Hi friends,  I just returned from another crazy amazing adventure to Kenya - now my 17th trip. I share about a crazy beginning to our adventure right before our chiropractic mission team arrived from the US. It taught me so much and I wanted to share the example as a way in how we get to lead our energy, in an empowered way.  Not a reactive way. Hi friends,  I had a really meaningful conversation with two friends this week and we talked about how the money math didn't add up.  The one didn't have a match of money coming in and the necessary priorities to match them.  And yet, she has always found a way. It was truly humbling and inspiring.  I also share how I came to my beach house after not having any understanding how that could happen when I set the intention in 2022 to live by the sea. I just had the most amazing weekend with two of my college best friends. We walked, we laughed, we ate, we drank, and we LOVED every minute together. And there wasn't all the 'shoulds' riding shotgun on this trip. I committed to my daily grounding practice AND allowed myself decadent food and drink. Without guilt riding shotgun. Imagine.  Enjoying your vacation without guilting yourself with every indulgance that you choose that is not your ordinary. AND being mindful and PRESENT. Enjoy!
