Healing has been the foundation of this chapter for me. In this episode, I share what’s new and what I’ve learned along the way. It was emotional, but staying authentic to the journey has been important for me. Healing requires being honest with yourself, facing the layers you usually keep hidden, and building the version of yourself needed for your next chapter. ❤️

Sometimes, taking a break can provide us with an opportunity to fully immerse ourselves in the present moment, appreciate the space and opportunities that surround us, and make the necessary adjustments. It also enables us to reflect on the past, release what has what hurt us, and prepare for the future. It’s perfectly acceptable to embrace the life we’re living and express gratitude for the journeys we’ve taken. ❤️

Guarding your heart is biblical. But what does that mean? Why is it important? Well, for me, it’s important to understand that my heart is open but protected. When you have a heart for the people, it can be an easy target. Life isn’t perfect, and we cannot shield ourselves from everything, but it’s important to ensure that we put boundaries up and we stick to them. Our hearts are special, and we should always ensure we are guarding it from hurt, harm, and danger. ❤️

In this journey, we will sometimes long for a time in our lives that no longer exists or a version of ourselves we have grown beyond. It’s okay to hold on to those moments, but it’s equally important that you hold on to and cherish the moments and version of yourself you’ve grown into, as there’s nothing more precious than the present. ❤️

In this episode, I discuss various aspects of my healing journey. The culmination of this journey is embracing your authentic self and loving the person you’re becoming. ❤️

In this life, we know that growth doesn’t happen in a vacuum. We will live through a lifetime of memories, some good and some bad. But all of those memories make up who we are today. In this episode, I delve into some memories that have come to the forefront, and I express how I allowed myself to feel those feelings because it’s not always about the memories; it’s about who we were in those times, and sometimes that version of ourselves is someone to hold on to, even as we evolve. ❤️

You are not the sum total of your mistakes. Let your spirit wounds heal and allow yourself to grow beyond the moments you aren’t the proudest of. Take your time with yourself and let your mind be free, without the weight of your own judgement. ❤️

You have the right to change your mind. While staying true to your morals and principles is always important, it’s perfectly acceptable to change your mind. Break free from the constraints of staying the same. ❤️

Self love is the truest wealth. Teach the world how to appreciate you. ❤️

Self-care is self-love. That’s the message. Take a break, show yourself some love, and remember that self-care isn’t selfish. ❤️

What is that one thing you’ve always wanted to do? Think of something that makes you smile, something productive, something healing, or something that gives your life meaning. If you have that thing, make sure to pursue it! We’re not here just to be in this rat race; we’re called to fulfill our destinies and purposes while living our lives. We only get one life, so make sure you live it to the fullest. ❤️

Oh nothing, just bragging on my friends. Having a safe space in your friends and family is so important to this journey. Living this thing called life, we are having this human experience where we will have moments of joy, happiness and yes, even heaviness. But there’s something about your friends, the ones that will get you together when it’s needed, but love on you so deeply. It’s needed. It’s cherished. It’s loved. ❤️

This snippet delves into the non-linear aspects of healing. In this episode I acknowledge that the journey may not always be pleasant, but during those challenging times, I emphasize the importance of finding ways to stay encouraged and motivated. ❤️

Welcome to 2026! We made it to a new year.! This is my first episode of the new year. Just giving thanks for seeing a new year and what’s on the horizon for me during this journey. ❤️

New Year, New Me! Is it really? Let’s walk down the parts of the year that taught me the most and what I’m using to make my 2026 a great one. I plan to be a better me for myself and those around me in the new year. My advice? Take everything this year gave you, let it marinate today, and walk into the new year with a new found freedom to be best version of yourself, for yourself. ❤️
