Life doesn’t always go the way we expect, but what if our interruptions and obstacles are actually invitations from God? In week 1 of our Love Your Neighbor series, Dr. Donna Pisani helps us discover that we are not the Savior in the story; we are stewards of what Jesus has already done in us. As we remember how Jesus met us in our brokenness, we learn to see others differently, respond with compassion, and step into the opportunities God places right in front of us.

Easter invites us to wrestle with one powerful question: what if Jesus really is who He claimed to be? The empty tomb isn’t just a moment in history; it’s the turning point that set God’s plan of restoration in motion and changed everything for us. Because He is alive, we are no longer defined by sin, brokenness, or death; we’re invited into new life and real transformation. This Easter, we don’t celebrate a “what if." We celebrate the truth: He is alive, and He is alive in us.

In the final message of our Practicing The Way series, Pastor Aaron Alexander invites us to consider who or what is shaping our lives and challenges us to become intentional about our spiritual formation. He gives us practical ways to build a “rule of life” - one shaped by love, sustained by rhythm, and moved by the Spirit.

In week four of Practicing The Way, Pastor Angela Linz unpacks what it really means to “do as Jesus did,” reminding us that real faith produces real action, but only after true transformation. Through the story of Zacchaeus, we see how Jesus made space for people, spoke truth with love, and invites us to live from a place of being fully known and deeply loved.

In week three of our Practicing the Way series, Pastor Eric Sebastian explored what it means to become like Jesus through the process of spiritual formation. Looking at Matthew 16:24-25, he explained that discipleship requires us to say no to self, die to self, and live for Christ. Instead of constantly asking “What do I want?”, following Jesus means surrendering control of our lives and asking, “Jesus, what do You want?” True transformation doesn’t come from striving harder, but from daily surrender to the work God is doing in us.

In week two of our Practicing the Way series, we explored what it means to truly be with Jesus. While following Jesus often begins with practices like attending church, reading Scripture, and praying, real transformation happens when we learn to remain connected to Him. Drawing from Bible passages like John 15:1–4 and Romans 12:1–2, we see that abiding in Jesus means remaining, renewing our minds, and building rhythms that center our lives on Him. Through practices like contemplative prayer, we create space to be still and aware of His presence throughout our day. Ultimately, the goal of a life of prayer isn’t answered prayers; the true reward is Jesus Himself. 

In the first week of our Practicing the Way series, Pastor Eric unpacks Jesus’ invitation to come and find true rest by taking on His yoke. Salvation is received in a moment, but lasting rest is learned through a lifestyle of following, becoming like, and living on mission with Jesus.

In the final message of our Built to Last series, guest speaker Scott Wilson invites us to think beyond our lifetime and consider the legacy we are building. Through the promise in the Book of Malachi and the story of Elijah and Elisha, we were reminded that God’s heart is for generations to be connected and strengthened. The challenge was simple but powerful: let’s not let what God has given us stop with us. Instead, let’s intentionally pour into the next generation so the church grows stronger long after we’re gone.

In week two of our series "Built to Last," we looked at what it means to live out godly manhood. As David prepared Solomon to lead, he showed that real strength is not dominance but obedience to God. Both David and Solomon failed, which reminds us that our hope is not in trying harder, but in Jesus - the better King who obeyed perfectly and loved sacrificially. Because we are rooted in Him, we can be watchful, stand firm, be strong, and do everything in love.

In the opening message of our new series, Built to Last, Pastor Broc shares that great marriages don’t happen by accident; they happen on purpose. From the way Jesus lived and built relationships with those around him, we can see that humility is often the missing ingredient in marriages and relationships that last. As we grow in humility and take responsibility for our own growth, we'll see love deepen, conflict become healthier, and our relationships strengthened for the long haul.

In the final message of our series, The Devil Is a Liar, Pastor Robert teaches that hearing God’s voice flows from knowing Jesus, not mastering a spiritual formula. As we grow in relationship with Him, discernment and obedience become a natural response to His truth.

In Week two of our series The Devil Is a Liar, we follow Israel’s journey through both the Wilderness and the Promised Land to see how lies can shape us in seasons of struggle and comfort. We are reminded that God meets us in both, providing daily bread in times of crisis and calling us to faithfulness when life feels stable. No matter the season, the truth is the same: the Promised Land isn’t a place, it’s God’s presence with us, revealed fully in Jesus, the Bread of Life.

Join us in our new series, The Devil Is a Liar, as we step into the Garden and the Wilderness and ask an honest question we all face in moments of temptation: whose voice are we really trusting? We’re reminded that God is truth and always leads us toward freedom, while the enemy deceives by pulling us away from God’s Word with promises that sound good in the moment but don’t last. When we stay anchored in God’s truth, lies lose their power, and we learn to hear and follow His voice in every area of our lives.

This week in our Family Tree series, we talked about how real growth happens when we stay connected to Jesus, the true vine. We reflected on what it looks like to be a church that welcomes everyone, keeps Jesus at the center, and lives out His love in everyday ways through unity, generosity, and service. Let's move beyond simply showing up and instead choose to belong, participate, and invest in what God is growing among us.
