Romans Vol. 1 - Coming Under Grace Before we can understand the solution Paul gives in Romans 3:21 and following, we must agree with his diagnosis in Romans 1:18–3:20 that our deepest problem is sin that makes us accountable to a holy God and subject to His wrath. The Book of Psalms Psalm 23 Psalm 42 invites us to wrestle honestly with our emotions and to consider how God intends them to function in the life of a believer. Man of God (Part 4) What we truly believe always shows up in how we live, because behavior is belief made visible, and when eternity and the reality of God become real to us, faithfulness stops being a burden and becomes a joy. Man of God (Part 3) We love stories of fighting men because God has wired men with an impulse to protect, contend, and persevere, but Scripture redirects that impulse away from destructive battles and toward the good fight of faith.
