You can't control what is presented
2026/10/22
Sometimes life lessons come from unexpected places—even a chicken finger sub! 😂
You can't control what others present to you, but you can decide what you accept, what you keep, and what you release.
Take what nourishes you, leave what doesn't, and never let one disappointment define your future.
Remember, you are Worthy, Worth It & Priceless! 💕
When Telling the Truth Makes You the Villain: Not Every Truth Is Yours to Expose.
2026/09/01
Sometimes God allows you to see the truth—not because you were assigned to expose somebody, but because you needed the information to know how to move.
Everybody doesn’t have to believe your side. Everybody doesn’t have to understand why you created the boundary. And sometimes protecting your peace means being willing to be the villain in somebody else’s version of the story.
Maybe the truth wasn’t ammunition.
Maybe it was instruction.
No matter what story somebody tells about you, it does not change your worth, your value, or who God knows you to be.
You are worthy. You are worth it. You are priceless. ❤️
Have you ever filled God's blanks yourself?
2026/08/28
Have you ever taken something God said and filled in the rest yourself?
In this episode of Worthy Worth It & Priceless, I share what stood out to me while studying the story of Sarah, Abraham, Hagar, and Ishmael in Genesis. What started as simply reading the Bible quickly turned into a much deeper conversation about faith, assumptions, impatience, and what can happen when we decide for ourselves what God’s promise is supposed to look like.
Sometimes God speaks, but instead of sitting with Him for clarity, we add our own timeline, method, person, or outcome. And before we know it, we may be treating our interpretation like it was the promise itself.
This episode is a real-time reflection on what I’m learning as I study Scripture for myself, ask questions, and look at how these ancient stories still show up in our lives today.
Drop the Leaves: Letting Go for the Season God Is Leading You Into
2026/07/24
Some leaves have to fall—not because the tree is dying, but because it is preparing to survive, grow, and live again. 🍂
In this episode, I share what God showed me during a season of stillness, truth, and release. Sometimes the people, patterns, lies, and broken versions of ourselves that belonged to an old season cannot follow us into the next one.
The tree does not die when the leaves leave. It gets stronger.
If God has been separating you, revealing what was hidden, or teaching you to trust yourself again, this episode is for you.

Choosing The Next Right Thing
2026/06/20
In this episode of Worthy Worth It & Priceless, Tammy Simmons shares a personal lesson from a hair color process that did not turn out the way she expected.
After doing everything she was told to do, following the steps, and still ending up with an outcome she did not want, Tammy reflects on what it means to stop forcing something and choose the next right thing. Sometimes you can try your best, follow the instructions, be the good partner, the good employee, the good student, or the people pleaser and still find yourself in a place that no longer brings peace.
This episode is an encouragement to pause, sit with God, and ask what is best for your life now. It is not about giving up on life. It is about having the courage to pivot your life, release unnecessary pressure, and stop considering people and situations that do not consider you.
You have a voice. You have worth. You have value. You are always worthy, worth it, and priceless.
God Is Restoring You
2026/06/19
In this episode of Worthy Worth It & Priceless, Tammy Simmons shares a powerful reflection on restoration through the process of going from blonde hair back to a darker color.
Using the hair color process as a metaphor, Tammy talks about how sometimes damage, loss, heartbreak, or painful experiences can leave us feeling stripped, broken, and unsure of who we are. But God does not leave us there. Just like hair may need a filler before it can receive a new color, sometimes we need healing, language, truth, and time before we can fully step into restoration.
This episode is a reminder that restoration is still a process. You may not look the same as you did before, but you also will not look like what you have been through. God is with you every step of the way, rebuilding your heart, renewing your mind, and showing you who He created you to be.
Always know that you have worth. You have value. You are always worthy, worth it, and priceless.
I Didn't Need All Of That
2026/06/19
In this episode of Worthy Worth It & Priceless, I’m sharing a real moment that started with setting up cameras, lights, and phones to make videos and ended with a reminder from my daughter that sometimes we don’t need all the extra stuff.
This conversation is about showing up as yourself, letting go of the pressure to make everything perfect, and realizing that the message, the heart, and the person behind it matter more than the setup.
Sometimes we think we need the better camera, the better lighting, the better look, or the perfect moment. But the truth is, we don’t need all of that to be seen, heard, or used.
Perfect Peace in the Flood
2026/06/17
On this special Wash & Word Wednesday edition of Worthy Worth It and Priceless, Tammy Simmons welcomes Pastor Virginia L. Boston, Assistant Pastor of True Bethel Baptist Church in Niagara Falls, for a heartfelt word of encouragement. Pastor Boston reminds us that even when life feels heavy, God is still present, still comforting, and still able to bring peace in the middle of the storm. This episode is a spiritual hug for anyone who needs strength, comfort, and a reminder that they are not facing life alone.
Give yourself time to grow
2026/06/06
This episode is a reminder to slow down, breathe, and give yourself time to grow.
Tammy Simmons reflects on patience, preparation, grief, memory, and the importance of being present in the season you are in. Sometimes we are so focused on what God promised next that we miss what He is teaching us right now. But God’s timing is not punishment it is preparation.
You are not delayed. You are developing. Give yourself grace, stay present, and trust that what is for you will arrive in due time.
Invite God Into The Room
2026/06/01
In this episode of Worthy Worth It & Priceless, Tammy Simmons shares a powerful lesson that came through an unexpected birthday moment with her daughter and a loose tooth.
What started as a simple moment of helping her daughter turned into a reminder that some things in our lives cannot fully come out while everybody else is standing around watching, doubting, laughing, delaying, or distracting us.
Sometimes God has to clear the room.
And sometimes, after people leave, the most important thing we can do is invite Him in.
This episode is a reminder to stop waiting for everyone’s approval, validation, or understanding before you obey God. Some miracles require quiet. Some healing requires separation. Some breakthroughs require faith, instruction, and the courage to do the work — even when nobody else sees it yet.
Always know that you have worth, you have value, and you are always worthy, worth it, and priceless.
Reclaiming Femininity
2026/05/21
In this episode of Worthy Worth It & Priceless, Tammy Simmons shares a heartfelt reflection on reclaiming femininity not as a trend, performance, or “soft girl era,” but as a personal return to self.
Inspired by Eric Benét’s song “Femininity,” this conversation explores what it means to rediscover your softness, peace, beauty, boundaries, and self-worth after seasons of survival mode, grief, motherhood, responsibility, and always being available for everyone else. Tammy reminds listeners that femininity does not have to look the same for every woman. For some, it may be perfume, dresses, and beauty. For others, it may be rest, emotional grace, self-respect, and learning not to answer every call.
This episode is a reminder that you deserve to pour back into yourself. Your softness is yours. Your peace is yours. Your femininity is yours. Reclaim what is already yours and don’t let anyone take it away from you again.
You have worth. You have value. You are always worthy, worth it, and priceless.
I Love You, But I Gotta Leave You Alone
2026/05/21
In this heartfelt episode of Worthy Worth It & Priceless, Tammy Simmons talks about the painful but powerful truth behind loving someone you know you need to leave alone. Inspired by the song “Leave You Alone” by Jeezy featuring Ne-Yo, this episode speaks to anyone who has felt pulled back into a relationship, situation, or cycle that they already know is not good for them.
Tammy opens up a real sister-girl conversation about attachment, breadcrumbs, potential, loneliness, and the danger of staying stuck with someone who does not respect, value, or truly love you the way you deserve. This episode is a reminder to look at the full picture, stop romanticizing the wrong road, and begin choosing yourself one day at a time.
You are not discounted. You are not old news. You are not hard to love. You have worth, you have value, and you are always worthy, worth it, and priceless.
When is the last time you said, “I love you” to yourself?
2026/05/18
In this heartfelt episode of Worthy Worth It and Priceless, Tammy opens up about self-love, people-pleasing, healing from the habit of putting everyone else first, and learning how to show up for yourself with the same care you give to others. Inspired by a TikTok creator’s interpretation of Lee René’s song “I Love You,” this conversation becomes a deeper reflection on what it means to stop waiting for outside validation and start speaking love, worth, and value over your own life.
Tammy shares personal moments about learning to stand up for herself, protecting her peace, caring for her daughter, and recognizing that self-love is more than buying your favorite perfume or treating yourself to something nice. Sometimes self-love looks like giving yourself a hug. Sometimes it looks like saying, “That is not my responsibility.” Sometimes it looks like writing down what you love about yourself until you finally believe it.
This episode is a reminder that you matter, your voice matters, and you do not have to keep shrinking to make other people comfortable.
You have worth. You have value. You are always worthy, worth it, and priceless.
God has the final say
2026/04/19
In this episode, I reflect on forgiveness, healing, and the truth that the people who tried to wound you never had the power to stop God’s plan for your life. This is about clean hands, clear vision, and realizing: they didn’t stop anything.
Put some respect on his name
2026/04/19
In this episode, Tammy M Simmons shares a heartfelt apology and reflection on how she has told the story of Moses from a limited perspective. She opens up about the importance of handling biblical stories with care, acknowledging both Moses’ struggles and the powerful ways God chose, preserved, and used him. This episode is a reminder to be mindful of how we speak about others and to honor the fullness of their story.
