I facilitate Yoga and Movement For The Mind sessions and teach graduate credits for K-12 Educators. I am an author and love leading retreats and other workshop venues that allow individuals to connect to their higher creative Selves. I also do Spiritual coaching through Psychic/Numerology sessions, guiding individuals to their own wisdom and life paths. How or why did you begin doing the work that you do?: I knew at the age of five that I was here to serve through my creativity. Through decades of deep inner work and creative exploration and mastery, I evolved my own trauma and Holocaust survivor lineage as a building block to guiding others through their own journeys and self-acceptance through the wisdom of the body, mind and spirit. What kind of things do you assist your clients with?: I teach weekly Yoga classes, one-on-one Yoga Therapy sessions, Movement Therapy sessions and classes for Educators to re-certify their teaching licenses, increase their salaries and to facilitate them in creating lasting value both personally and professionally. My work with others invokes personal and professional empowerment as well as the safe place to move through trauma and PTSD to healing and transformation on all levels of being. In today's episode, host Aeriol Ascher chats with Beverly Brunelle  of Quantum Resonance about how to raise one's vibration and attune to and embrace their highest purpose.  Tell us a little bit about the work you do: I am an Intuitive, energy worker, writer and teacher. I help people discover and become free from past controlling influences to create new possibilities in their relationships with themselves, family, partner, friends and the Divine. I help people access the origins of their current concerns and what is needed to update the internal operating system. This raises their vibrations, expands their perceptions to access their deep knowing of what is more true and authentic for them. Clients experience a sense of coming home to themselves, a greater sense of heart felt calm, and emotional clarity. How or why did you begin doing the work that you do?: in the 1980's I had gone to a counselor / talk therapy 2x /week for 3 years. Then I went to hypnotherapist  and experienced 3 years worth of insights in one 1 1/2 hour session! I was fascinated and excited to learn more, about me and about hypnotherapy. I trained to be a hypnotherapist and have been training, expanding my intuitive  energy healing capacities ever since. I am curious about discovering and creating new possibilities for people to be free to honor, love and respect themselves and their unique life journey. This is a resource for healthy honest relationships. What SUPER TIP or piece of advice would you like to share with the world?: You have super powers. They are awareness, intention, intuition, and your choice of words.  Every moment is a choice point, a point of power. Dare to believe in wild miracles, in the seeming impossible. Notice  your should's and ought too's, repetative negative  expectations, and make bold decisions to experiment with something new~the unknown.  Invite in dynamically new possibilities that come from your deep heart, that light you up! You need not know how life will bring you your requests. The unknown is rich in outrageous possibilities beyond our knowing. It is pure creative potential. Be willing to be delightfully surprised by your creative instincts. Breathe and let go of any expectations. Learn to trust your intuition and see what it brings. to life. We need each other. Be open and curious about other's perspectives. The place that holds your passions, your life purpose, and your inner child – your little girl. How or why did you begin doing the work that you do?: It seems my entire life I knew there was a supportive energy that defies the logic of my mid-western upbringing. My own health issues in my early 20’s started my journey into energy healing and finding modalities that promoted a holistic approach to living. My training started with Reiki and I was amazed with the healing energies that were in my being. I had tapped into my core essence and experienced pure joy when clients were able to make shifts and changes in their lives. In today's episode Aeriol speaks with Pilates instructor Olivera Radisic. In 1999 Olivera had a incapacitating back spasm for which she only received drugs and regular doses of fear from traditional medical establishments. Within a few years she discovered that hap hazard exercise treated the pain and eventually discovered that Pilates is a precision super tool in treating spinal misalignments that lead to pain and spasm. She certified in Mat Pilates in 2003 and Reformer Pilates in 2008. She also earned her Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2007 and presented her thesis paper on exercise for treatment of mental disorders.
