Things got extremely heated at a Senate hearing today as Jack Smith defended his prosecution of Trump. We're going to listen to all of the commotion that occurred. In Florida, jury selection took place for Eddie Duran's trial. The former white sheriff is charged with killing Roger Fortson, a Black senior airman. Evictions in Metro Atlanta are rising at an alarming pace and disproportionately impacting Black people who live there. Two people from the Legal Defense Fund and the Housing Justice League Board in Atlanta will join us later to talk about these findings. Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of North Carolina, Anita Earls, will join us to talk about her campaign to retain her seat as she goes up against Republican challenger Sarah Stevens.
