trying to hide a crisis usually makes it worse, and why taking ownership can actually be the thing that rebuilds trust. We also get into cancel-culture, social media, difficult conversations, and something I think we all need to hear: you don't have to explain yourself to everyone. Sally shares why it's so important to know who actually matters in your life, and where your energy is better spent. And then we go deeper into something that really stuck with me: critical thinking. In a world where we're so quick to judge, cancel, share and pile on, are we actually asking enough questions before deciding who's right and who's wrong? 🌿 What You'll Learn in This Episode: ✅ Why owning your mistakes can rebuild trust ✅ What to do when your reputation is under attack ✅ Why you don't need to explain yourself to everyone ✅ How to know whose opinions actually matter ✅ Why cancel culture requires more critical thinking ✅ How to handle difficult conversations with confidence 📌 Chapters (Jump to your favorite part!): 00:00 - Intro & Sally's Story03:20 - From Politics to Crisis Management09:09 - The Reality of Cancel Culture10:58 - Why You Have to Own It14:21 - Having the Hard Conversations18:21 - Who Actually Matters?21:16 - Social Media, Politics & Speaking Up34:21 - What Makes a Good Leader39:45 - How to Think Before You Cancel Someone46:00 - There Is Always a Solution 🔔 Don’t forget to like, comment, and subscribe for more episodes on self-care, healing, and empowerment! 👤 Guest Info: Sally Branson: https://www.instagram.com/thesbcgroup/ Website: https://www.sallybransonconsulting.com/home  👇 All the Good Stuff 👇 FREE Hormone Quiz: https://form.typeform.com/to/a3wsLZF6  Nat’s Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/natkringoudis NK The Membership: https://site.natkringoudis.com/membership  Hydrogen Health Hydration Guide: https://site.natkringoudis.com/sipwell
Stop Giving Your Power Away | Katie Delimon
2026/08/06
In this episode, I’m joined by Katie Delimon, a writer, author and confidence coach who has built her work around helping women become more confident, regulated and willing to speak up. Katie shares the very personal journey that brought her here, from family secrets and grief to a silent meditation retreat that completely changed the direction of her life. We talk about trusting yourself, having difficult conversations, setting boundaries without building emotional walls, and why making mistakes is actually part of becoming more confident. Katie also opens up about what she’s seen in the wellness world and why she believes we can take inspiration from people without putting them on a pedestal. At the core of this conversation is a really simple message: you don’t need someone else to give you permission to trust yourself. Sometimes the answer is already there. You just need to get quiet enough to hear it. 🌿 What You’ll Learn in This Episode: ✅ Why so many women seek permission from everyone but themselves✅ How to have difficult conversations without losing yourself✅ Why confidence comes from making mistakes and learning to repair✅ The difference between healthy boundaries and emotional walls✅ Why we need to stop putting wellness experts on pedestals✅ How stillness can help you reconnect with yourself 📌 Chapters (Jump to your favorite part!): 00:00 - Intro02:58 - Katie’s Story06:15 - Becoming a Woman Who Speaks Up08:46 - Confidence, Mistakes & Repair11:24 - Boundaries vs Emotional Walls14:00 - Learning to Trust Yourself18:00 - Nervous System Regulation22:09 - Stop Giving Your Power Away30:07 - Why We Need Difficult Conversations33:39 - Health Doesn’t Happen in Extremes 🔔 Don’t forget to like, comment, and subscribe for more episodes on self-care, healing, and empowerment! 👤 Guest Info: Katie Delimon: https://www.instagram.com/katiedelimon/  👇 All the Good Stuff 👇 FREE Hormone Quiz: https://form.typeform.com/to/a3wsLZF6  Nat’s Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/natkringoudis NK The Membership: https://site.natkringoudis.com/membership  Hydrogen Health Hydration Guide: https://site.natkringoudis.com/sipwell

The Wellness Industry Is Worth Trillions. Here's Why | Nat Kringoudis
2026/06/25
In this episode, I unpack the conversation that's been taking over the internet after reports revealed the global wellness economy is now worth trillions of dollars. While some see this as a positive shift towards prevention and personal responsibility, others see it as a sign that people are moving away from conventional healthcare. I share my thoughts on why more people are investing in their health, what they're really searching for, and why I don't believe this is a battle between wellness and medicine. Because the truth is, most people aren't looking to replace their doctor. They're looking for answers, ownership, and a way to feel better in their bodies. We also talk about where the wellness industry gets it wrong, the dangers of chasing endless protocols and biohacks, and why the foundations still matter most. Sleep, stress, nutrition, movement, and asking better questions about your health. At its core, this episode is about taking ownership of your health, staying curious, and understanding that the best outcomes often come when wellness and medicine work together, not against each other. 🌿 What You'll Learn in This Episode: ✅ Why the wellness industry is growing so rapidly ✅ What people are really looking for from their health care ✅ Why wellness and medicine aren't competing with each other ✅ The biggest misconceptions about preventative health ✅ Where the wellness industry gets it wrong ✅ How to take greater ownership of your health 👇 All the Good Stuff 👇 FREE Hormone Quiz: https://form.typeform.com/to/a3wsLZF6  Nat’s Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/natkringoudis NK The Membership: https://site.natkringoudis.com/membership  Shokz Australia: https://shokz.com.au/ - USE CODE NAT15
Why What Worked in Your 20s Stops Working After 35 | Nada Stavarakis
2026/06/17
What if the reason you're struggling with your weight, energy, and hormones isn't because you're eating too much... but because you're not eating enough? Today I'm joined by coach and trainer Nada Stavarakis to unpack one of the biggest misconceptions women over 35 face when it comes to health. So many women are still trying to follow the same rules that worked in their 20s, eating less, training harder, and pushing through exhaustion, only to find their bodies responding in completely different ways. We talk about why under-fuelling, overtraining, and chronic stress can leave the body feeling unsafe, and how that impacts everything from weight loss and hormones to energy and recovery. Nada also shares the simple foundations she focuses on with clients, including protein, strength training, consistency, and learning to trust the process. At its core, this conversation is a reminder that health doesn't need to be complicated. Sometimes the most powerful changes come from getting back to the basics and finally giving your body what it needs. 🌿 What You'll Learn in This Episode: ✅ Why eating less can actually make progress harder ✅ The biggest mistakes women over 35 are making ✅ How protein supports hormones, energy, and body composition ✅ Why strength training becomes non-negotiable as we age ✅ The connection between stress, safety, and weight loss ✅ How to build habits that actually last 👤 Guest Info: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/nada_method/  👇 All the Good Stuff 👇 FREE Hormone Quiz: https://form.typeform.com/to/a3wsLZF6  Nat’s Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/natkringoudis NK The Membership: https://site.natkringoudis.com/membership  Nook Saunas: https://nooksaunas.com.au/  - USE CODE NATKPOD Shokz Australia: https://shokz.com.au/ - USE CODE NAT15
Common Sense Shouldn’t Be Controversial | Calista Clements
2026/06/10
In this episode, Calista Clements opens up about the moment she broke down in tears in a car, frustrated by politics, social media labeling, and the feeling that many Australians were afraid to express reasonable opinions publicly. She shares how that moment led her to start posting consistently online and build a platform around conversation, debate, and what she calls “common sense.” We talk about ‘cancel culture’, respectful disagreement, the pressures of social media, and why so many people stay silent even when they have something meaningful to say. Calista also reflects on her experience during Victoria's lockdowns and how that period shaped her perspective on freedom, responsibility, and speaking up. At its core, this conversation isn’t about convincing everyone to agree. It’s about whether a healthy society can still tolerate disagreement, nuance, and difficult conversations. 🌿 What You'll Learn in This Episode: ✅ Why "common sense" has become controversial ✅ The impact of cancel culture on public conversations ✅ Why so many people are afraid to speak honestly ✅ How Calista found the confidence to share her views online ✅ The lasting effects of lockdowns on Australians ✅ How to stand by your beliefs when others disagree 👤 Guest Info: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/thecalistacut/  Tiktok: https://www.tiktok.com/@thecalistacut  👇 All the Good Stuff 👇 FREE Hormone Quiz: https://form.typeform.com/to/a3wsLZF6  Nat’s Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/natkringoudis NK The Membership: https://site.natkringoudis.com/membership  Nook Saunas: https://nooksaunas.com.au/  - USE CODE NATKPOD Shokz Australia: https://shokz.com.au/ - USE CODE NAT15
