Paco Osuna's Mindshake. Living Atope Since 2005. Since 2005 Mindshake has been the brainchild and creative outlet of famed Spanish DJ and Producer PACO OSUNA. What began as a genuine platform to promote his passion for music has now become a global force in pushing techno music culture forward. Based in Barcelona, Spain and often referred to as Paco's “second family”, Mindshake exists to support the art of like-minded contemporaries while developing a foundation for a select group of burgeoning talent throughout the world. Since its inception Mindshake has shared well-regarded releases by a collective of established artists balanced with a refined group of talented producers on the brink of breakout futures. From its earliest offerings by stalwarts like Paul Ritch, Alexi Delano, Sinisa Tamamovic and Paco Osuna himself, to contemporary releases by its latest core group of artists like Carlo Lio, Egbert, Fer BR, and Sebastian Xottelo, Mindshake's focus is to allow a necessary freedom of expression while promoting the discovery of the new. It is no surprise that Mindshake music has found it’s way into the DJ sets and charts of many of the industry’s top DJs. Late London has an invigorating style of tech house, which combines flowing percussion and rolling basslines with infectious vocals. Alongside the two solo originals by Late London is a collaboration with J. Park whose stripped-back style of tech house is full of percussive flair. Both artists are making their Mindshake debut, following their solo releases and collaborative tracks on the likes of DNT MND ME, La Zic, Stil Vor Talent, Psicodelica and High Class Nasty. Their collaborative track, "On the Case" opens the release with its jazzy bassline, sleazy saxophone, and trippy vocals. "Double Time" is the first of Late London's solo tracks, and it combines horn stabs and hip hop-inspired vocals with acid synths. "TIME2WORK" closes the release with a medley of dramatic samples, layered with some slick piano and compelling spoken word vocals.

Hailing from Spain, Fer BR is a Mindshake regular who has featured many solo tracks on the imprint, alongside numerous collaborations with Paco Osuna under their shared alias Project00. An eclectic artist, Fer BR produces everything from deep tech to techno, and this four-track release has hypnotic drum patterns forming slick grooves. He is also a respected DJ who plays regularly in Ibiza and other prestigious locations across Europe. The title track, "Cut the Noise" has a funky bassline underpinning upbeat percussion, trippy vocal textures, and saxophone flurries. "Dam Night" has a jazzy bass loop and stuttered vocal tones accompanied by hip hop-inspired vocal phrases. "A Night in Chicago" has a rolling groove with vocal stabs and organ chords bolstered by bursts of trumpet. Merissa Mahilaa is a German artist from Mannheim who has an upbeat style sitting somewhere between tech house and deep tech. Her boisterous sound combines in-your-face vocals with prominent bass hooks, and this is her Mindshake debut. Her music is played regularly in Paco Osuna's DJ sets, and Merissa Mahilaa is also a talented DJ who's a regular at many of Germany's most respected events. She often plays international shows, getting booked everywhere from Romania to Italy. She describes her style as; innovation, design that inspires deep emotions and unforgettable moments on the dance floor. The title track, "Kitty Kat" opens the release with a funky acid bassline and a fiery hip hop vocal sample, then "Crazy" takes control with its hypnotic percussion and feisty lyrics. "Freak Like Me" is third on the release with its rolling bassline and sleezy vocals, and "Baby I'm" closes the release with its juddering bass and trippy vocal chops. David Lowe is a Mindshake regular, and J Young is making his debut on the imprint. This three-track release includes a solo production from each artist, alongside the collaborative title track. Based in the UK, David Lowe frequents the DJ booth at prestigious London venues ranging from fabric to Ministry of Sound, and played alongside Paco Osuna at events such as Nowhere at Hi Ibiza. His productions and DJ sets express an upbeat style, which layers flowing percussion and rolling basslines, and this is the third time he's featuring on Mindshake. J Young is also a UK-based artist with a deep and stripped back style, undertones of funk, and Paco Osuna has regularly supported his music in DJ sets. The collaborative track, "Big Boss," opens the release with a throbbing bassline underpinning saxophone flurries and hip hop vocals. J Young's solo track, "Get Up," has shuffling percussion and jazzy organ chords, combined with some iconic soulful vocals.
