Description

A podcast channel with weekly spiritual conversations, meditations, and affirmations helping you grow, prosper, and evolve.Depending on "the world" for a source of goodness or direction has become difficult. This difficulty has a spiritual purpose, though; to take us on a journey inward to our Soul.  Navigating life today takes a great deal of wisdom, discernment, and fortitude. In an age of "information overload" and "misinformation", it is important to be able to have some way to re-center and support your Soul growth.  Experience of the Soul will look at the individual and the collective while applying spiritual principles to our daily lives. We want to help you enjoy an empowered life of Soul focus that is enlightening, engaging, and even exciting.  As we live from our Soul, we identify less with the personality and more with our authentic true selves. The show will regularly focus on the imminence and transcendence of the Divine.Put simply, each episode will be food for your Soul.  Blessings on the journey, dear friends. We are honored to support you.

Stop Trying to Think Your Way Through Life | Sunday at Unity Daytona Beach | Ep. 34
2026/04/22
Send us Fan Mail Trying to think your way through life might be the very thing holding you back—this message invites you into a deeper trust in God as the true substance of all things.  What if the thing you’ve been relying on the most… is actually getting in the way? This week at Unity of Daytona Beach, Rev. Cynthia Alice Anderson invites us into a powerful shift—from trying to think our way through life… to trusting something deeper. Because while the mind is useful, it’s also limited—and real transformation begins when we move beyond it. Through personal reflection, scripture, and practical spiritual insight, this message explores what it means to trust God not as something outside of us, but as the very substance of life itself. Not something to reach for—but something we are already living within. “You can never be outside of God—you can only forget that you’re in it.”  This episode is a reminder that:  You are not separate from God  You are not lacking  And you are not meant to carry this life alone When we shift our awareness, everything begins to change. “You’re listening to the Experience of the Soul Podcast Channel—bringing you inspiration, teachings, and practices to support your spiritual journey.”  We’d love to hear from you. Sacred Spaces | Experience of the Soul | Ep. 409
2026/04/20
Send us Fan Mail What if the sacred isn’t something you find—but something you become? This episode invites you to explore how creating and honoring sacred space can transform your spiritual life from the inside out.  In this deeply reflective episode, recorded from within a sacred Mongolian yurt, Cynthia Alice Anderson explores the meaning and power of sacred spaces—both external and internal. What makes a space feel sacred? Is it the structure itself, or the intention we bring into it? From cathedrals to nature, from meditation corners to moments under the night sky, Cynthia invites us to reconnect with the spaces that help us remember who we truly are. She shares personal stories of creating sacred environments, honoring spiritual traditions across cultures, and learning to carry that sense of reverence into everyday life. This episode also offers practical insight for those who feel called to deepen their meditation practice but aren’t sure where to begin. The answer may be simpler—and more powerful—than you think. Ultimately, this conversation leads us to a profound truth: the sacred space you are seeking is already within you. This episode features the song “Lord Prepare Me to Be a Sanctuary” by Randy Scruggs and John W. Thompson. Copyright: 1982 by Whole Armor Music/Full Armor Music. Shared with gratitude for its beautiful expression of the sacred.  “You’re listening to the Experience of the Soul Podcast Channel—bringing you inspiration, teachings, and practices to support your spiritual journey.”  We’d love to hear from you. I Am Light | Affirmations for the Soul | Ep 25
2026/04/17
Send us Fan Mail A gentle, centering affirmation reminding you that the light of God is not separate from you—it shines on you, in you, and as you.  Not just around you. Not just something to reach for. But something already present—within you, moving through you, guiding your way. This affirmation invites you to slow down and feel into that truth… to remember that you are supported, held, and lit from within. Whether you’re starting your day, resetting in the middle of it, or winding down, let these words settle gently into your awareness: The light of God shines on you. The light of God shines in you. The light of God shines as you. And maybe, just for a moment…you don’t have to search for the light at all. Spiritual Economics: From Striving to Aligning | Sunday at Unity Daytona Beach | Ep. 32
2026/04/15
Send us Fan Mail Prosperity isn’t something you chase—it’s something you align with. This message explores how shifting your inner awareness can transform your outer experience of abundance.  This week, we begin a new series inspired by Spiritual Economics by Eric Butterworth, exploring a deeper understanding of abundance rooted in spiritual awareness rather than fear or scarcity. Rev. Cynthia Alice Anderson invites us to reconsider what prosperity really means—not just money or material success, but a way of thinking and living. Through scripture, story, and practical insight, we’re reminded that life flows from the inside out, and that our relationship with God as our source shapes everything we experience. As we shift from striving to aligning, we begin to trust that the good we seek is already seeking us. “You’re listening to the Experience of the Soul Podcast Channel—bringing you inspiration, teachings, and practices to support your spiritual journey.”  We’d love to hear from you. The Power of One | Experience of the Soul Podcast | Ep. 408
2026/04/13
Send us Fan Mail A powerful conversation with Lorna Owens on following divine guidance, living in service, and discovering the wholeness that comes from answering your call.  This week on Experience of the Soul, Cynthia Alice Anderson is joined by Lorna Owens, registered nurse, midwife, attorney, international speaker, and author of Becoming Whole: Letters to the Woman I Am. Lorna’s life is a remarkable example of what can unfold when we listen deeply to the voice of Spirit and take action. From her early calling to serve, to her global work supporting women’s health and reducing maternal and infant mortality, her journey reflects a powerful truth: one person, following divine guidance, can make a meaningful difference. In this conversation, Cynthia and Lorna explore the idea of “the power of one”—how small, faithful steps can ripple outward in ways we may never fully see. They also speak honestly about burnout, success, and the importance of spiritual grounding, community, rest, and self-care as part of a truly whole life. This episode is both inspiring and deeply grounding—an invitation to trust the voice within you, move your feet when called, and remember that you are already equipped to make a difference. “You’re listening to the Experience of the Soul Podcast Channel—bringing you inspiration, teachings, and practices to support your spiritual journey.”  We’d love to hear from you. Let this be a moment to pause, breathe, and remember: you are held, you are guided, and you are part of something beautifully ordered. Rise Up into the Light | Sunday at Unity Daytona Beach | Ep. 31
2026/04/07
Send us Fan Mail Easter invites us into something deeper than remembrance—it calls us to rise, to believe, and to embody the living power of transformation within us.  As we conclude our Journey to Easter series, Rev. Cynthia Alice Anderson invites us into the practice of nonresistance—not as passivity, but as a powerful spiritual openness to the movement of God within us. When we release the need to control, to force, or to hold on too tightly, something greater has space to emerge. Through reflection, storytelling, and spiritual insight, this message reminds us that resurrection is not just an event from long ago—it is a living principle, available here and now. A rising into greater awareness. A return to the truth of who we are. “Jesus Christ is here now, raising me to his power and consciousness.” Easter becomes personal when we begin to ask:  What in me is ready to rise? Wherever this season has taken you, this is a moment to begin again—to trust, to soften, and to allow the light to lead. “You’re listening to the Experience of the Soul Podcast Channel—bringing you inspiration, teachings, and practices to support your spiritual journey.”  We’d love to hear from you. Choosing God in Every Moment | Sunday at Unity Daytona Beach | Ep. 31
2026/04/02
Send us Fan Mail What if peace, clarity, and guidance were always available to you? This Palm Sunday message invites you to choose God as your constant source—and trust what unfolds from there.  In this Palm Sunday message, we’re invited into a deeper understanding of what it means to live with God as our constant source—not just in moments of need, but as a daily way of being. Through stories, humor, and grounded spiritual insight, this talk explores the balance between our human experience and our divine nature. We’re reminded that while life will always bring challenges, we are never meant to navigate them alone. As we enter Holy Week, this message gently prepares the heart for what’s to come—the releasing, the letting go, and the possibility of resurrection. What are we holding onto that may be ready to be placed on the cross? And what new life is waiting on the other side? You’ll hear a clear and practical invitation:  To become more mindful of what you’re taking in  To choose environments and relationships that support your growth  To trust your inner guidance—even when it doesn’t make logical sense  And to return, again and again, to God as your steady, unchanging resource This is a message about practice, not perfection.  About awareness, not judgment.  And about choosing, moment by moment, to align with something greater. “You’re listening to the Experience of the Soul Podcast Channel—bringing you inspiration, teachings, and practices to support your spiritual journey.”  We’d love to hear from you. Change and the Soul Journey | Experience of the Soul Podcast | Ep. 406
2026/03/30
Send us Fan Mail Change is not something happening to you—it’s how your soul speaks, grows, and evolves into its next expression.  Change can feel uncomfortable, uncertain, even overwhelming—but what if it’s actually the very language of your soul? In this episode, Cynthia Alice Anderson explores the deeper meaning of change as part of your spiritual evolution. Rather than something to resist, change is revealed as a sacred process—one that moves you forward, helps you release what no longer serves you, and invites you into a more awakened way of being. Through personal reflection and spiritual insight, Cynthia shares how fear of change is often a sign that you are ready for growth, and how even the smallest inner shift can transform your entire experience of life. From the idea of “divine discontent” to the subtle changes that occur deeper along the spiritual path, this episode offers a grounded and compassionate perspective on navigating life’s transitions. As we move through a season of renewal, you’re invited to listen inward, trust the process, and allow change to guide you—not away from yourself, but closer to who you truly are. “You’re listening to the Experience of the Soul Podcast Channel—bringing you inspiration, teachings, and practices to support your spiritual journey.”  We’d love to hear from you. Objective and Tools | Sunday at Unity Daytona Beach | Ep. 30
2026/03/25
Send us Fan Mail A reflective message on intention, alignment, and spiritual focus—reminding us that what we cultivate within becomes what we experience in life.  What are you planting in your life right now—and where is it leading you? In this week’s message, we explore the idea of objective through a simple but powerful metaphor: tending a garden. Just as a garden requires intention, focus, and care, so does the life we are shaping. Nothing grows by accident. What we give our energy to becomes what we experience. This talk invites us to take an honest look at where our attention is going—and whether it’s aligned with who we truly want to be. Because while divine power is always available, it’s up to us to work with it, to align with it, and to live from it. You’ll hear reflections on:  The importance of having a clear objective in life  How our focus determines what unfolds  The role of spiritual law in shaping our experience  Why alignment—not effort alone—is the key to transformation  A grounding affirmation: God is, I amThe message closes with a guided meditation—an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and remember the presence of God within and all around you. “You’re listening to the Experience of the Soul Podcast Channel—bringing you inspiration, teachings, and practices to support your spiritual journey.”  We’d love to hear from you. Support Your Soul | Experience of the Soul Podcast | Ep. 405
2026/03/23
Send us Fan Mail A grounded reflection on how we unknowingly resist our soul—and how to return to “yes to life” through trust, awareness, and simple spiritual practice.  The idea that we are called to live from the soul is not new, but how we actually support that journey can be more subtle than we think. In this episode, Cynthia Alice Anderson explores the quiet ways we may be working against our own souls without even realizing it. These are what she calls “no-to-life” patterns—habits, thoughts, and choices that pull us away from alignment. In contrast, “yes-to-life” decisions are those that nourish, uplift, and support the soul’s growth. At the heart of this conversation is a powerful question: Are you supporting your soul… or working against it? Cynthia reminds us that supporting the soul is not about perfection, but about awareness—and about remembering that God is always working on our behalf, even when we cannot see the full picture. She also offers practical anchors to stay grounded in this work, including timeless spiritual tools such as the Grace Prayer, the Serenity Prayer, the Prayer of St. Francis, the Prayer for Protection, and the Lord’s Prayer. And when life feels uncertain, she shares a simple affirmation built on the word CHRIST: Christ Heals and Reveals. I am Silently Trusting. Because ultimately, TRUST means learning To Rely Upon Spirit Totally. This episode is a gentle, honest invitation to live with greater awareness—and to begin choosing in ways that truly support your soul. “You’re listening to the Experience of the Soul Podcast Channel—bringing you inspiration, teachings, and practices to support your spiritual journey.”  We’d love to hear from you. Transformation and Courage | Sunday at Unity Daytona Beach | Ep. 29
2026/03/18
Send us Fan Mail Rev. Dr. Silvia Behrend reflects on transformation, courage, and the spiritual work of saying yes to the life that is unfolding through us.  Drawing from spiritual traditions, scripture, and lived experience, Rev. Silvia reflects on how growth often requires us to move beyond what feels comfortable. Transformation, she reminds us, is not always easy—but it is part of the unfolding of life itself. Like a seed breaking open to grow or a butterfly emerging from a chrysalis, we are continually invited into new forms of becoming. Her message also speaks to the role of spiritual community and leadership—how each of us participates in the unfolding vision of a living spiritual community by bringing our willingness, attention, and courage. The service includes a guided meditation with Rev. Cynthia Alice and special music by violinist Josh Anderson and pianist Eric Brook, performing movements from “Violin Sonata in G Minor, HWV 386” by George Frideric Handel (1685–1759). Take a breath, settle in, and allow this time to be a moment of reflection and encouragement on your path. “You’re listening to the Experience of the Soul Podcast Channel—bringing you inspiration, teachings, and practices to support your spiritual journey.”  We’d love to hear from you.
