This Sunday, Crispin continued our chapter by chapter series on The Gospel of Mark.

Alex shares about suffering & lament and how we can lean into God and abide in Him in our times of suffering through practicing lament.

Caleb teaches on why water baptism isn't an optional extra as believers and unpacks points to help us see the power within being obedient to Jesus when He called us all to be baptized once we give our lives to Him.

Chris shares about how worship should be a lifestyle and not reserved for just Sunday Services in our 2026 Abide Series

Crispin share how witnessing to others should flow from knowing that God sees us and knows us first. It should also flow from a place of us seeing Jesus for who He is ourselves. How can we help others see Christ if we don't see Him clearly ourselves?

Gary shares on Resurrection Sunday about the power of Easter. (Due to technical difficulties the recording isn't as high quality as usual - apologies in advance)

Alex shares about the importance of being vulnerable with God and how that leads to being vulnerable with one another.

In this opening message of our Abide series, we explore a powerful truth: everyone is being formed by something. The question isn’t if we’re disciples, but who or what we’re following. Drawing from Jesus’ invitation in Mark 1 and His words in John 15, we unpack what it really means to follow Him in today’s busy, distracted world. Jesus didn’t call people to casual belief, but to discipleship, to be with Him, become like Him, and do what He did. We look at how true spiritual maturity doesn’t happen by accident, but through intentionally arranging our lives around His presence. This message sets the foundation for the series by introducing spiritual practices not as pressure or performance, but as pathways to abide in Jesus and bear lasting fruit. If you’ve ever felt stuck in your faith or unsure how to grow, this is an invitation to move beyond intention into transformation, and to step into a life rooted deeply in Him

This message from Caleb Groeneweg is a call to move beyond spiritual stagnation and step into true maturity in Christ, rooted in the invitation of Hebrews 6 to go deeper into Jesus, not past Him. It explores how maturity isn’t about knowledge or activity but about becoming more like Christ, as the Holy Spirit forms us through Scripture, community, and even seasons of refinement. Rather than chasing spiritual highs, we’re invited to know God’s ways, lay aside what holds us back, and take intentional steps of surrender and obedience. Ultimately, this is about becoming a people who reflect Jesus to the world, pressing on toward the fullness of who He’s calling us to be.

“For from Him and through Him and for Him are all things. To Him be the glory forever.” (Romans 11:36) Our Pastors, Caleb & Alex share the Vision for our church this year, how God is inviting us to "...go onto maturity." (Hebrews 6:1) together and some of the things the Holy Spirit is leading us into at Local.

Jadyn shares a message finalizing our Check Your Heart Series challenging us with a simple question: What do you treasure?  He shares practically about how we're called to handle money well and how we're to die to self in the area of our wallets and wealth.

Alex shares about how control can become an idol in our life in trying to take our own lives in our hands and as a result fear stepping out of our comfort zones to where God may be leading. She encourages us to hand control back to God in the fear of the Lord and allow Him to be King in our lives again.

Crispin shares from Matthew 20:20-28 and challenges us to ask ourselves what do we really want from closeness to Jesus and how we can avoid the temptation of status or power.

Caleb unpacks the importance of Deuteronomy 6:4-5 and what it means to love God with all our heart, soul & strength. February 2026, 1st Sunday Communion Message.

Tyler unpacks the need for us to lay down the idol of comfort & apathy and follow Jesus wholeheartedly.
