Do you ever find yourself thinking: I wish I were more disciplined. I wish I could stay consistent. How do I make time for my spiritual practice? In this episode of the Luminary Life Podcast, I’m exploring a shift that has made a profound difference in my own life: Perhaps we don’t need more discipline. Perhaps we need a rhythm. For me, two of the most powerful rhythms have been the moon cycle and the turning of the seasons. These cycles are already moving with their own natural momentum. Rather than constantly trying to create consistency through willpower, I can step into a rhythm that is already unfolding and allow it to offer orientation, support, and a place to return. This is also where the practice of tracking energy comes in. I pay attention to questions like: What is happening right now? What am I experiencing within this part of the cycle? What themes keep surfacing? What is asking for my attention? What seems to be moving through the larger collective? Our individual stories may look completely different, while an underlying energetic thread can still be moving through many of us at the same time. When we begin noticing these rhythms, something shifts. We become less focused on forcing ourselves to stay on track and more interested in becoming attuned to what is already unfolding . . . and learning how to move with that energy rather than against it. ✨ In this episode, we explore sacred rhythm, natural cycles, tracking energy, and what it means to create a spiritual practice that gives you somewhere to return. After spending four full weeks in the forest, I found myself reflecting on trust, inner wisdom, creative flow, and the ways we reconnect with what makes us feel alive.
