Meet Junior Magana , a former forty something year old bodybuilder who had dedicated his life to pushing his physique to the limit. He spent years honing his craft, and his hard work paid off with impressive gains and a strong competitive record. But during a particularly intense leg day, disaster struck. Junior felt a searing pain in his quadriceps as he lifted a heavy weight, and he knew something was terribly wrong. A trip to the hospital confirmed his worst fears: he had torn his quadriceps, an injury that would require surgery and a long, arduous recovery.
