Vineyards were grown everywhere in Israel during the time of Jesus. When He said, "I am the vine," His followers would have understand what a vine is and does. As the vine, Jesus gives us life. Without faith, it’s impossible to please God! These stories show us what is looks like to put our faith in Jesus. Even though we cannot see Him, we believe that He is real and He rewards those who seek Him!

Mark 6. Jesus shows us that He is God. Only God can take what little we have and multiply it for His glory!

Jesus is not only the gate for the sheep to enter, He is the Good Shepherd who leads and disciplines and protects.
