FULL SHOW: Final crunch for the midterms; NYC's economy.
2026/10/30
President Trump is not going to some rallies in some parts of the country as we get closer to the midterms. Mark plays a clip of Trump telling off a Reuters reporter after a question the President was asked touched a nerve with him. The Justice Department’s Dan Sullivan controversy in Alaska, regarding his name appearing twice on the ballot, which could be a scheme, accelerated sharply after Alaska's campaign revelations, and more officials are coming out about this. Big turnout for voting in Israel, and it looks like Bibi Netanyahu didn't win enough seats for him to take power. North Korean hackers have hacked into a crypto bank and stolen billions of dollars in crypto. BIBI Netanyahu is declaring that Israel's election was stolen. Actor Patrick Stewart passed away. Another horrible tragedy of someone getting raped in Central Park is surfacing. Are criminals getting reimbursed in NYC for crimes they committed and the time in jail? Former special counsel Jack Smith apparently did more shady things, including spying on people's personal items. Natalie Harp, Trump's assistant, prints out many things for him constantly. Mark interviews Roger Friedman from Showbiz 411. Roger explains why old-school artists are still performing to this day. Roger and Mark both joke about raising money for movie theaters. Some of the places that we once loved may be slowly fading. The live in-person rally in Kansas and Iowa was originally off the table for President Trump, but he has changed his mind and will go now. Outdoor rallies are phased out at the moment due to safety concerns for President Trump. Former Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi has said that she doesn't think Abdul El Saye'ds thinking about Jewish individuals is good. If Hollywood uses AI to make more movies, it could become really easy for movie directors and investors. The New York Times has recently reported the news very fairly, highlighting the Dan Sullivan case in Alaska and Ilhan Omar's situation. People Inc., which owns People Magazine, InStyle, and more, is laying off around 195 staff members due to demand. Mark interviews journalist Steve Cuozzo. Steve has a new book coming and explains all about it. Steve gives us an update on how New York City is doing economically, including real estate, restaurants, and more. A new hotel is coming to NYC, and Steve explains what it is. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

FULL SHOW: Are the Democrats cheating? Diet Coke for Z Gen's.
2026/10/29
There's a lot of shady activity happening in Alaska right now regarding the midterm election, prompting Alaska's governor to order an investigation after a NYT report on an alleged Dem-linked Senate election plan. Governor Kathy Hochul and gubernatorial candidate Bruce Blakeman are closing in on who will take the governor's seat in New York, and the two are attacking each other's actions more deeply as November 3rd gets closer. Congestion pricing could be a huge factor in Kathy Hochul's possible reelection, which could swing votes. Barack Obama's comments on the Cheesecake Factory continue to spark controversy and raise questions about his character. DoorDash is buying Instacart for billions of dollars. The cable news networks have seen a decline in viewership over the years; however, some networks and shows remain at the top, like ABC World News Tonight with David Muir, which attracts many viewers. The Federal Reserve has decided to hold interest rates steady after yesterday's meeting. The economy so far has been doing well. Mark interviews WOR weeknight host Jimmy Failla. Mark and Jimmy talk about Obama's comments on the Cheesecake Factory, which Obama may not have known is a restaurant many people enjoy eating at. Jimmy also dives into the issues in New York regarding Governor Hochul and who will win the midterms. There's a new signature needed by Dems to defend U.S. Rep. Ilhan Omar's alleged name change, which she is denying. Commentator Hasan Piker is suing CNN commentator Scott Jennings for 72.5 million dollars over alleged defamation claims that Jennings encouraged in America. Gen Z has a great relationship with Coca-Cola products, and Diet Coke is their favorite. Barack Obama took shots at Trump's diet, which is most of the time McDonald's. Mark interviews Boston radio host Howie Carr. Mark and Howie break down the possible voter fraud situation in Alaska. Howie talks about the reflecting pool situation at the White House, which has taken a hit. The guys break down what will happen for the GOP in certain states in the midterms.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
