A United Front - The Power of One Accord | Derek Anglin
2026/09/29
In the final message of A United Front, Pastor Hunter Ramsey explores the power of being in “one accord” through the story of the early Church in Acts. When believers came together with one heart, mind, and purpose, it resulted in a move of God, multiplication, holy momentum, and a movement throughout their community. Pastor Hunter then connects that biblical picture of united generosity to what God has been doing at NewGrace through the Believe Campaign, sharing how people coming together have created room for ministry, families, groups, and future growth. The message reminds us that unity is more than simply being in the same place—it is believing, giving, serving, and moving forward together. God breathes upon a united front.
A United Front - Dealing With a Devil Named Division | Derek Anglin
2026/09/22
In the second message of A United Front, Pastor Hunter Ramsey addresses one of the enemy’s most effective attacks against the Church: division. Looking at Ephesians 4:1–3, we’re challenged to walk with humility, gentleness, patience, and love while making every effort to guard the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace. Division can enter through small cracks created by anger, offense, dishonesty, or unresolved conflict, but the Holy Spirit helps us shut those doors, search our hearts, and pursue unity with one another. Peace is possible when we choose to protect what God is building rather than give the enemy an opportunity to divide it.
A United Front - Jesus Wants Us To Be United | Derek Anglin
2026/09/15
In the first message of this series, A United Front, we look at Jesus’ prayer for His followers in John 17 and discover just how important unity is to Him. On the eve of His crucifixion, Jesus prayed not only for His disciples but for every person who would believe in Him through their message—including us. Jesus prayed that His followers would be one, reflecting the unity He shares with the Father. This unity is more than simply being together; it is something that develops and is perfected over time as believers grow together in Christ. But Jesus also reveals the purpose behind our unity: “that the world may believe you sent me.” Our unity is meant to be a witness to the world of who Jesus is and the love God has for His people. This message challenges us to understand that unity isn't optional for the Church. Jesus wanted His people to become completely one—to operate together as a united front so that the world could see the reality of the Gospel.
Fans VS Followers | Hunter Ramsey
2026/09/08
In Fans vs. Followers, Pastor Hunter Ramsey challenges us to examine the difference between simply being a fan of Jesus and becoming a fully devoted follower. Looking through Acts 2, we see believers whose lives were centered on Christ, His Church, and His calling. They lived with awe of God, devoted themselves to gathering and growing together, and carried their faith into their everyday communities. Pastor Hunter asks us to consider which lens we are looking through and challenges us to move beyond simply admiring Jesus to living as His followers—asking God to take us deeper, build our faith, and give us opportunities to share the Gospel.
The Danger of Unforgiveness | Drew Mathews
2026/09/02
In The Danger of Unforgiveness, we examine Jesus’ powerful teaching in Matthew 18:21–35 and confront a question every believer eventually faces: How many times do I have to forgive someone? When Peter asked Jesus if forgiving someone seven times was enough, Jesus responded with a standard that went far beyond keeping count. Through the parable of the unforgiving servant, we see the incredible contrast between the immeasurable debt God has forgiven us and the debts we often refuse to forgive in others. This message explores the danger of allowing unforgiveness to take root in our hearts. We are reminded that forgiveness doesn't mean allowing people to continually take advantage of us, but it does mean releasing others from the judgment we were never meant to carry. Because we have received mercy, we are called to give mercy. The message also challenges believers to stop trying to earn or recreate the forgiveness that Christ has already given. Jesus paid the debt we could never pay, offering us pardon, justification, adoption, and the ongoing work of sanctification. Unforgiveness can become a prison of our own making, keeping us trapped by the very thing we refuse to release. But when we truly understand the grace and compassion God has shown us, it should transform the way we respond to others. The question is not simply, “Have I been forgiven?” The question is: Has the forgiveness I've received changed my heart enough to forgive others?
The Anointing Makes The Difference - Week 2 | Derek Anglin
2026/08/25
What happens when the Holy Spirit's power comes upon a person's life? In this message, we continue exploring the anointing through the story of Saul in 1 Samuel 10 and discover how God's anointing distinguishes, dedicates, and makes us different. Saul's experience reveals that the anointing is purposeful, prophetical, powerful, and perceptible. God anointed Saul for a specific purpose, gave him prophetic direction, transformed his heart, and empowered him through the Holy Spirit. The Spirit didn't simply change what was happening around Saul—it changed Saul himself. What God poured into him began to flow through him, even affecting the way he spoke. The same Holy Spirit is available to God's people today. This message challenges us to pursue the fullness of what God wants to do in our lives, to desire spiritual gifts, and to allow the Spirit to flow through us in ways that impact others. When the Holy Spirit truly moves in a person's life, the change should become evident. People should be able to look at us and say, “Something happened to them!” Whether you need a first anointing or a fresh anointing, this message is an invitation to ask, seek, and knock—to receive the empowering presence of the Holy Spirit and experience the freedom that comes when His anointing makes the difference.
The Anointing Makes The Difference - Week 1 | Derek Anglin
2026/08/17
What does it mean to be anointed by God? In this message, we explore the biblical meaning of anointing through the story of Saul in 1 Samuel 10 and Paul's declaration in 2 Corinthians 1:21 that God “has anointed us.” From the Old Testament to the New Testament, we see that God's anointing sets people apart for His purposes and is fulfilled through the work of the Holy Spirit. Saul's anointing reveals that God's anointing is purposeful and prophetical. God anointed Saul for a specific assignment, and the Spirit of God came powerfully upon him, transforming his heart and marking him as someone set apart by God. But God's anointing also makes a difference in our lives. It distinguishes us, dedicates us, and makes us different as we walk in the purpose God has given us. This message challenges us to recognize what God has placed on our lives and to understand that there is an attack against the anointing God has given us. The question is not simply whether God has called us, but whether we will faithfully walk in what He has anointed us to do.
Are You Being Discipled? | Derek Anglin
2026/08/11
Are you being discipled? In this message, we look at Jesus calling Peter, Andrew, James, and John in Matthew 4 and discover three essential facets of discipleship: Decision, Development, and Duplication. Discipleship begins with a decision to answer Jesus' invitation to “Follow me.” But following Jesus doesn't stop with a decision—it is a lifelong process of being developed, built up, and established in the faith. The people we surround ourselves with matter, and healthy relationships with other believers should challenge us to become closer, stronger, and more faithful followers of Christ. But discipleship doesn't end with our own growth. Jesus called His disciples to become “fishers of men,” showing us that what God is doing in us is meant to be duplicated in someone else. As Paul said, “Imitate me, as I also imitate Christ.” Biblical discipleship is ultimately about living in such a way that we can say to someone else, “Follow me while I follow Jesus.” The question is simple but deeply important: Have you made the decision to follow Jesus? Are you being developed by other believers? And who are you currently helping become a disciple of Christ?
It's Time to Come Home - It's Party Time! | Derek Anglin
2026/08/04
In the final message of the It's Time to Come Home series, we discover that the story of the prodigal son has always been about more than one lost son—it reveals the heart of the Father and the joy of heaven over every person who comes home. Jesus told this parable in response to the Pharisees' criticism of Him welcoming sinners, revealing that while religion often resists grace, the Father always celebrates repentance. This message explores the Father's response to restoration and the invitation for every believer to join the celebration. Heaven rejoices when the lost are found, the Father throws the party, the restored son celebrates his new beginning, and the family is called to rejoice together. But Jesus also exposes the danger of a judgmental heart through the older brother, who refused to celebrate what the Father was celebrating. His response mirrored the Pharisees, reminding us that legalism can rob us of the joy of God's grace. As followers of Christ, we're called to reflect the Father's heart, not the older brother's attitude. Every salvation, every restored life, and every prodigal who returns is a reason to celebrate. When someone comes home to God, it's not just good news—it's party time.
It's Time to Come Home - You're Still Family! | Derek Anglin
2026/07/27
In week two of It's Time to Come Home, we shift our focus from the prodigal son to the heart of the Father. While the son returned home believing he deserved to be treated as a servant, the father responded with compassion, restoration, and celebration. Jesus paints a beautiful picture of our Heavenly Father's heart—a Father who never stopped looking, never stopped loving, and never stopped calling His children home. Through the father's embrace, the robe, the ring, the sandals, and the feast, we're reminded that repentance doesn't lead to rejection—it leads to restoration. God doesn't reluctantly receive us back; He runs to meet us, covers our shame, restores our identity, and reminds us that we still belong to Him. His grace is greater than our failures, and His love is stronger than our shame. If you've ever wondered whether you've gone too far or failed too greatly, this message offers hope: your Heavenly Father is still watching, still waiting, and still ready to welcome you home. You're not a servant trying to earn your place back—you are, and always will be, His child. You're Still Family.
It's Time to Come Home - Daddy Didn't Raise No Fool! | Derek Anglin
2026/07/21
In the first message of the It's Time to Come Home series, we revisit one of Jesus' most well-known parables—the story of the prodigal son—and discover that no matter how far we've wandered, God is always ready to welcome us home. Through the younger son's journey from rebellion and brokenness to repentance and restoration, we're reminded that sin may take us far from where we belong, but it can never erase what God has placed within us. This message explores the turning point in the prodigal's life: the moment he "came to his senses." The truth his father had planted deep in his heart eventually awakened him, leading him to realize that life apart from his father could never satisfy. Like the prodigal, many of us have experienced seasons of distance, shame, or rebellion, but God's invitation remains the same: Get up. Go home. Where you lost your way is where God is ready to meet you with grace. If you've been carrying guilt, living far from God, or wondering if you still belong, this message is a reminder that your Heavenly Father hasn't given up on you. It's time to come home.
The Struggle is Real | Drew Mathews
2026/07/14
In The Struggle Is Real, we dive into Galatians 5:16–25 and confront the daily battle every Christian faces between the desires of the flesh and the leading of the Holy Spirit. While the conflict is real, Paul reminds us that we don't have to be controlled by our old nature. Through Christ, we've been given the Holy Spirit, who empowers us to live differently and walk in victory. This message explores the two sides of that spiritual conflict: the destructive works of the flesh and the life-giving fruit of the Spirit. As believers, our lives will always reveal which direction we're walking. Rather than living for ourselves, we're called to cultivate lives marked by love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control as evidence of God's transforming work within us. The challenge is clear: crucify the flesh, keep in step with the Spirit, and stop settling for excuses that keep you from growing closer to Christ. Victory isn't found by trying harder—it's found by walking daily with the One who has already won the battle.
You Can't Out-Give God | Derek Anglin
2026/07/14
In this message from Luke 6:37–38, we discover a powerful Kingdom principle: you can't outgive God. Jesus teaches that the measure we use to give—whether through generosity, forgiveness, mercy, or compassion—is the measure that will be returned to us. Giving isn't simply about finances; it's a lifestyle of releasing what God has entrusted to us so He can use it to bless others and accomplish His purposes. This message explores three stages of becoming a generous follower of Christ: Openness, Obedience, and Overflow. True generosity begins with surrendering every area of our lives to God, continues as we faithfully obey His prompting to give, and grows into a life marked by joyful, overflowing generosity. Whether it's our time, talents, resources, encouragement, or finances, God invites us to become conduits of His blessing rather than containers that simply accumulate. As we trust God and release what He has placed in our hands, He faithfully provides in ways we could never imagine. The challenge is simple but life-changing: when God gives back to you, give it again. You'll discover that a life of generosity not only changes the lives of others—it transforms your own heart and reveals the faithfulness of a God who can never be outgiven.
Mirror, Mirror On the Wall, Who Is The Fairest of Them All? | Hunter Ramsey
2026/07/06
In this message from Philippians 3, we're challenged to take an honest look at the person staring back at us in the mirror. Like the Apostle Paul, many of us know the frustration of falling short of the people we want to be. Yet Paul's life proves that it's possible to move from "I'm missing it" to "I have finished the race" by becoming intentional in the way we follow Christ. Through Paul's words, we discover three areas that shape spiritual growth: being intentional in our focus, our formation, and our function. We learn to leave the past behind and fix our eyes on Jesus, allow God to form Christlike character within us instead of settling for outward appearances, and faithfully use our lives to impact others for His Kingdom. Spiritual maturity isn't about perfection—it's about continually pressing toward the One who first took hold of us. This message is an invitation to ask God to reveal who we really are, reshape us into who He has called us to be, and empower us to live lives that make an eternal difference. The greatest testimony isn't what God did through you years ago—it's what He's doing through you today.
Walk This Way | Thomas Lewis
2026/07/06
In Walk This Way, we explore one of the clearest pictures of the Gospel found in Ephesians 2:1–10. Paul reminds us that we all begin in the same place—dead in our sin, unable to save ourselves or earn God's favor. But because of His rich mercy and great love, God stepped into our hopelessness and made us alive with Christ. Salvation is entirely a gift of grace, received through faith. This message unpacks three life-changing truths for every believer: We are Saved by Grace through Faith, Seated by Grace through Faith, and Shaped by Grace through Faith. Through Christ, we are not only forgiven but given a new identity, a new position, and a new purpose. We are raised with Him, seated with Him in victory, and formed into His workmanship to live lives that reflect His glory. The Gospel doesn't simply rescue us from our old life—it transforms the way we walk every day. Grace changes our identity, empowers our obedience, and sends us into the world as ambassadors of Christ. If you've ever wondered what it truly means to live the Christian life, this message is an invitation to stop striving, receive God's grace, and walk in the new life He has prepared for you.
