Description

Black Carrie Bradshaw confidence. Sensuality like Samantha. Strength like Miranda. Emotional like Charlotte.Trust me, you will resonate. Growing everyday. With nothing but love being spread being the goal.. But I am more than that. I am a mother, I have been homeless multiple times, I grew up wholesome, I am an artist, I am a writer, and I love to be in the kitchen doing it all. I am flawed. And I own it. But my flaws have made me into the woman that I am. And they are going to shape my future. Thanks for listening loves!💋

The Object of Pain
2026/10/09
In this episode I cover what pain means when you think it returns to anger. What rumors do to people. How it feels to be judged. Hacked. Misused and more. Sometimes you’ll do wrong to people and never turn yourself in because you feel like you have an obligation to take care of your family. While you shit on someone else’s ability to. All the while hating yourself and that’s not what the person you hurt wants you to do. Instead of taking accountability you continuously blame shift.
Insecurity Rant Part 2
2026/09/16
*Explicit Language What I cover in this episode: Telekinesis ESP/Clairvoyance Huna Principles Racism from other blacks Judgement Forgiveness EmpathySympathy Psychological Paranormal ExperimentsKeystone Satellite Experiments Changing Reality-Serge Kahili King
Insecurity Rant Part 1
2026/09/15
*Explicit Language Today’s rant covered the following concepts Gaslighting Forgiveness Humility Grief Guilt Relationships Sorrow Anxiety Depression It’s all about how I think of my own insecurities and how I manage to gain strength through them
Confidence Reimagined Photographically
2026/08/24
I verbally walk you through the militance of strengthening your mind so that you can always remember where things are in your house. Whether someone stole the items from you and you can’t find them. Whether you feel incredulous and want to retaliate. I talk you through how you can have peace. How you can be at rest. How you can be stronger. And I explain why complaining is not necessarily a negative thing. Complaining can be positive even if it was mistaken and interpreted wrong. And with the right cognitive dissonance you can appropriately interpret that emotion and bestow the apology to the other person. 🥹 Tears can be an interpretation of empathy. You aren’t being scolded Let us pray: ‘Dear Lord. For now I will take care of myself. And others will be taken care of by you. And when I am strong I will take care of others who have been taken care of by you so that you can help take care of me. In Jesus name amen’
Venerational Justice
2026/08/24
What ways do people discriminate against you? How do you tolerate the discrimination? I have had to experience this type of discrimination many times. When you listen to this, I have incorporated many different examples of how your hate doesn’t heal. Tears can be an interpretation of empathy. You aren’t being scolded Let us pray: ‘Dear Lord. For now I will take care of myself. And others will be taken care of by you. And when I am strong I will take care of others who have been taken care of you so that you can help take care of me. In Jesus name amen’
Isolation
2026/08/24
🥹 I beg you from the bottom of my heart to understand, and listen to the end. If you can’t, I understand. But I really appreciate you listening, supporting and inspiring. Thank you. To be angry is to let others’ mistakes punish yourself. -Buddha A 2.5 hour explicit conversation about how isolation hurts and heals. How truth hurts and heals. How does isolation hurt when you threaten someone’s ability to defend themselves by isolating? How do you incorrectly address the truth? By threatening someone directly and then attacking their ability to thrive. Triangulation Psychological Manipulation Although these are ways that manipulation has hurt who I am at times, I continue to isolate for healing. I feel as though I am more introverted, I turn my strength into compassion for others. And always have. 🚨 WARNINGS: Don’t take the tone as anger I am NOT on drugs I am not projecting my views onto you. I’m telling you how I think. You are a human being. And none of us is perfect. My goal is to inspire others to be kinder. Tears can be an interpretation of empathy. You aren’t being scolded Let us pray: ‘Dear Lord. For now I will take care of myself. And others will be taken care of by you. And when I am strong I will take care of others who have been taken care of by you so that you can help take care of me. In Jesus name amen’
Why don’t you use people?
2026/01/19
In this episode I talk about why I don’t think it’s fair to hold everyone to the same standard of using people. Someone’s life has been hard to save and work for. Why do you boast about using people? Just because you don’t use someone doesn’t mean they don’t use you. And just because they use you foremost doesn’t mean you owe them a reaction or response. YouTube.com/@elaundra
Social Stratification Essay
2025/11/18
My essay for a college submission on social stratification A woman flipped out in a racist rant. And sometimes you call them Karen’s. I called her Lisa. Without the stall open there was no way to identify the source of her anger or discover if she was disabled or not.
God’s Love and DV
2025/10/18
Gods presence in my life with DV I’ve been a medium since 2022. And occasionally read people. Nothing to fear. I am very logical and compassionate. At times I rant when I am alone. Because creativity is compounding. At times I won’t give chances for things because of the feeling of impending threats to character. I still choose to sit and live with compassion regardless.
To not be served socially
2025/09/12
In this episode I talk about what it is like to not be served socially and strong ways you fight back
Love Strength
2025/09/11
When people know what you have been through and then blame you for speaking out it’s a boomerang effect. They never said anything to you and expected you to fail. A lot of times they feel like they are too weak to fight for you anyways. After damage is done or before damages occur. I pray that God continues to bless you and makes you whole. In this episode I talk about why I am what I am and how strong I am. Thus, not a reason to make someone else feel like crap for what they have been through and them not feeling strong. They can use my strength to build themselves up. I’ve always been the type of person to love a culture regardless of assumptions and love them all. Love people for being people. And should there be hate, I choose to continue to have love. Not because it makes you feel worse about trying to hurt me, no. But to exemplify even more that you may not be doing the right thing. But I feel right in giving love instead of hate. In this episode I also talk about dealing with PTSD flashbacks. Does your life depend on them? Do you have something you owe someone who knows but won’t do anything but keep you down and expect you to fail? What if you speak out? Going directly to the source hasn’t helped. They taunt that they have more influence than you so you never get further than a certain point. Showing your inner strength is important. Not giving up on yourself even though others do. When it comes to familial and societal pressures to conform, you might lose yourself. Especially in the story others try and create for you. From strength and love. German, Nigerian, Irish, Spanish, Mali and more. ❤️
Nobody Cares
2025/05/16
www.elaundra.com If in the event that someone tells me "Nobody Cares", I will laugh in their face. I can't spit in it because that is considered a level of disrespect I dare not approach. But not even in the lightest terms should I have to explain it in this way. I am not a person who likes seeing others in pain. But I do know that people like to dish out vengeance. I take solace in my strength being the one thing you will likely be threatened by, and you will want to affect.
Silencing Your Voice
2025/03/17
Sometimes you have a voice that’s silenced. And when you speak out people will try and make it seem like you’re harassing. When you kept quiet to keep complete. And people loved it that way because it ‘kept the peace’. Which literally means keeping their secrets. But you don’t have to expose. You’re not exposing. You’re asking for people to stop abusing you and end the take take take rhetoric. Because God gives gives gives and sees all. And when you use blessings to hurt other people it’s not peace.
Life Cycle-Homelessness
2025/03/16
When you’re homeless you should never lose your storage. And in New York there is nothing that prevents you from losing it. There’s no voucher. There’s no hold on your items until you get on your feet. Listen closely. I’ve seen both sides.
The Tears of Healthcare
2025/03/12
I love nursing so much I tried more than once to go after an RN degree. It was the jealousy of men and women I dated sometimes and friends and family and trauma that brought me down. I didn’t have support. And peace. And I just couldn’t deal with the trauma. My voice might not sound ‘nice’ but it’s real. And it’s a hurtful dynamic that I’ve been through. So I hope that pain is felt so it feels REAL
