They comprise a network of trained advocates and leaders, working in partnership with their elected officials to positively change the way people with disabilities live, work, and educated; and enjoy the benefits of being actively involved in their communities. On the 25th Anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), this book traces the Partners program's history.
