Dr. Jennifer Betters-Bubon talks about suicidality and helping prepare supervisees for the inevitable topic of suicide. Dr. Betters-Bubon is an Associate Professor at the University of Wisconsin Whitewater. She is in the process of writing several articles about suicidality and suicide prevention and she is also going to be speaking about suicide with high schoolers specifically. She is trained as both a school counselor and a mental health counselor as well as being a counselor educator.

Supervision Time is back for season two. We have some changes that we would love to share with our listeners. Dr. Angie Schubert has left and now Gina Martin and Dr. Gideon Litherland are here to talk about all things supervision: research, evidence based practice, instrumentation, relationships, and more. In this introductory episode we talk about our vision for the podcast, and where we both come from with our views and experiences on supervision.
