Suicide is the third-leading cause of death among student-athletes ages 15 to 24, according to the St. Louis Children’s Hospital. Matt  Hasselbeck (born September 25, 1975) is an American former professional football quarterback who played in the National Football League (NFL) for 18 seasons, primarily with the Seattle Seahawks. He played college football for the Boston College Eagles and was selected in the sixth round of the 1998 NFL draft by the Green Bay Packers.
