Do The Daily Dime All The Time With Jeff Griffin
2023/08/09
https://www.griffinmotivation.com/ 8:00 My identity was how fast I could run. My identity was how well I could run those routes and how great I could catch the ball. And I was a receiver, in college. And so when that was taken away from me, you know, I went into a tailspin. And when the doctor gave me a life sentence of never living life. You know, out of a wheelchair again, it, uh, it devastated 15:00 Exercise in my mind, I could, I was exercising, I was doing leg extensions, leg squats, leg presses, and leg curls and even watching myself walk down the road and some of the heaviest liftings I've ever done is in between my ears and that's, and that's, you know, going back to the very, very beginning. I come rolling out on stage and I address the elephant in the room about how good-looking I am. 18:00 I made it to the door and it took me 30 minutes to get there and I turned around to my grandmother. I'm like, help. And she's like, I'm in a lazy boy. Can't help you. So I had to come back to her to get to my wheelchair. Um, it, that took me an hour to get back. So round trip was an hour and a half just to go 20 feet. 30:00 I made it to the door and it took me 30 minutes to get there and I turned around to my grandmother. I'm like, help. And she's like, I'm in a lazy boy. Can't help you. So I had to come back to her to get to my wheelchair. Um, it, that took me an hour to get back. So round trip was an hour and a half just to go 20 feet.
Giving People The Chance To Be In A Community With Dr. Christine Zapata.
2023/07/24
8:00- I will host community cocktails and I'll get approached by someone who is attending their 1st one and they'll. Often say thank you so much for hosting this. I've been really trying to figure out a way that I can actually meet people because I'm working remotely. I don't get actually to hang out with my coworkers. 20:00-, I will host community cocktails and get approached by someone who is attending their 1st one and they'll. Often say thank you so much for hosting this. I've been really trying to figure out a way that I can actually meet people because I'm working remotely. I don't get actually to hang out with my coworkers. A lot of people move to this area. They're moving here for work. And so as you get older, it gets a little bit more challenging to try to meet people and find your circle or your network of friends. And a lot of times people tell me that this is one way that they can actually meet people in a city that they're totally new to. ASHTIPTOE 27:00-And I think we got to a point where our dog was getting older and we just felt really bad leaving her at home and our friends started to have kids. And so our big group that would go on these touring trips ended up dwindling down to, I think, just me and Jeff and another buddy of ours. And while it's fun, um, Even if it's just the two of us, we really enjoy doing things like that. Find her here -

If you’re between 20-35 years old and want to learn something new, tune in now. #NoneOfYourBusinessPodcast #SerenaHolmes #SelfHelp #NewPerspectives 4:00 And I think it was just very clear to me that nobody's gonna offer or like do anything for me. Like I was the opposite of entitled. Like I knew that if I wanted to make something of myself like I had to put in the work, I had to find the opportunities. You know, as I got older, I was always the person that had like four and five different jobs, you know, just trying to make ends meet and get ahead and stuff like that. 20:00 So yes, they're making money cuz there's equity in the home, but it was like, What did you spend all that money on? Like your mortgage should be gone, you know? So I think I was just surprised because it was kind of that example of the bad debt and you know, I think there are some people that can refinance or in my case like AZA HELOC for investing purposes, which is good debt because it's like income-producing debt. 27:00 So I think you have to make sure, you gotta be super careful, like if you're using someone else's money like it's gonna be your reputation on the line if you don't deliver or if you lose it or something like that. Right. Yeah, absolutely. That would be, losing somebody else's money would not be good.

What is the fucking, I'm just curious now. Like, what is the job like Hey at, um, it's different for every level. So the entity, it depends on the entity. I mean, I was hiring across, I'm hiring across the board by the way. If anyone's interested in a job, lemme know. Um, there you go. Just like a little plug. 21:00 Hey guys, welcome to none of your business podcasts, and today is Memorial Day and I just want to take a second to honor everyone who has served. Um, law enforcement into any branch in the military, firefighters, EMTs, anyone who has died to fight in the honor of this country and their families. So I just want to thank you. 33:00 I feel you. I feel you. I think that, like for a guy I'll give, I'll give the gentleman listening with tidbit. Just be like a true gentleman. Like open the door, make the plan. There's nothing worse than going out with someone asking you out and be then being like, so what do you wanna do? I don't know. You asked me out. Tell me, women, like as much as we like to, and this be empowered and make our own money and do all that, which everyone should, if that's there, you know, chosen prerogative. Um, I think it's nice when a guy has the courtesy to like, take the lead on a first d you know, and like pick the place and pick it out. 39:00 I'm like, I love you. And they're like, well, you're f*****g weird. Fucking can't get the fuck outta here. And I'm like, what am I doing wrong? Uh, so lots of, lots and lots of working on myself and trying to find out what works and what doesn't work. And like, like I said, I'm recovering addict, an alcoholic. And I said, people who are on apps are not always single facts. They're not always single. So you don't know what you're getting and you can get catfish and all this other stuff. But I think it's just having a level of confidence. Just go. Up to someone. I had someone approach me once in a crosswalk, like the light was turning green. 54:00 Nice. And I nearly bit his head off because he like came up, it was like 10 o'clock at night in the crosswalk in Manhattan. Oh, well he's like, I was like, fair enough. Yeah. I'd rather meet somebody in person. Like yes. Yeah. That's just me. But I mean, I think that a compliment always works. Hmm. Like, hey, love your smile.
Living in the moment with a solution with Sara Magner LCPC.
2023/04/19
5:00 And I still I feel really love animals and my dog has inspired me. But now I just I started to find the path of psychology in high school. I still remember my AP psychology teacher. She it was her passion, the way she taught psychology, the way she taught neurology, that just really drew me to it. And just it just came to me so naturally. 10:00 So I worked with children of autism, and behavior therapy was pretty interesting. It was a great experience. I loved helping children in particular, and I liked the working with autism spectrum, but it was only restricted to that population of just autism. And when I had my little girl, we decided to move out to West Texas. So I moved out into the middle of nowhere. 20:00 Self was like, oh my gosh, I found this cure. Let's make this relationship work. Like with granted I was hot in math and play somebody with BPD and math doesn't work as well. But I just like thought like this is going to be it. But it, it worked out and I'm glad that it didn't work out. I hope she's doing well. 30:00 Everyone can enjoy the paradise with me. I don't know where that would be. I've always wanted to go to Fiji or New Zealand or I don't know, I've been to Hawaii. That was pretty, pretty amazing. It's somewhere where like the huts are on the water, like on the ocean. You have to go on those docks and. Find Sara here follow the podcast here Need a podcast or social media pro? click here
Go Pursue what you obsoletely want to! With Alexa Snyder
2023/04/03
Click here for all of Alexa's info Follow us here 17:00-Oh, man, that's hard. Like, when you're deep in prep and you're hungry. Yeah, when you're asking. Yeah, it's really hard. I'm not going to lie. You start coming up with, like, the wildest shit to try to distract yourself. So. So for me, I was able to I could eat fruits, I'm sorry, vegetables for the majority of my prep. 23:00-So I did the Texas Cup last year, and then a week after that I went to Nationals, which was broadcasted it was a broadcasted show. So there were thousands of people watching that. 33:00-that's the other thing is starting out in a gym. And then another piece of advice I would give somebody is learn your own biomechanics. There are certain movements that your body does not agree with and trying to push yourself to do those just because you saw it on your favorite Instagrammers Instagram. 41:00- Absolutely. Yeah. Yeah, I agree with that. So is there any books that if it was if this was like Christmas time or a birthday or just because you want to give someone something, what books would you gift someone? And why would you gift that book?
Finding a mutual benefit with the other None of your Business Podcast Dr. Shawn Dill and Dr. Lacey Book
2023/03/20
1:22 And welcome back, guys. All right. So we've been gone for a while now. We're going to change some things up some weeks. We might have inspirational stories or we might just have tips and tricks on how to run your business. Sometimes we might just email conversations, but let's get this show on the road once again. I love you all. 8;22 , people's memories are awfully short. And, you know, and I think that when it's your reputation, it's it's easy to think like my reputation is ruined, this is permanent. But I mean, listen, there are endless stories of people who have had missteps in their lives and that have managed to turn things around. For me, because memory is short, the key to reversing a misstep, you know, especially if you feel like your reputation was damaged, is consistency in the other direction by having discipline and consistency in showing up and proving to the world that whatever it was, if you were like, 18;26 If they just wanted to be part of the community, I think being part of the community is just somebody that wants to be surrounded by supportive, successful individuals that are really out there trying to build a business and do their best by the people that they serve. If that's what you want and that's what you're looking for, you're a great fit for the Black Diamond Club. 22;15 like a muscle. You can build up the ability to make quick decisions. So start with something small like lunch where we will eat and take over. Being the person that always decides where you're going to eat with your significant other, don't hand that off to anybody else and then decide what you want in advance and stick to that decision. 27;00 Our favorite place on the planet is Abama, a small island in the Canary Islands. 30;22 Most people are non not intentional about who they would like to meet. Number two I've identified if I knew that I wanted to meet you, I would have to know why I wanted to meet you so that when I meet it, when I met you, I knew what to ask you. Right? And so a lot of people, again, I get this a lot where people are like, you know, oh, I had an opportunity to, you know, recently I took my good friend Grant Dennis to this charity event. 36;00 Yeah, I would I would 100% agree. I mean, being manipulative is that I'm trying to enter into the relationship just so that I could benefit versus being intentional is I see value for both of us. Yeah, I think that's one of the hardest things though for people because I get this a lot with a lot of my clients. Special thanks to James and luke for making this happen.
