Hymnology: How Great Thou Art
2026/09/27
How great is our God?
In this message, Pastor B. explores the difference between temporary human greatness and the eternal, unchanging greatness of God. Through the powerful story behind the beloved hymn “How Great Thou Art,” we’ll see how creation from thunderstorms and mountains to stars, galaxies, and the vastness of the universe declares God’s majesty.
Yet the God who calls every star by name also knows your name, hears your prayers, and invites you into a personal relationship through Jesus Christ.
Join us as we reflect on Psalm 8, Job, and the wonder of creation and discover how a bigger view of God leads to deeper worship, greater confidence, and a life of dependence on Him.

Nehemiah 5-7: WHEN THE WALL GOES UP
2026/08/30
What happens when God finishes one assignment but is preparing you for something greater?
In Nehemiah 5–7, Pastor Jason helps us discover that rebuilding the wall was never the final goal. God was building something in the people while He was building something through the people.
This powerful message challenges us to recognize the marks of a people who are ready for their next season, not simply by what they build, but by how they live, serve, protect one another, and remain faithful to God's work.
🔨 1. GUARD THE PEOPLE WHILE YOU BUILD THE PROJECT
Nehemiah became angry when he heard that God's people were being mistreated by their own leaders. He refused to pursue the project at the expense of the people.
We guard one another while we build together.
God's work should never require us to sacrifice integrity, compassion, or care for others. We are called to build while protecting the people God has entrusted to us.
🏗️ 2. REFUSE TO COME DOWN FROM THE GREAT WORK
When Nehemiah's enemies tried to distract and intimidate him, his response was clear:
"I am doing a great work and I cannot come down."
There will always be distractions, accusations, fear, and opportunities to step away from what God has called you to do. But when you know the assignment is from God, don't allow opposition to pull you away.
Stay focused. Stay faithful. Keep building.
And after only 52 days, the wall was completed. Even their enemies recognized that the work had been accomplished with the help of God.
🛡️ 3. WHEN THE WALL IS FINISHED, THE MISSION IS NOT
The completion of the wall wasn't the end, it was the beginning of the next phase.
Nehemiah appointed faithful and God-fearing leaders to oversee Jerusalem. The city still needed to be protected, rebuilt, populated, and prepared for what God was going to do next.
The third mark of a people ready for the next season is that we prepare faithful people for the people God is preparing to send.
Your assignment may change. Your season may change. The project may be completed. But God's mission continues.
God isn't only building something for us, He is building something in us.

Nehemiah 4: Let’s Get Ready To Rumble
2026/08/23
What do you do when you know you’re following God’s plan, but opposition suddenly rises? In Nehemiah 4, we see a powerful picture of what it means to keep building when the enemy wants you to stop.
In this message Pastor B. reminds us that God’s work requires both prayer and preparation, faith and action, perseverance and courage. When Nehemiah and the people of Jerusalem faced threats, discouragement, fatigue, and opposition, they didn’t quit. They prayed, prepared themselves, and continued the work God had given them.
In this message, we’ll discover:
Spiritual Warfare & Opposition: Why following God’s purpose can attract opposition and why prayer should be our first response.Preparing for the Fight: How to recognize that spiritual battles are real and prepare through prayer, faith, and perseverance. The Necessity of Hard Work: Why faith doesn’t eliminate our responsibility to work faithfully and participate in what God is building.Overcoming Discouragement: How to deal with fatigue, frustration, fear, and the temptation to give up.Victory Through Persistence: Why sometimes the greatest victory is simply refusing to quit and trusting God’s timing.Nehemiah’s story reminds us that the work may be difficult, the opposition may be strong, and the journey may take longer than expected but God is faithful.
If God has given you a vision, an assignment, or a burden, don’t stop building because of opposition. Pray. Prepare. Work. Persevere. Keep your eyes on God and keep moving forward.

Nehemiah 2 & 3: Find Your Place On The Wall
2026/08/16
What happens when we remain faithful in the ordinary things God has placed before us? In this message from the life of Nehemiah,Pastor B helps us discover that everyday faithfulness, prayer, courage, and obedience can prepare us for extraordinary opportunities.
Nehemiah faithfully served where God had placed him, but when the right moment came, he had the courage to step through the door God opened. His story reminds us that prayer and action belong together, we trust God for the outcome, but we must be willing to move when He calls.
This message explores:
How faithfulness in everyday responsibilities prepares us for greater opportunities. Why? We must have courage when God opens a door. How God uses people with different gifts and abilities to accomplish one mission. Why serving faithfully in our current role can prepare us for future leadership. The importance of honor, respect, and godly character. How prayer should lead us toward action rather than passivity. Why unity is essential when we are building something for God's Kingdom. How our faithfulness today can leave a spiritual legacy for future generations. You may not think your role is significant, but God does. Every person, every gift, and every act of obedience can become part of something much greater than ourselves.
As we look at Nehemiah's example, may we be encouraged to pray boldly, serve faithfully, seize the opportunities God gives us, and trust His timing.
Don't underestimate what God can do through a person who is simply willing to be faithful.

Nehemiah 1: Blessed With A Burden
2026/08/09
WHEN GOD GIVES YOU A BURDEN, HE MAY BE GIVING YOU AN ASSIGNMENT
What breaks your heart may be the very thing God is calling you to help rebuild.
In this powerful message from the story of Nehemiah, we discover how God can use a burden in our hearts to awaken leadership, deepen our prayer life, and move us toward action. When Nehemiah heard that Jerusalem’s walls were broken and its gates had been burned, he didn't simply acknowledge the problem he mourned, prayed, fasted, and eventually stepped forward to become part of the solution.
Nehemiah teaches us that a God-given burden is not something we should ignore. Sometimes God allows us to see brokenness because He is preparing us to do something about it.
In this message, Pastor B. explores:
• Nehemiah’s Burden — How hearing about Jerusalem's condition stirred something deep within him.
• The Power of Prayer — How Nehemiah responded to the burden by mourning, fasting, confessing, and seeking God.
• Prayer Before Action — Why God often prepares us in prayer before He positions us for the assignment.
• Compassion That Moves Us — How Jesus calls us to care about the brokenness around us.
• God’s Timing — Learning to trust God when the answer seems slow, knowing He may be preparing circumstances behind the scenes.
• From Burden to Movement — Understanding that God may call us to build what breaks our hearts.
• The Power of Community — Why the church must pray, fast, and seek God together when facing significant challenges.
Your burden may not be a distraction; it may be an invitation.
What has God placed on your heart? What brokenness around you continues to bother you, burden you, and cause you to pray?
Perhaps God is positioning you right now for an assignment that you don't fully understand yet.
Pray. Wait. Listen. Prepare. Then be willing to move when God says, "Go."

Sermon on the Mount: WHEN THE STORM COMES
2026/08/02
Are you building your life on a foundation that will stand when the storms come?
In this powerful message from Matthew 7:24–29, Jesus concludes the Sermon on the Mount with a life-changing challenge: it's not enough to hear His words, we must put them into practice. The difference between the wise and foolish builders wasn't the storm they faced, but the foundation they chose.
In this sermon, Pastor Jason helps us discover:
Why strong foundations are built through everyday faithfulness, not extraordinary moments. How obedience is the natural fruit of trusting God.What life's storms reveal about the foundation you've been building. Why God's goal is more than helping you survive trials, it's to shape a life that reflects His glory and stands firm through every season. You'll also be encouraged by these powerful truths:
"God isn't looking for perfection. He's looking for agreement."
"Every problem is another opportunity to reveal the nature of God."
No one can avoid life's storms, but everyone can choose where they build. Jesus invites us to anchor our lives on the solid rock of His Word so that when the winds blow and the floods rise, we remain standing.

Sermon on the Mount: Don’t Judge Me
2026/07/26
"Judge not, that you be not judged." It's one of the most quoted and often misunderstood statements in the Bible. Did Jesus mean Christians should never judge? Or was He teaching something much deeper?
In this message, Pastor B. explores the true meaning of Matthew 7:1, discovering the difference between condemnation and biblical discernment. Jesus calls His followers to examine their own hearts first, remove the "log" from their own eye, and then lovingly help others without hypocrisy or self-righteousness.

2026/07/12

In this message, Pastor B. explores Jesus' powerful teaching in Matthew 6 about anxiety, worry, and the peace that comes from putting God's Kingdom first. Instead of being consumed by tomorrow, He invites us to trust Him today, surrender our fears, and rest in His unfailing love.

Are you living as the salt of the earth and the light of the world? In this powerful message from Matthew 5, Pastor B. explores Jesus’ call for every believer to influence the world by reflecting His character, love, and truth.
Jesus doesn't say that Christians should become salt and light, He declares that We already are. Through the transforming power of the Gospel, believers receive a new identity, a new purpose, and a new mission: to bring glory to God through their everyday lives.
In this message, you'll discover:

Sermon on the Mount: Happy
2026/05/31
What does it really mean to be happy? In a world that equates happiness with success, wealth, popularity, and comfort, Jesus offers a completely different perspective.
In this message, Pastor B. explores the Beatitudes from Matthew 5 and discovers how Jesus redefines what it means to be truly blessed. The Beatitudes are not a list of rules to follow but a description of the heart of those who belong to God's kingdom. Jesus begins His most famous sermon with blessings, revealing the qualities that mark genuine followers of Christ.
We will examine the progression of spiritual transformation that begins with recognizing our spiritual poverty, mourning over sin, and developing meekness and dependence on God. As believers hunger and thirst for righteousness, their lives begin to reflect the character of Christ through mercy, purity of heart, and peacemaking.
This message also addresses the challenges of living as citizens of God's kingdom. Following Jesus often creates tension with the world around us, and persecution for righteousness is a reality for those who faithfully live out the Gospel. Yet Jesus promises that those who endure are truly blessed.
If you are searching for lasting joy, purpose, and fulfillment, this teaching will encourage you to look beyond temporary happiness and discover the abundant life found only in surrendering to Jesus Christ.
📖 Scripture: Matthew 5:1-12
Key Topics:
• The true meaning of the Beatitudes
• Jesus' definition of happiness and blessing
• Spiritual poverty and dependence on God
• Mourning over sin and pursuing righteousness
• Mercy, purity, and peacemaking
• Living as a citizen of God's kingdom
• Facing persecution for following Christ

Believe It, Or Not!: Elijah Outruns Ahab
2026/05/24
When the drought was severe and the nation had turned away from God, the Lord raised up the prophet Elijah to remind His people that true hope and strength come from Him alone. In this powerful message from 1 Kings 18, Pastor Jason explores how God works through weary people, strengthens those who obey Him, and sends breakthrough after seasons of waiting.
Elijah stood before King Ahab during one of Israel’s darkest spiritual moments and declared that rain was coming, even before he could see a cloud in the sky. After praying persistently and trusting God completely, a small cloud appeared, and soon the heavens opened with a mighty rain. This story reminds us that God’s promises often begin with small signs of hope and that His power shows up when our own strength runs out.
