Phillip Jablonski had a difficult childhood. A lot of people do. But they don't grow up to take the lives of others. His father was an abusive alcoholic and it appears Phil blamed his mother for not protecting him as is borne out when he tries to strangle her with his shoe laces during a prison family visit. Jablonski knows who he is and records himself lying in wait for victims in public areas. The audio tapes are chilling with his matter of fact running commentary of what he is looking for and what he will do to his victims. Having no idea that Helen Brach, multimillionaire widow and heiress to her husbands family fortune has been missing since 1974 I became fascinated with her life story. Even though the EJ Brach & Sons confectioners make the egregious product, Candy Corn (neither candy nor corn) every missing person deserves to be found and able to rest. Helen's life was fascinating from her strong belief in other worldly things like mediumship, automatic writing and seances, she was a lovely and generous benefactor to family, friends and those in her employ. Maybe too genreous. Hear Helen's story here Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. See pcm.adswizz.com for information about our collection and use of personal data for advertising.

The teenage years can be difficult for parents as well as the kids going through so many physical and emotional changes. Celeste's parents tried to keep their strong willed daughter at home, safe and under their watch. When she told them she had a "boyfriend," they took her phone away. R&B singer D4vd paid a student at her school to give her a phone he bought for her to use exclusively with him. On February 14, 2024 D4vd sent an Uber to pick her up and bring her to his home in the Hollywood Hills. They named their plan "Operation Awesome." She was 13 years old and he was 19. She returned home to her Riverside County home in Lake Elsinore a few days later after her parents reported her missing the Riverside County Sheriff's Department. She left again on March 19, 2024. And again on April 5, 2024. Always reported to the Sheriffs Department. She and D4vd were dramatic and tumultuous and neither of them had the emotional intelligence to be in a "relationship." No ones brains were fully developed. Prosecutors believe on or about April 23, 2025 D4vd sent an Uber to Celeste's home in Lake Elsinore, 80 miles from his home in Hollywood to bring her to his home for a confrontation. Digital communications show that Celeste was angry at being rejected by D4vd and he was feeling threatened as she said she would tell the world he was sleeping with her an underage girl. The exact dates and what for sure happened are not fully known but you can hear how a 14 year old Celeste ended up in the front trunk of a Tesla owned by David Burke, AKA D4vd, decomposed and found one day before what would have been her 15 birthday. A year where other 15 year olds are celebrated with a Quinceanera ceremony. Even though a judge has decided that there is enough evidence to remand David Anthony Burke over for trial, there are details in the timeline that are still missing. If YOU have any information about Celeste's case please contact LAPD South Bureau Homicide Division 323-786-5100 Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. Four days after Nancy Guthrie turned 84 she was taken from her home overnight on February 1st, 2026. It has been 6 months now. 6 months of not knowing what happened, who did this and most importantly, WHY?!?!? Many notes, emails, communications have been sent to Tucson local TV news stations, TMZ and other news outlets. Some have been debunked after having been traced to a Los Angeles man who wasn't as graceful at hiding his online self as he thought he was. Those two notes that were the original messages that arrived at TMZ, KGUN and KOLD are thought to be the most legitimate. That is now coming up for debate. Six. Months. In. Authorities appear to be no more close to finding Nancy and figuring out who did this... Her Today Show host daughter, Savannah has pleaded with anyone, everyone to share any piece of info that they are thinking about, that the tip-ster might think is too small or insignificant. Let the FBI decide if it might be bigger than you think. Groups can attract those who are searching, those who are curious, those who are seekers. Unfortunately not all groups are ethical and some even morph into cults. The abuse can be severe with everything from sexual and physical to extreme mental and emotional abuse and almost always financial. Can you give your time, energy, money to something you believe in? if you are of adult age then of course. But when you are born and raised into a thought system that feels counter intuitive to your own body, mind, spirit thats when things get complicated. A small group of people were able to be swayed by a not that smart shyster who convinced grown adults much smarter than him to turn over their wives, daughters and money to him as he proclaimed he was the new prophet of the FLDS church. "Trust Me," is an amalgam of some home videos that were shot by a couple who were trying to save a group of women and girls from being under the spell of a ridiculous narcissist who had never done anything with his own life. The rest of the footage and editing was done by a documentary film crew and while it leaves much to be desired it is a fascinating look into a world few of us have been a part of or can even imagine. Our new endeavor BLUNT FORCE TRUE CRIME (a subsidiary of Just The Tip-Sters) examines documentaries, television, movies and even written true crime stories to determine their truthfulness, validity and even point of view. These are opinions of the hosts and not a detailed run down of the cases. THIS documentary left us with many questions. We are at an anniversary no one wants. Its been 15 years since someone entered the home of Bill and Peggy Stephenson after midnight and murdered them brutally. Two beautiful, kind, generous 74 year olds taken from their family, their community and the world and no one has been caught...yet. Elaine McKinley's wife had a simple request for her 81st birthday: a short hike and a picnic with Elaine and a friend. Kit knew it was the perfect time of year to see all of the wild flowers in bloom. Its easy to see that Elaine, 79 and her wife Kit were not your average senior citizens. They hiked three days a week and took ballroom dancing classes three times a week. Elaine had Alzheimers but was a force to be reckoned with. The three women went on the short, not strenuous hike and as usual Elaine raced ahead of Kit and their friend. It was assumed that Elaine went ahead to the picnic site. When Kit and the friend got to the picnic tables there was no Elaine. Because of her age and cognitive issues search and rescue responded immediately. Drones, dogs, searchers on foot, thermal planes, no source was spared. And yet...Elaine remains missing.
