EP 216 - "The Art and Science of Mediumship And Super PSI" with Lauren Robertson
2026/10/04
In this episode of finding grace I’m joined by Lauren Robertson who is an evidential medium and award-winning speaker. Across 20 years, she has conducted tens-of-thousands of platform demonstrations and 1:1 sittings all over the world. Lauren is known for delivering specific and detailed evidence of survival with compassion, humour and warmth. She is the author of The Medium in Manolos published by Hay House, and The Art & Science of Mediumship on Substack. Lauren holds an MA in English Literature and Philosophy specializing in consciousness studies. She lives in Glasgow with her husband and two kids. We connected on social media and I can wait to share Lauren on here today. In this episode you’ll discover: Lauren shares what finding grace means to her now: slowing down, making space and letting life breathe. They explore how slowing down can help with parenting, grieving and developing mediumship.Lauren traces her path from childhood sensitivity and angel cards to giving readings at a school fundraiser.A surprising job listing at 16 launches her career; years of readings gradually lead her to focus on mediumship and its potential to help people through grief.Lauren explains why The Medium in Manolos challenges narrow ideas of what a medium should look like, making room for personality and self-expression.Hannah and Lauren discuss self-doubt, the difference between fear and intuition, and the grace of not blaming yourself when life takes an unexpected turn.Lauren explains why she avoids making people dependent on readings: her focus is on connection and healing, not telling anyone how to live their life.Lauren unpacks the “super-psi” question: could a medium receive accurate information through telepathy or a wider field of information, rather than from someone who has died? She shares why messages that seem to follow the deceased person’s own intentions are central to her research into survival after death. They explore Lauren’s interest in whether mediumship offers evidence that a person’s consciousness survives death, alongside other possible explanations such as telepathy.Lauren discusses whether mediumship is an innate gift or something people can develop, and the role openness may play in that journey. The conversation closes on grounded spirituality, integrity in spiritual work, Lauren’s Spirit Circle, the different ways people perceive spiritual impressions, and the practice of “sitting in the power.”Lauren share’s all this and more in this fascinating episode. EP 203 - “Spring Reset: A Gentle Invitation to Begin Again” With Hannah
2026/03/18
In this episode I reflect on: The energetic shift that comes with the arrival of spring and how seasonal transitions offer a powerful opportunity for reflection and renewal.I explore how working intentionally with seasonal changes can help us reset, realign, and move forward with greater clarity.I share some personal reflections on recent health challenges and how they remind me of the importance of listening to my body and prioritising self‑care.I talk about the importance of separating ourselves from what we’re experiencing and remembering that difficult moments do not define who we are.I invite you to try a seasonal life audit, letting go of what no longer serves you while carrying gratitude and lessons into the next season.I discuss the idea of the astrological new year beginning in spring, and why it can feel like a more natural time to set intentions.Rather than overwhelming resolutions, I suggest focusing on one or two gentle intentions each season and allowing progress to build gradually over time.I encourage you to think about how you want this season to feel, and how connecting with that feeling can guide your choices.I reflect on the difference between doing what we truly want and what we think we should be doing, and how returning to ourselves can restore balance.I also remind you of the importance of rest, joy, and intentionally pouring into your own cup so you can show up fully for your life.I share this and more, do reach out to me to continue this conversation.
