Yom Kippur Is Over. Now What?
2026/09/22
In this shiur we look at what the day after Yom Kippur is really about. Why is the Hebrew word for forgiveness the same as the word for dancing? What did Adam figure out on the first Rosh Hashana, seeing himself as the weakest of all creation, that changed everything? And why might a long list of requests at Neilah miss the point entirely? We also hear the story of a 77 year old Vietnam veteran who went searching for meaning across Europe and Israel, ran out of money, slept in an airport, and finally found what he was looking for in the last place he expected. If you've ever walked out of Yom Kippur wondering whether any of it worked, this one is for you.#YomKippur #Sukkot #Torah #Judaism #Jewish #Chabad #Teshuvah #Simcha #Emunah #JewishInspiration #Hashem #Tefillah #HighHolidays #Parsha #JewishWisdom #Joy #Faith
You Don't Need Forgiveness, You Need Reconnection
2026/09/17
Most people walk into Yom Kippur thinking it's about apologizing enough times to earn a good year. This week's shiur is about what it actually means to be disconnected from Hashem, and why anxiety, anger, and worry are symptoms of that disconnection rather than just things that happen to us. The goal of the day isn't forgiveness for its own sake. It's getting to a place where you can honestly say Hashem is running everything, the natural and the supernatural, and actually feel plugged in.So what does it look like to daven with that in mind instead of just running through a list of what went wrong this year? And what changes in a person once they stop thinking about their problems and start thinking about Hashem instead?
Rosh Hashana Without a Shofar?!
2026/09/17
Every year on Rosh Hashana we wait to hear the shofar. This year, on Shabbos, there is none. The reason everyone gives is a technical one, a concern about carrying through the streets. But that answer only covers up something much bigger. Shofar is not just another mitzvah. It is the moment a person recognizes Hashem as King, the same moment Adam was created with the ability to choose. So why would something that important simply disappear over a worry about carrying? And if Shabbos was never missing anything, what was shofar actually giving us all along, and why don't we need it this year?
Ten Days to Rewrite Reality
2026/09/17
Hashem is in every detail of your life, all the time, not just in the big obvious moments. Most of us go through Rosh Hashana and Yom Kippur without ever really feeling that. This class looks at how the two connect: Rosh Hashana as a revelation coming down from Above, and Aseres Yemei Teshuva as the window to meet that revelation with pnimius, panim el panim. Once that layer becomes real, fear and anxiety stop running the show. What that actually looks like, and how you get there, is what this class is about.#RoshHashana #YomKippur #AseresYemeiTeshuva #Teshuva #Elul #JewishWisdom #TorahClass #Emunah #Bitachon #HighHolidays #Chassidus #JewishSpirituality #Shiur #TorahThoughts #YamimNoraim
To Win the Princess, You Have to Slay the Serpent
2026/09/17
In this class, Rabbi Vigler unpacks a classic motif: every hardship carries a hidden beauty behind it, but you only see it if you're looking for it. Most people only see the serpent. Fewer people train their eyes to see the princess waiting on the other side. This class is about paying attention differently: to your life, to your struggles, to what's actually in the room. When you want to see the depth of what's happening to you, you will. What serpent are you slaying right now? Baal Peor: The Strangest Idol Worship In The Torah
2026/07/29
Every object in the physical world presents us with a choice. The same phone that can distract and consume us can also be used to learn Torah, inspire others, and spread holiness. The same physical pleasures that can pull us away from our purpose can become tools to serve Hashem.
In this class, we explore how the Shema is much more than a prayer - it's a filter that trains us to live with intention. Through the lens of the Torah's discussion of Baal Peor, we uncover a profound lesson: physicality itself isn't the problem. The question is whether we become controlled by the physical world or elevate it for a higher purpose
The Shema teaches us to choose life, choose purpose, and use every part of the world for the Divine.
Why Was the First Beis Hamikdosh Rebuilt But Not The Second?
2026/07/22
The first Beis Hamikdash was destroyed for idolatry, murder, and adultery, the three worst sins in the Torah. 70 years, and it was fixed. The second fell for something else, and 2,000 years later we're still trying to undo it. What could possibly be worse than those three combined?
The Gemara calls it sinas chinam, baseless hatred. Here's the catch: no one who holds it believes it's baseless. You always have a reason. That's exactly what makes it invisible, and impossible to do teshuva on if you can't even name it. So what actually breaks the cycle? Not tolerance. Not managing the feeling better. Something underneath the reason entirely, about how you see the person in front of you, and how you see Hashem.
Your Worst Decision Wasn't an Accident
2026/07/15
Even a punishment has a purpose. This episode looks at the 100 blessings a Jew makes every day, and how they connect to the 40 years in the desert, to show why the hard, messed up parts of your life are never disqualifying. They're the material.
Why Am I Not Okay When Everything Is Okay?
2026/02/19
We live in the most comfortable generation in history; yet anxiety, depression, and inner unrest are everywhere.
In Megillat Esther, Haman is hanged. The enemy is gone. And yet Esther still falls before the king and cries. Why?
This class explores a powerful truth: external threats can disappear, but the inner decree can remain. Comfort does not create peace. Alignment does.
Discover how realignment with purpose can dissolve the hidden unrest within.

Turn the Staff into a Snake to Confront Your Inner Pharaoh
2026/01/20
Before the ten plagues ever begin, Moshe is commanded to perform a strange and seemingly unrelated act. His staff turns into a snake, then back into a staff, and finally swallows the other snakes.
This class explains why this moment is not a side detail but the foundation of everything that follows.
Inside every person there is an ongoing struggle. One voice insists that reality is bleak, fixed, and overwhelming. It points to circumstances as undeniable proof. Another voice, the Moshe within, quietly insists that Hashem is present, creating, guiding, and sustaining every moment.
The challenge is that the voice of fear often sounds far more convincing.
Through the symbolism of the staff and the snake, we learn how Moshe confronts this inner Pharaoh. Not by denying reality, but by revealing its deeper truth. Even what appears negative, threatening, or chaotic is also divine energy in disguise.
This class offers a practical inner meditation. When stress arises and fear feels justified, you learn how to recognize the inner dialogue, identify the Moshe behind the fear, and transform the experience itself into a כלי for emunah.
The snake returns to being a staff. The fear is absorbed. The negativity is swallowed.
This is not philosophy. It is a lived avodah.
The Power Inside the Seed: Why Growth Requires Pressure
2026/01/14
A seed contains far more than what you see. Inside it is a hidden vitality a power of growth that can only be released when the seed is buried broken and stripped of its form. The same is true of a Jew and a mitzvah.A mitzvah placed into this physical world is like a seed placed into the ground. On the surface it looks small and constrained. But when a Jew lives the mitzvah fully with effort mindfulness and joy the inner juice of the mitzvah is released. Divine energy begins to grow outward into reality. This is why struggle is not a contradiction to spiritual life. Pressure is what extracts the power of growth. When a Jew puts tefillin on an arm the arm itself becomes holy. When a mitzvah is done through the body the physical world becomes a vessel for Hashem. A Jew does not create something from nothing. A Jew draws infinite meaning out of the finite. This class explains why Hashem places mitzvos specifically in a challenging world and how growth difficulty and joy reveal G d right here in everyday life.תורה אור ד"ה הבאים ישרש יעקב
Why Feeling Stuck Is the Beginning of a Sweet Life
2026/01/08
At the burning bush, Hashem tells Moshe that He will take the Jewish people out of Egypt and bring them to a land flowing with milk and honey. Most people think this means a better place or a better situation. In this class, we learn that it means something much deeper.Egypt represents a state of feeling stuck. Pressured. Limited. Trapped inside your circumstances. The prophets describe exile as pregnancy and redemption as birth. When a baby is born, milk begins to flow. That milk comes from blood. What once felt tight and painful becomes nourishment and life. The message is simple and practical. When you stop fighting the feeling of being stuck and realize that Hashem is running your life, pressure turns into flow. Tension turns into calm. Life begins to move again. That is what milk and honey really mean. Not a destination, but a way of living where even difficulty becomes sweet.
Daily Tanya Chapter 10b. 12 Tevet
2026/01/01
The 2 qualifications of a complete tzaddik. He seeks to transform the negative of the world into positive and Divine. And he is altruistic. He has no sense of self, a tzaddik cares about the mission and about the person he loves - genuinely. For no self-benefit.
Bad News — or a Bigger Plan? Yosef Shows Us How to See
2025/12/31
When the news feels troubling, like Mamdani becoming mayor, it is natural to think everything is moving in the wrong direction. But the Torah invites us to ask a deeper question: is this simply bad news… or part of a bigger plan?
Yosef sat in a dungeon. From the outside, it looked like failure. But Yosef had been trained by Yaakov to see the inner story, the “Shechem Echad,” the unity of G-d that runs beneath everything. Because of that inner vision, Yosef was never stuck. Even in prison, he rose, he helped others, and every “problem” became a doorway to his destiny.
In this class, we learn how to shift from the external picture to the inner truth. We explore the power of Shema as “sword and bow,” how Yaakov passed this perspective to Yosef, and how we can respond to modern challenges not with panic, but with clarity, strength, and faith.
When we see differently, we live differently.
The Jewish Secret to Unshakeable Joy
2025/12/24
We often experience an inner debate. One voice tells us we are successful. Another insists we are not. But both voices are missing the point.
In this class, we explore why emotional and mental struggle is not really about success or failure. It comes from forgetting who we truly are.
A Jew is not defined by achievement or comparison. A Jew carries a neshamah, a living connection to something higher than the noise of the world.
Dovid HaMelech understood this. In moments of struggle, he sang Torah itself, reminding himself that Torah stands above the chaos, above fear, and above despair. When we forget this truth, we become vulnerable to inner turmoil. When we remember it, we access a deep, steady joy that allows us to rise above every challenge.
Reconnecting to that inner joy is not an escape from difficulty, but the key to facing it with strength, clarity, and calm.
