Craig Doyle
2025/10/12
TV and radio broadcaster Craig Doyle is my guest this week! Craig went to the wrong studio on the morning of recording but look, we forgave him. He had a fantastic explanation. Emma Doran
2025/10/05
Comedian and podcaster Emma Doran is my guest this week! What a woman. She talked to me about accidentally alluding to shifting her brother Simon, sitting the leaving cert 13 days after the birth of her daughter Ella, and the sinister thought that both she - and her female audiences - ALWAYS have. I hope you enjoy! Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
Perrie Edwards

Girl group royalty, Little Mix star and now embarked on her own solo career, Perrie Edwards is my guest this week. She talked to me about the person who pushed her towards X-Factor, the bond between her partner Alex and their little boy Axel and the cutest best or worst joke we’ve ever had. When Perrie and I caught up she had yet to reveal the gorgeous news about baby number two…so MASSIVE congrats to her! Her first post–Little Mix release, her debut album Perrie, is out now. TLOYL Live with Rylan Clark
2025/09/23
*Tickets for The Laughs Of Your Life LIVE go on sale this Friday 26th September 2025* With that in mind, I thought we would take a trip down memory lane to the very first live show. Rylan Clark was my special guest at the Bord Gais Energy Theatre in April 2023. Ever since first watching Rylan on The X Factor, it's been clear that he is a showstopper; a born entertainer who could make the most mundane of situations into something sparkly, wild and fun. He did not disappoint at The Laughs Of Your Life LIVE. Enjoy! Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
Conor Murray
2025/09/21
Munster, Ireland and Lions legend Conor Murray is my guest this week. We chat about how he was, in his own words, “shit at rugby in school” (hard to believe now!), his love for a good spicy chicken pasta, and he opens up about making a big family move. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
Kyla Cobbler
2025/09/14
Comedian and woman of the moment Kyla Cobbler is my guest this week. What a joy, to meet someone you have admired from afar and be able to say "she is just as cool if not cooler than I had hoped". Kyla chatted to me about her unconventional life on the road post secondary school, the high highs and the low lows of a career in stand up and finding the love of her life in a comedy club. As always, I would love to know what you think of the ep! Leave a review or drop me a DM, it is SO appreciated :) Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
James Patrice
2025/09/07
What a joy to have James Patrice on The Laughs Of Your Life. An OG social media creator, presenter, actor, drag queen and all round entertainer. We chatted about fashion fails at the teenage discos, never letting the bullies win, where our paths crossed in college and the joys of a shopping centre browse. I hope you enjoy.  Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
Joanne McNally returns
2025/08/31
Comedian and podcasting superstar Joanne McNally first appeared on The Laughs Of Your Life podcast in September 2019. Six years on, she is back to talk to me about all that has changed (and all that feels exactly the same).  Tickets for Joanne's new show Pinotphile are on sale now with dates in Killarney, Castlebar, Cork, Dublin and more - visit joannemcnally.com Hosted on Acast. Katriona O’Sullivan
2024/12/16
It was such a privilege to sit down with Katriona O’Sullivan, bestselling author and all round sound legend. I read Katriona’s book ‘Poor’ earlier this year and can safely say it is the most powerful book I have ever read. Not that she needs my review…72 weeks at the top of the bestsellers chart will tell you all you need to know. Her honesty is the deepest breath of fresh air. Whether you have read her book or not, I think you will love this episode. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
Dermot Bannon
2024/12/08
Dermot Bannon showed up to the studio exactly as you’d expect - giddy and ready for divilment. Yes, he did steam in and congratulated the show on its third season (ten, Dermot, keep up), but predictably enough that didn’t set him back at all, and he entertained us with stories about wild times with his Waterford cousins, the Room To Improve guest one of his kids pranked, as well as telling us about the recent illness that left his body struggling to stay alive.  Dermot Bannon’s Super Spaces is available to watch on the RTÉ Player now.  Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
Brother Richard Hendrick
2024/12/02
My guest this week is Brother Richard Hendrick, a Capuchin Franciscan priest-friar from Dublin. You may have seen him on The Tommy Tiernan Show in recent months. If I had known he was open to interviews I would have asked him years ago, as we happen to go way back. I first met Brother Richard 20 years ago when he facilitated retreats in my secondary school. He had a profound effect on me, my sisters and many of our friends. What an extraordinary man. We spoke about his pathway into a life as a monk, the important of self reflection and the commonalities between preachers and comedians.  By the time this episode is released, Brother Richard will have married Mark and I (have I mentioned I'm engaged on the podcast?). I hope you enjoy our chat.  Brother Richard's book 'Calming the Storms: Meditation as a Path to Inner Peace and Happiness' is published by Hachette Books Ireland in Hardback and is out now. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
Talking Bollox (Calvin and Terence)
2024/11/25
The Talking Bollox lads. What can I say? Two absolute gems. Calvin and Terence talked to me about growing up in the flats in Dublin's inner city and how they entertained themselves as kids. They were both extremely vulnerable (content warning) and opened up about their experiences with suicide and addiction. They also expanded on their infamous run in with Coolio which I know will make for some seriously funny listening. I belly laughed hard while recording this episode. I hope you enjoy it! Content Warning: This conversation includes the topics of suicide and addiciton.  Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
Roddy Doyle
2024/11/18
Chatting to Roddy Doyle felt like sitting down with an uncle you have known your whole life, but never properly gotten to know. He talked to me about his Christian Brother school days, how easy it is to dodge the public eye and gave his (very lovely) answer to “if laughter wasn’t the best medicine, what would be?”. His latest novel ‘The Women Behind The Door’, which is published by Hachette, is available in all good book shops. CONTENT WARNING: This episode contains conversation on the theme of corporal punishment. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
Charleen Murphy & Ellie Kelly
2024/11/11
I say it on the podcast and I'll say it here. These girls keep me young. I adore following Charleen and Ellie's journeys on instagram and so simply had to have them on the podcast. The girls host Hold My Drink podcast and are two of Ireland's most successful social media personalities. They are bright, bubbly and beautiful...the triple threat! But most of all, they are both so refreshingly relatable. I think you will love them.  Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
