Selvana Chahine is a licensed medical aesthetician and international Education Director that started her aesthetic and beauty career at the age of 19 In Sweden. Through-out her career Selvana achieved over 40 international certificates, awards and diplomas including the “train the trainer” license and international ambassador license. She decided to open her first beauty academy in Sweden at the age of 23 and later on opened an international and 5 star awarded academy in Dubai in 2020. The academy is one of the top leading in the GCC and they are collaborating with world famous universities to execute aesthetic and beauty programs. Ann Molin is the founder and Secretary General of the Hack for Earth Foundation, hosting Hack for Earth at the upcoming world exhibition Expo2020 in Dubai in collaboration with the United Nations and the Swedish Pavilion at Expo2020. Hack for Earth is the biggest global online hackathon ever, where 10.000+ people from all over the world will create real solutions to the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals. As hackathon expert and former head of government mission Hack for Sweden, Ann has extensive knowledge in international innovation work and ecosystem building, with a strong focus on impact and building sustainable citizendriven innovation. Ann was nominated ”Corona hero of the year” for organizing the global online hackathon Hack the Crisis Sweden, an event that gathered 7400+ participants from 90 + countries. Ann also organized Kids Hack the Crisis, a global online hackathon for children in collaboration with UNICEF in the fall of 2020, gathering children from 70+ countries to hack the coronacrisis effect on childrens lives. Ann has also introduced her work on citizendriven innovation at TEDx Stockholm and is a frequent international speaker on sustainable innovation for the good of society. Why should only a few decide over something we all are going to use?

Veckans gäst är Mila Viniavska, VD för SmartaVal & Livin.  Den här mäktiga kvinnan omvandlade livets motgångar till en del av sin framgång. Mila flyttade till Sverige med en resväska i handen från Ukraina i 20-årsåldern, och sedan 2012 drivit SmartaVal AB som är en del av vardagslivet för många privatpersoner och företag. Expertområden är städning, fönsterputs, trädgårdsskötsel och hantverksuppdrag. Veckans gäst är Petra Månström – journalisten som gick från att hata löpning till att livnära sig på det. Den här mäktiga kvinnan är kemisten som slängde labbrocken och valde att följa sin dröm, samt började studera till jounalist. Några år senare, under ett redaktionsmöte på SvD, hörde hon sig själv tacka ja till att springa Stockholm Marathon och blogga om det.
