Starting its life as a local homebrew store, Bootleggers has become a destination brewery and a fixture of the East Tampa beer scene. Florida's wine industry has been around for generations, but still has not quite gotten the respect and attention it deserves. To chat about this, we went to one of Florida's largest wineries, Keel Farms, located in Plant City. The business is now under its second generation of operation with Clay Keel, current owner and president of Keel Farms. I finally made it! After much reminding by head brewer and friend of the podcast Manny Jannes, I have finally made it to Deerfield Beach's first brewery--Cove Brewery!
