Faith School part 7 | Four Kinds of Confession in the New Testament | Pastor Aaron Hankins
2026/09/30
What we say matters. Scripture shows us different ways we can confess, speak, and declare God’s Word—and each one has a place in our everyday lives. In this message, we’ll look at four kinds of confession in the New Testament and how we can put them into practice.
Living a Life of Fire Pt 7 | Burning to Serve | Pastor Timothy Aadland
2026/09/27
Paul reminds us to be “fervent in spirit, serving the Lord.” Our service isn’t about recognition, position, or what we get in return. It’s about reflecting the heart of Jesus in the way we love, serve, encourage, and care for others. 🔥 Real service is humble. Real service is sacrificial. Real service is consistent. Real service puts others first. Jesus said, “Whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant.” Serving the church means more than filling a position. It means looking for opportunities to meet a need, carry a burden, encourage someone, make room for someone else, and use what God has given us to build His house. Sometimes serving looks like a microphone. Sometimes it looks like a camera. Sometimes it looks like holding a door, making a meal, praying with someone, or simply noticing a need and meeting it. The question isn’t, “What can I get?” It’s “How can I serve?” 🔥 Am I willing to serve even when no one sees it? 🔥 Am I using what God has given me to build His church? 🔥 Do I look for opportunities to make someone else’s life better? 🔥 Am I serving from love, or from recognition? 🔥 Does the way I serve reflect the heart of Jesus? We weren’t saved to sit on the sidelines. We are the Church. We are a body. And every person has something to bring. A church that serves is a church that loves. A church that serves is a church that carries one another. A church that serves is a church that looks like Jesus. This is what it means to live with a fire that serves. 🔥

Living a Life of Fire Pt 6 | Fervent Love | Pastor Aaron Hankins
2026/09/20
🔥 FERVENT LOVE | LIVING A LIFE OF FIRE 🔥 Love was never meant to be passive. The Bible calls us to love with sincerity, serve with passion, remain steadfast in prayer, and love one another deeply—even when it costs us something. Paul reminds us, “Never be lacking in zeal, but keep your spiritual fervor, serving the Lord.” And Scripture tells us that our love must be genuine—not merely something we say, but something we live. Fervent love is more than affection. It is more than emotion. It is a decision to love like Jesus. 🔥 Real love is sincere. Real love perseveres. Real love covers. Real love serves. Real love even loves our enemies and prays for those who oppose us. Peter reminds us that “love each other deeply,” because love has the power to cover a multitude of sins. And Jesus takes love even further: “Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you.” That kind of love requires a fire that cannot come from human strength alone. In “Fervent Love,” we explore what it means to love with a heart that is fully alive in Christ—a love that refuses to grow cold, refuses to become bitter, and refuses to only love when it is easy. This message will challenge you to ask: 🔥 Is my love genuine, or only convenient? 🔥 Am I loving people when there is nothing I can gain in return? 🔥 Have I allowed offense to make my heart grow cold? 🔥 Am I willing to pray for the people who have hurt me? 🔥 Does the love of Christ shape the way I treat others? Fervent love doesn't ignore wrong—it chooses grace. It doesn't deny pain—it chooses forgiveness. It doesn't love only those who love us—it reflects the radical love of Jesus. Our world doesn't need more words about love. It needs believers who LIVE IT. A love that serves. A love that forgives. A love that perseveres. A love that prays. A love that burns brightly even when the world around us grows cold. 🔥 This is what it means to LOVE WITH A FIRE THAT DOESN’T GO OUT. ❤️‍🔥

Living a Life of Fire Pt 5 | David's Passion | Pastor Aaron Hankins
2026/09/13
🔥 DAVID’S PASSION | LIVING A LIFE OF FIRE 🔥 David didn’t just worship God with his words—he worshiped God with his life, his sacrifice, and his giving. David was a man who understood that true worship always costs something. His passion for God was expressed not only through songs and lifted hands, but through a heart that was willing to give generously, sacrifice freely, and honor God with everything he had. When David desired to build a house for the presence of God, he didn’t simply offer an idea—he prepared and gave abundantly. He declared, “I will not offer burnt offerings to the LORD my God that cost me nothing.” That reveals the heart of a true worshiper. 🔥 Real worship has a price. Real passion produces generosity. Real love for God moves us to give. In “David’s Passion,” we explore the powerful connection between David’s worship and his giving—and discover what it means to live with a heart that is completely surrendered to God. This message will challenge you to ask: 🔥 Is my worship costing me something? 🔥 Am I giving God what is convenient or what is valuable? 🔥 Does my generosity reflect my love for His presence? 🔥 What am I willing to sacrifice for the things of God? 🔥 Have I allowed my worship to become a lifestyle? David understood something powerful: you can tell what has captured a person’s heart by what they are willing to give. His worship was passionate. His giving was sacrificial. His heart was surrendered. God is still looking for worshipers whose fire is not just heard in their songs—but seen in their surrender. 🔥 This is what it means to LIVE A LIFE OF FIRE.

Living a Life of Fire Pt 4 | Zeal for God's House | Pastor Aaron Hankins
2026/09/06
🔥 A LIFE OF FIRE | A ZEAL FOR GOD’S HOUSE 🔥 “Zeal for Your house has consumed Me.” — John 2:17 Do you have a genuine zeal for the house of God? In this powerful message from the A Life of Fire sermon series, we take a look at what it means to have a zeal for God’s house—a passion for His presence, His people, His Word, and the work He is doing through His church. Jesus demonstrated what it looks like to be deeply passionate about the things of God. His zeal for His Father’s house consumed Him. But what does that kind of zeal look like in our lives? It’s more than simply showing up to church. It’s having a heart that values what God values. It’s being passionate about His presence, committed to His people, devoted to His Word, and willing to serve His purposes. In this message, we’ll discover: 🔥 What it truly means to have a zeal for God’s house 🔥 Why our passion for God’s house matters 🔥 The difference between religious routine and genuine zeal 🔥 How our love for God shapes our love for His house 🔥 What happens when we become fully invested in what God is doing God is still looking for people who will say, “I love Your house. I love Your presence. I want to be part of what You are doing.”
