Setting Up Your Office Space – Part 2 of 6 Bonus Replay
2022/06/23
In part 2 of the Mini Series, I take you through how to set up your office to be a productive environment, especially if you are working in a home office. Working from home has its own set of challenges – home schooling kids who always want snacks, packages being delivered during a recording, the inevitable dog or cat interruption during an important Zoom meeting (though they are super cute!). Tune in to learn how to minimize the distractions. This Mini Series is 6 bite sized trainings with actionable strategies to unclutter your office space, time and information. These are just a few of the pointers I offer in my From Fog to Focus coaching program. I decided to offer this series to honor the one year anniversary of the global pandemic. Even after a year of working from home, so many people are still struggling with balancing it all. Or they’ve returned to the office and even the simplest tasks of our day to day work has changed. I’d love to know what has helped you most in this mini series. But don’t worry, the podcast will still be here airing two mini series from the past two years. Then she shares her magical small group experience during Gail Larsen’s Transformational Speaking long weekend in Santa Fe. She also explains her plans for the summer and her work going forward. Share Your Story, Media Assets, and Skipping
2022/06/02
Donna Cravotta has been the expert in media assets long before Catherine met her a decade ago. Donna talks about how opportunities can be missed by not sharing your own story. She encourages you to have everything in place - your media kit etc - and why that’s so important. She also explains that when you hand the various pieces of your story to someone else to craft that other person will often see things you do not. We don’t always know which story is the one so we inadvertently leave gaps. When you can respond quickly and with the right assets it’s a BIG confidence booster.  Tune in to hear Donna’s story about the hand model and other client successes.  About Donna Donna Cravotta is the founder and CEO of Cravotta Media Group where they help authors and speakers cover their assets with custom designed story-driven marketing assets including book and speaker reels  And their version of a mix-tape, a reel that covers all of a client's highlights.  These can be used for pitching media, podcasts, speaking opportunities, and more.   Links: https://cravottamediagroup.com/ To learn more about your host, Catherine Avery: Productivity by Design To connect with Catherine: Productivity Breakthrough Session 9 *We are a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for us to earn fees by linking to Amazon.com and affiliated sites at no cost to you. Marketing Techniques, Big Ideas, and How a “Neatnick” and Disorganized Creative share Love and Business
2022/05/26
Ilene & Ted shared how she and Ted met and how they work together even though Ilene is a person with she believes undiagnosed ADHD and her husband is a list-maker and organizer "freak".  They also shared their insights into how small companies and solopreneurs can grow their businesses through marketing techniques that really work, giving several strategies that you can use right now. You’ll love hearing their stories of love and their varying viewpoints on running a business. And you’ll discover that two is way better than one when it comes to marketing brilliance! About Ilene Greene opened MarketShare Communications in 1986 to bring results-driven marketing and advertising services to small and middle-market companies in northern NJ and the NY/NJ metro area. In 1976, Ted founded Design Graphics, a print graphics and marketing agency in northern NJ, and in 2004, after reconnecting with Ilene, merged his company with MarketShare Communications. They became co-owners and grew the business into a digital marketing agency serving small and middle market clients and non-profits around the country. In October of 2008, Ilene was inducted into the NJ Advertising Club’s Advertising Hall of Fame and in March of 2009, was named one of New Jersey’s “50 Best Women in Business” by NJBIZ.  They are (they think) the only husband and wife marketing agency in the tri-state area…or maybe even further!
