How to Validate a Business Idea: The Ten Times Test
2026/10/29
Most first products are guesses. This episode flips it: start from the questions people already ask you. List the five you get asked most, score each on three tests (Repeat, Pain, Wait), and only the 3/3 gets sold. Two worked examples, a dog-walking business and Limitless Money Hub, plus why the relationship is the research.
This is the audio listen-along. The full video replay (slides on screen) and the worksheet are inside VIP Insiders, free to join.

How to Price a Digital Product: The Problem Price
2026/10/22
Most first products get priced by the hours, or copied from a competitor and knocked down a bit. Both start from the one side of the table the buyer never sees. In this episode Cameron walks through the Problem Price: four steps to price from the buyer's side, finishing on one sentence you can defend. It solves this. That costs them this. I charge this.

How to Stay Consistent in Business: The Floor
2026/10/15
Every plan you've written was built for your best week. When a bad week arrives, the plan has no version for it, so everything stops and you restart from zero. This episode builds the fix: a floor. The minimum version of your business that still runs on a zero day, in four parts (the rhythm, the asset, the number and the decision), written once on a good day and used on a bad one. Plus why "discipline vs motivation" is the wrong fight, and why compounding needs a floor to stand on.

How to Create Your First Digital Product: The Smallest Door
2026/10/08
Your first product is too big. A twelve-module course, a membership, a programme. That's why it never ships.
In this episode of The Limitless Letter live, Cameron breaks down The Smallest Door: four steps to turn the question you've answered ten times into a small offer you can sell this week. You'll also hear the difference between advertising, marketing and sales, and why getting the middle one right makes the sale the easy part.

How to Make Your Business Run Without You: The 3 Hand-Offs
2026/10/01
You made a sale, and then the sale needed you. In this episode, Cameron breaks down the three moments every sale passes through (the delivery, the sale and the support) and the one question that decides each: did it need me in the room? You'll learn why trying to hand off all three at once keeps you stuck, why delivery comes first, and how to finish one dated sentence that takes you out of one room this week. Part of the SOI™ Framework series.

Business Flywheel: The 7-Step Ownership Loop
2026/09/24
Most businesses are a line. You make a sale, the buyer leaves, and next month starts at zero. This episode walks the seven steps of the Ownership Loop in order: audience, offer, attraction, relationships, conversion, automation, and the hub that feeds it all back to step one. One yes/no check per step. The first no is where your loop breaks, and the only thing you fix this week. Plus a live run of the check on my own £47 product, which sold zero.
This is the audio from the live. The full video replay, with the slides on screen, and The Ownership Loop worksheet are inside VIP Insiders.

How to Stop Trading Time for Money: The 4-Step Separation
2026/09/17
Every job you've delivered ended the same way: you handed over the outcome, you invoiced the hours, and nothing accumulated.
But something was produced that nobody counted — the process you worked out, the checklist you built on the fly, the decision you made once and reused ever since. That's the only part of the work that can be sold twice, and most people hand it over free, stapled to the invoice.
This episode is the fix. Four steps: split one thing you deliver into your judgment, your presence and the artifact; name the artifact and make it exist without you; price it on its own; sell it once to someone who has already paid you.
You're not starting an income stream. You're splitting one.
Also in this episode: why hiring people moves the hours onto a payroll instead of taking them out of the pound, and a £47 product of Cameron's own that nobody has ever bought — and exactly why.

Business Health Check: The 5 Tests That Measure What You Own
2026/09/10
Every business health check measures money moving through your business. Cashflow, margin, growth, conversion rate. Not one of them asks what you would still have if you walked away tomorrow.
This episode is the other half. Five tests, in a deliberate order, that take about four minutes: the Exit Test, the Ban Test, the Build Score, the Freedom Score and the Litmus Test. The order is the point — each one only means something if the one before it holds.
And you do not add them up. You find the lowest one, because an average hides the number that is about to end it.
No statistics in this one, deliberately. Every number is one you produce yourself.

How Long Before a Business Becomes Profitable: The Quit Line That Decides
2026/09/03
The honest answer to how long a business takes to become profitable is years, not months. The Office for National Statistics measures survival over five years, and only 39.4% of UK businesses started in 2018 were still trading at the end of one.
But that number will not save you, because you are not going to make this decision at month thirty with a spreadsheet. You are going to make it on a bad Tuesday in month seven.
This episode is about the quiet stretch nobody plans for — no sales, no signal, nothing broken enough to fix — and the three questions that produce one dated sentence, so that a bad month cannot make a decision you never actually made.
Most businesses do not fail. They get abandoned.

What Happens If Instagram Bans Your Account: The 4-Phase Blackout Drill
2026/08/27
It is 9pm on a Tuesday and your account is gone. No email, no warning, no explanation you can use. Most people have thought about this moment — and what they have thought about is the appeal, which is the least useful part of the whole sequence. This episode walks the actual clock instead. Hour one, day one, week one, month one: what really happens at each stage, and the one thing you install beforehand that changes the answer. The reframe it all hangs on: a ban is not an event, it is a reveal. It takes nothing you own and removes everything you rent — so whatever is standing the next morning is what you actually built.cameronlimitless.com/letter
Landing Page vs Homepage: The Subtraction Pass That Fixes Both
2026/08/20
Search "landing page vs homepage" and every result tells you the same thing: they're two different tools for two different jobs. True — and useless, because you've got both, and both are leaking.
This episode doesn't choose between them. It deletes one.
The Subtraction Pass is one count and three cuts: count every destination on your front page, then cut the menu, cut the choices, and cut the clicks until exactly one thing is left. Nothing gets added — no new copy, no new design, no new tool — which is why you can finish it in an evening.
Also in this one: why clutter feels necessary (and what each excuse actually costs), what Hick's Law measured in 1952, and why one action on a page is Conversion Logic Compression rather than just tidier design.

Kajabi Alternative: The 6-Question Exit Test to Run Before You Switch
2026/08/13
Every comparison of Kajabi, Kartra and ClickFunnels scores the same thing — how good it is to arrive. Onboarding, templates, pricing, support. Nobody scores the way out.
This episode is the test that fills the gap. Six exits — your list, your content, your domain, your checkout, your community, your search equity — scored 1, a half, or 0, then turned into a single Portability percentage.
You are not choosing a tool. You are signing a lease. And the cost of a lease was never the monthly fee.
Run it on whatever you are on right now.

Always Busy But Never Productive: The Build Score That Fixes It
2026/08/06
You worked all week. What's still standing?
Most weeks end with a cleared list, an empty inbox and nothing you can actually point at. That isn't a discipline problem — it's a sorting problem, and it has a fix.
In this episode: the Build Score, a two-minute diagnostic that tells you what percentage of your week actually built something you own, and the four swaps that raise it — Consuming → Capturing, Tweaking → Shipping, Broadcasting → Anchoring, Preparing → Publishing.
This is the audio version of the weekly live. The full video replay — slides on screen, the room scoring themselves in real time — plus the fillable worksheet live inside VIP Insiders. Audio is the taster.

Financial Freedom vs Time Freedom: Why More Income Won't Set You Free
2026/07/30
More income was supposed to set you free. It didn't — it just made the cage nicer. In this episode, I break down the difference between financial freedom and time freedom, and give you the Freedom Ladder: a 30-second test to score how free you actually are, and four moves to climb from a job you own to an asset that pays you whether you show up or not. Platform Immunity Protocol: How to Stop Depending on Social Media for Business
2026/07/23
One email from a platform can end your reach tonight — "your account has been disabled," no warning, no human, no appeal that goes anywhere. This episode is the fix. The Platform Immunity Protocol: the three levels of traffic ownership (Visibility → Return Loops → Hub Control) and the four moves that make a ban cost you a channel — never the business. You'll leave with your Immunity Score: a real number, not a vibe.
