EP 81 - Dare, Ditch and Dial: Rethinking the Way We Work with Cherie Mylordis
2026/09/17
What does it really mean to lead when the world of work is changing so quickly?
In this episode of the Limitless Leaders Podcast, I’m joined by Cherie Mylordis, a leadership, innovation, and change expert who believes purpose, courage, and curiosity can shape better ways of working.
Cherie’s career has taken her from helping deliver the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games to founding nextgenify and nextgenify Academy. Along the way, she’s continued to explore what helps people and organisations do meaningful work, adapt to change, and achieve extraordinary outcomes.
Together, we explore what it means to lead with purpose and courage, why you don’t need a title to be a leader, and how curiosity, connection, and optimism can help us create more meaningful workplaces. Cherie also shares her Work in 3D approach, including how extraordinary organisations Dare, Ditch, and Dial.
You can watch the podcast here, click the image below, or listen on your favourite platforms.
Key Takeaways:
You don’t need a title to lead. Leadership is about how you show up. Intention, integrity, curiosity, and contribution can have an impact at any level.
Purpose needs to mean something. Purpose should guide decisions, priorities, and culture. When people connect their work to something meaningful, it can fuel motivation and engagement.
Be a conscious curator. Stay curious, notice what is happening around you, learn from others, and consciously choose what you want to take forward.
Dare, Ditch, and Dial. Cherie’s Work in 3D approach encourages leaders and organisations to dare to think boldly, ditch what is no longer serving them, and dial up the practices that help people and businesses thrive.
Connection matters. Creating genuine connection helps build trust, contribution, and a workplace where people feel valued for more than their title or job description.
Optimism can be practised. Gratitude, exercise, meaningful connections, and focusing on what you can influence can help you stay grounded and optimistic, particularly during challenging times.
Growth often happens outside your comfort zone. Cherie shares how saying yes to opportunities before she felt completely ready, including her role with the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games, shaped both her career and her approach to leadership.

EP 80 - Exceptional Values, Exceptional Care
2026/08/20
In this episode of the Limitless Leaders podcast, Di Geddes and I dive into the profound importance of values in both life and leadership.
Di Geddes is the founder of Exceptional Care for You, an organisation providing amazing in-home care to those with disabilities, and those receiving aged care funding. She founded the business in 2021 after 35 years in nursing, as she wanted to provide a much higher level of care. She is the author of “Courage to be Me” and, along with being a great RG Dynamics client, a friend, and a quality human being making a difference to all of those around her, she uses her lifetime of challenges as opportunities to grow, and give back to the community.
Di shares how Exceptional Care for You was built on a foundation of five core values: teamwork, excellence, compassion, tolerance (openness), and commitment. We discuss how true leadership is a by-product of purpose, leading with the heart, and how defining and living by your values can help you make the toughest business decisions, including walking away from toxic client situations that do not align with your culture.
You can watch the podcast here, click the image below, or listen on your favourite platforms.
Key Takeaways:
Living your core values makes hard decisions easier. Di shares how Exceptional Care for You actively lives by their five core values: Teamwork, Excellence, Compassion, Tolerance, and Commitment. When decisions interlock with your values, it is a yes; when they do not, it is a clear no.
Compassion and empathy are essential muscles. For many clients in home care, carers might be the only people they see all week. Taking the time to step back, breathe, and put yourself in their shoes is a crucial part of human-centered leadership.
Commitment goes far beyond compliance. True commitment means having a sole purpose and being deeply motivated to show up for your clients and your team, rather than just showing up for a shift.
Finding the gifts in our greatest challenges. Di opens up about her personal journey through breast cancer, a difficult divorce, and financial rebuilding, proving that life’s hardest moments often provide the building blocks and self-belief needed to create a successful, purpose-led life.
The human element is irreplaceable. In a world increasingly driven by AI and automation, genuine kindness, emotional intelligence, and a “good heart” are the ultimate differentiators in business and leadership.
Self-belief is the foundation of growth. You only achieve when you step out of your comfort zone. Cultivating the self-belief to take risks is the key to stepping into strategic leadership and creating a meaningful impact.

EP 79 - From Survival to Limitless: Renée's Real and Raw Story of Moving Beyond Adversity
2026/07/24
We work in a fast-paced world filled with technological shifts, economic changes, and daily disruptions. Adversity and challenges are guaranteed to cross our paths, but challenging situations themselves aren’t the gift: it’s the lessons we extract from them that give us power. If we don’t embrace these lessons, we risk repeating the same patterns without growth.
In this deeply personal, unscripted solo episode, Renée opens up about her raw journey through extreme adversity over the last few years, including rebuilding her business after COVID-19, navigating 65 cancer treatments, and overcoming severe medical complications and a near-death experience. Moving far beyond traditional resilience, Renée shares how mindset, purpose, and self-awareness can take you from surviving to living limitlessly.
You can watch the podcast here, click the image below, or listen on your favourite platforms.
Key Takeaways:
The following tips and strategies will help you navigate adversity, find the lesson, and rise above challenges:
1. Realize that nothing is guaranteed
Audit where you spend your time and energy, ensuring you focus on what lights you up, and make choices that align with your well-being.
Create daily “happiness bubbles” by reflecting at night on three moments that made you smile or brought you joy.
2. Define your purpose and flip your values
Identify five things you refuse to stand for, such as stagnancy or status quo, and flip them into your five core values.
Anchor your life around your underlying purpose and the problems you love to solve for others.
3. Nurture real human relationships
Recognize that in an AI-driven world, your lived experiences, stories, and ability to connect at a human level are your greatest differentiators.
Embrace the “train theory” of relationships. Understand that while some people get off at certain stations, others are destined to ride with you forever.
4. Move through the 5 stages of adversity to become Limitless
Map your journey through the framework: transition from Surviving to Steadying, Strengthening, Rising, and ultimately becoming Limitless.
Ask yourself two critical reflection questions: “What is this adversity teaching me?” and “Have I allowed myself to rise, or am I staying in survival mode?“
5. Practice inward luxury and celebrate small wins
Focus on accessible, non-material self-care, such as proper rest, quiet moments, and scheduling non-negotiable health appointments.
Create a “Legends Folder” in your email to store positive feedback and wins, giving you an immediate mental boost when facing tough times.
By extracting lessons from challenges, you stack layers of learning that help you unlearn, relearn, and continuously evolve.
Don’t wait until a crisis has passed to look for growth. Reflect on your journey every day. Recognize where you sit on the path from survival to limitless, use your adversity as a catalyst for growth, and keep being limitless.

EP 78 - Journalism, Leadership, and the Art of Curiosity
2026/05/13
Great leadership is not just about technical expertise. It is about mastering the tricky people part. In this episode of the Limitless Leaders podcast, I sit down with communication and human skills expert, Leah Mether. Leah is the author of Soft is the New Hard and Steer Through the Storm, and she specialises in helping leaders regulate themselves under pressure, and navigate change with a practical, straight-shooting style.
She shares her fascinating journey from small town journalist to global thought leader, and reveals how the art of deep curiosity, and authentic connection can transform your leadership style.
Leah’s unique advice tackles the reality of leading teams through high pressure. This conversation is packed with actionable insights just for you if you have ever struggled with difficult workplace conversations, emotional regulation, or moving past old-school command-and-control management.
You can watch the podcast here, click the image below, or listen on your favourite platforms.
Key Takeaways:
The journalism advantage is essential for building corporate foundations. Building deep rapport, practising active listening, and honouring vulnerability as a gift lays the ultimate foundation for corporate leadership.
Soft skills are actually the hardest power skills to master. Emotional regulation and human communication are the toughest power skills to master but they are absolutely essential to replace outdated command and control management.
The reality of peopling requires a major shift in focus. Technical brilliance is no longer enough when you are promoted into a management role because your success now rests entirely on your ability to lead human beings.
Caring for your team is the core requirement of effective leadership. A candid reality check on why you simply cannot lead a team effectively to get their best work if you do not genuinely care about people.
Embracing your career pivot creates a more authentic presence. Embracing your personal backstory and multi-passionate nature allows you to develop an authentic leadership voice rather than putting on a forced performance.

EP 77 - Why Energy is Your Most Powerful Leadership Tool
2026/04/22
Leadership is about combining commercial business sense with a human, energetic sense. In this episode of the Limitless Leaders Podcast, I sat down with Gitte Madelaire, owner of Evoke New Leadership, visionary pioneer, and author of Energetic Leadership, to explore what leadership really requires in a world where employees demand more spiritual and sustainable business models.
Gitte challenges old, outdated leadership habits and invites a deeper conversation about what tapping into intuition really means in practice, moving us from “woo-woo” to “woo-hoo!”.
This conversation is a timely reminder that while modern life design often collides with outdated habits, it is our ability to pause, find stillness, and practice inner sustainability that creates clarity, connection, and meaningful impact. The leaders who thrive are not those trapped in the past, but the brave and curious ones who lead truthfully from the inside out.
You can watch the podcast here, click the image below, or listen on your favourite platforms.
Key Takeaways:
Walking on two legs is essential for balance. Merging our performance-driven, logical energy with our intuitive energy allows us to lead holistically with our head, heart, and gut.
Stillness is a leader’s secret weapon. Finding time to pause, be still, and tune into your unique leadership frequency is vital for inner sustainability and navigating the dance between the ego and the soul.
Energetic leadership rests on three pillars. True transformation requires foresight (looking out the window at future trends), personal development (grounding and presence), and business transformation (the courage to act on your purpose).
Curiosity and foresight drive high-performing teams. Teams that dare to be brave, curious, and responsible possess the awareness and ability to anticipate future trends and act upon them.
Small “energy snacks” create big shifts. Taking just 60 seconds to close your eyes, stepping into nature, or singing a song can profoundly boost your mood, presence, and energetic frequency

EP 76 - Celebrating 20 Years of Growth, Gratitude, and Grit
2026/03/25
Twenty years in business. It feels both significant and deeply humbling to say that out loud.
In this solo episode, I take a moment to pause and reflect on the journey. From leaving what I often describe as the “safe cocoon” of corporate life, to stepping into the unknown, and building RG Dynamics from the ground up. It was not a decision I made lightly, and like many of you, I did not have everything mapped out. What I did have was a strong sense that there was something more I was being called to do.
Over the years, there have been many highs, along with challenges, uncertainty, and moments where I have had to dig deep and reconnect with why I started in the first place. What has kept me going is not just the work itself, but the impact. Supporting leaders, working with teams, and helping create workplaces where people can truly thrive, communicate effectively, and lead with intention.
What I know for sure is this. It has never just been about building a business. It has always been about purpose. And while so much has evolved over the past two decades, that purpose has remained constant.
You can watch the podcast here, click the image below, or listen on your favourite platforms.
Key Takeaways:
Your vision becomes your anchor.
When you run your own business, there is no one else setting the direction. Your vision guides your decisions, especially during the uncertain moments.
Purpose must stay at the centre.
The way you deliver your work will evolve, but your why should remain clear. Purpose is what keeps you grounded through change.
Growth requires adaptability.
Over 20 years, I have seen industries shift, leadership evolve, and expectations change. Staying open and willing to adapt is essential.
Leadership starts with self-leadership.
You cannot effectively lead others if you are not willing to lead yourself first. Awareness, discipline, and resilience matter.
Relationships are everything.
At the heart of every successful business and every great leader is the ability to connect, communicate, and build trust.
Reaching 20 years in business is not just about longevity. It is about learning, evolving, and continuing to show up with intention. If there is one thing I hope you take from this episode, it is this: stay connected to your purpose, trust your vision, and keep growing.
As part of this milestone, I am hosting a complimentary live webinar to share the most powerful leadership insights I have learned over the past two decades. In today’s rapidly changing world, technical knowledge alone is not enough. The leaders who stand out are those who connect, communicate, and lead with genuine human intelligence.
In this 90-minute session, I will introduce the five essential behaviours of Leadership Intelligence every modern leader must master.

EP 75 - Beyond AI: Why Fully Human Leaders Thrive
2026/03/05
Artificial intelligence is accelerating at pace, reshaping how organisations operate and how leaders make decisions. Yet while technology evolves rapidly, the real differentiator is not intelligence alone. It is our ability to adapt, to think critically and to lead with humanity.
In this compelling conversation, I am joined by Tané Hunter, Founder of Future Crunch, and Dara Simkin, Founder of Culture Hero. Together, they are co-authors of the book Full Stack Human, a powerful exploration of cognitive bias, adaptability and what it means to lead consciously in complex environments.
We explore why adaptability is not a personality trait but a practice, why outdated leadership operating systems are becoming liabilities, and why being fully human is not a soft skill in an AI-driven world. It is the competitive advantage.
You can watch the podcast here, click the image below, or listen on your favourite platforms.
Key Takeaways:
Adaptability is not a personality trait. It is a practice that can be trained and strengthened.
AI can replicate intelligence. It cannot replicate human courage, emotional nuance or meaning-making.
Cognitive bias quietly shapes leadership decisions more than most executives realise.
High-performing teams are built on psychological safety, clarity and coherence.
Outdated leadership models that reward certainty and control are becoming liabilities.
Optimism grounded in evidence is not naïve. It is strategic.
The leaders who thrive do not prove they are brilliant. They create environments where others can be.
Being fully human is not a weakness in business. It is the competitive advantage.

EP 74 - Lead Your Own Health: Breast Density and Early Detection with Professor Wendy Ingman
2026/02/12
As leaders, we often take responsibility for others long before we prioritise ourselves. We show up, push through, and trust that doing the right things will be enough. But when it comes to our health, especially women’s health, awareness and self leadership can be life saving. In this episode of The Limitless Leaders Podcast, I sit down with Professor Wendy Ingman for a conversation that invites us to lead ourselves first. Tune in as this interview could save a life.
Following my own breast cancer diagnosis in 2024, this discussion explores breast density, early detection, and why informed awareness, asking questions, and advocating for yourself are some of the most important leadership decisions you will ever make. Prof. Wendy is a leading breast health researcher at the University of Adelaide and the founder of Informd, a not-for-profit dedicated to educating women and communities about breast density and breast cancer screening.
You can watch the podcast here, click the image below, or listen on your favourite platforms.
Key Takeaways:
Breast density matters more than many women realise. Prof. Wendy explains what breast density is, how common it is, and why it can make breast cancer harder to detect on a standard mammogram.
You cannot feel breast density. It is identified through imaging, which is why asking about your breast density after a mammogram is an important act of self leadership.
Self advocacy saves lives. We discuss why trusting your intuition, asking questions, and seeking further investigation when something does not feel right is critical, even when results appear clear.
Breast awareness over rigid checking. Knowing what is normal for you, including changes in your breasts and under your arms, supports earlier action without creating unnecessary fear.
Screening is a leadership decision. Australia’s breast screening program is a powerful, free resource, and showing up for regular screening is one of the most practical ways women can lead themselves well.

EP 73 - Think Human. Lead Smarter. Partner with AI. with Bethan Winn
2026/01/20
Leadership is not about having all the answers. It is about learning, teaching, and thinking well together. In this episode of the Limitless Leaders Podcast, I sat down with Bethan Winn, speaker, facilitator, and author of The Human Edge, to explore what leadership really requires in a world shaped by speed, AI, and constant noise.
Bethan, founder of Human Skills Co, challenges that assumption and invites a deeper conversation about what critical thinking really means in practice.
This conversation is a timely reminder that while technology continues to evolve, it is our human thinking, judgment, presence, and ability to reflect that create clarity, connection, and meaningful impact. The leaders who thrive are not those who outsource their thinking, but those who strengthen it.
You can watch the podcast here, click the image below, or listen on your favourite platforms.
Key Takeaways:
The real leadership risk is not artificial intelligence, but outsourced thinking. When leaders hand over judgment, reflection, and decision-making to speed or technology, clarity and accountability erode. Strong leadership requires confidence in one’s own thinking.
The human edge is now a critical leadership advantage. Skills such as critical thinking, presence, curiosity, courage, and humility are no longer optional. They are what enable leaders to navigate complexity, uncertainty, and change with clarity and confidence.
Great thinking depends on the conditions leaders create. Physical space, mental space, and unhurried space are essential for quality thinking. Exhaustion, distraction, and constant urgency undermine decision-making and culture.
AI works best as a thinking partner, not a replacement for human responsibility. Used intentionally, AI can challenge assumptions, support reflection, and expand perspective. Leadership still requires ethical judgment, emotional intelligence, and the ability to respond in the moment.
Thinking only matters if it leads to action. Reflection without action creates stagnation, while action without thinking creates chaos. Limitless leaders balance both, turning insight into progress for themselves, their teams, and their organisations.

EP 72 - Less Is More: The Power of Subtraction with Donna McGeorge
2025/12/07
As leaders, many of us are constantly juggling competing priorities, overflowing inboxes, and days that feel fuller than ever. It is easy to believe that adding more tasks, more tools, and more effort is the answer. But what if true productivity comes from doing less? In this episode of the Limitless Leaders Podcast, I sit down with productivity expert Donna McGeorge to explore the transformative power of subtraction. Together, we unpack how simplifying our work, our decisions, and our routines can create more space, clarity, and impact.
Donna McGeorge is a speaker, author, and productivity specialist who blends behavioural science with practical, human centred tools that help individuals and teams work smarter. Her approach reframes productivity from a race toward more into a purposeful practice of stripping back what does not serve us so we can focus on what does.
You can watch the podcast here, click the image below, or listen on your favourite platforms.
Key Takeaways:
Why subtraction leads to stronger leadership. Donna shares how removing unnecessary complexity, instead of adding more layers, often leads to better decisions, clearer focus, and stronger performance. When we eliminate the noise, we make room for what truly matters.
Letting go of busy as a badge of honour. We discuss how many of us fall into the trap of equating busyness with productivity. Donna encourages us to shift from asking how much can I fit in to asking what can I let go of to create greater value.
The surprising power of constraints. We explore how setting boundaries, time limits, and clear priorities can unleash creativity and drive better results. Limitations are not restrictions. They can be powerful catalysts.
Simplifying decisions to reduce overwhelm. By streamlining the choices we make each day, we free up mental energy for more meaningful work. Donna explains how decision fatigue chips away at our productivity and how subtraction helps us reclaim clarity.
Rethinking meetings through the lens of less. We talk about how meetings do not need to be longer, fuller, or more frequent. They need to be more intentional. Donna shares simple ways we can reduce meeting overload while increasing effectiveness.
Creating space through rhythms and rituals. Together, we explore how predictable habits help simplify our days, reduce stress, and support both performance and wellbeing. When we build structure that works for us, we subtract confusion and add clarity.

EP 71 - Energise for Connected Leadership and Wellbeing with Tim Jack Adams
2025/09/29
In this episode of Limitless Leaders Podcast, I sat down with Tim Jack Adams, a pioneering voice in human sustainability, someone who believes that energy, connection, and purpose are just as vital as performance. Tim is the founder of GreenX7 and creator of the Battery Check, a science-backed tool used by leading organisations. His book Energised distils over a decade of research and lived experience into a practical framework for leaders and cultures that endure.
Together, we explore what it means to lead sustainably, how connection and wellbeing fuel leadership, and why having fun and nurturing relationships are essential to thriving both personally and professionally.
You can watch the podcast here, click the image below, or listen on your favourite platforms.
Key Takeaways:
Purpose is foundational: Living true to yourself, understanding why you do what you do, is where sustainable energy and leadership begin.
Sleep, movement & nutrition matter: Without rest, physical health, and good nutritional habits, other aspects of wellbeing and leadership performance suffer.
Mindset shapes everything: Shifting from scarcity, limitation, or external expectations to a growth mindset empowers you to make choices and evolve.
Measure your wellbeing: Tools like the Battery Check provide clarity and visibility around your wellbeing in areas like purpose, sleep, fun, mindset etc. Sharing how you’re doing can support accountability and mutual support.
Connected leadership: Leadership comes from how you show up, not just the title. It’s a blend of heart, intuition, emotional intelligence, and integrity.
Small practices in tough times matter: When life gets messy, simple routines like shared check-ins, small acts of fun, nature immersion, and awareness help recharge and rebuild.

EP 70 - The EQ Advantage with Amy Jacobson
2025/08/17
In this insightful episode of the Limitless Leaders Podcast, I’m joined by the brilliant Amy Jacobson, Emotional Intelligence and human behaviour specialist, speaker, and author of The Emotional Intelligence Advantage: Mastering Change and Difficult Conversations.
Amy is on a mission to simplify E.I. and help leaders and teams understand how their emotions impact performance, communication, and connection. With a deep background in corporate leadership and a passion for decoding human behaviour, she shares why E.I. isn’t just a buzzword, it’s a game-changer.
You can watch the podcast here, click the image below, or listen on your favourite platforms.
Key Takeaways:
Amy is a sought-after media commentator who’s mission is to break down misconceptions around E.I., help people to increase their emotional intelligence and create purpose-driven teams who get results.
Emotional intelligence is not soft, it’s strategic. It drives leadership impact, team performance, and trust.
Emotions aren’t bad. They just need regulation. Feeling them is essential, but looping or overreacting can derail outcomes.
Connection is core. EQ helps leaders build true rapport, especially in diverse, hybrid, and fast-paced workplaces.
Self-awareness is the starting point. Take a moment to pause, reflect and ask, “How am I feeling right now?”
Leadership is about people, not just performance. EQ helps leaders move from process-driven to purpose-driven.

EP 69 - The Power of Care with Dr. Siew Fang Law
2025/07/06
As leaders, we often pour so much into others, our teams, our organisations, our missions, that we forget to pause and check in with ourselves. In this episode of the Limitless Leaders Podcast, I sat down with Dr. Siew Fang Law, CEO and Co-Founder of Bento Box of Care, to explore what it truly means to lead with balance, care and deep connection.
Dr. Siew Fang Law is an educator, mediator and leadership coach with over 20 years of experience across higher education, nonprofit and international development sectors. Her expertise spans social psychology, peace psychology, conflict resolution, DEI and root-cause therapy.
You can watch the podcast here, click the image below, or listen on your favourite platforms.
Key Takeaways:
This conversation was a timely reminder that leadership is not just about doing more. It is about showing up with presence, purpose and a genuine connection to who we are and what really matters.
Balance is created, not found. True balance is built through intentional choices that sustain care for self and others.
Self-care fuels your best self. Leadership thrives when we give from a full cup, not from what’s left over.
Resilience means bending, not breaking. Challenges like burnout and bias can build inner strength when met with reflection and care.
C.A.R.E. is a daily anchor. Consciousness, Action, Reciprocity, and Equilibrium guide aligned and compassionate leadership.
Care spans four dimensions. Lead with intention through self-care, relational care, a culture of care, and soul care.
Balance isn’t selfish, it’s essential. You can’t be present for others if you’re not present for yourself.
Boundaries matter. Rest, reflection, and saying no are part of sustainable success.

EP 68 - Renée Giarrusso - From Burnout To Brilliance
2025/05/15
Over the last 12 months, I’ve been navigating one of the biggest personal challenge of my life—cancer treatment. While it’s tested me physically and emotionally, it’s also reinforced the importance of purpose, energy, and connection. I’ve continued working throughout, not because I had to, but because I deeply believe in what I do and the impact it has. That experience inspired this solo episode of the Limitless Leaders Podcast, where I explore how we can move from burnout to brilliance—especially in a fast-changing, high-pressure world.
Burnout is more than just feeling tired. It’s a depletion of energy—physically, mentally, emotionally, socially, and spiritually. And it’s more common than ever. In this episode, I unpack five practical strategies that I’ve used (and shared with clients) to restore energy, build self-awareness, and lead with greater intention.
Whether you’re leading a team, running your own business, or simply trying to keep up with life, these insights will help you reconnect to what matters and recharge in a sustainable way.
You can watch the podcast here, click the image below, or listen on your favourite platforms.
Key Takeaways:
Here are the 5 key strategies I shared:
1. Normalise Mental Health Conversations
As leaders, it’s up to us to notice when someone isn’t quite themselves. High emotional intelligence means checking in with curiosity—asking “What do you need?” instead of “Are you okay?” These moments of genuine connection create trust and psychological safety.
2. Practice Sustainable Habits
It took me 19 years in business to realise—we never finish everything in one day. I’ve learned to design boundaries, build in recovery time, and encourage deep work. It’s not about doing more, but doing what matters with energy and clarity.
3. Adopt a Gift Mindset
Challenges come with lessons—if we’re willing to see them. I live by this philosophy and encourage teams to do the same. Sharing the gifts from our challenges not only helps us grow, but also creates a survival guide for others.
4. Reconnect with Your Energy Score
Rate your energy—physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and socially—from 1 to 5. Where are you at? When was it last a 5? What were you doing then, and how can you bring more of that back? Self-awareness is the foundation of sustainable success.
5. Redefine What Support and Success Look Like
Saying no is sometimes the most supportive thing we can do for ourselves. I now limit my weeknight events to two, so I can show up where I’m needed with full presence. This boundary protects my energy and helps me lead with clarity and purpose.

EP 67 - Success Curiosity - What Is it For You?
2025/03/28
Join me in this Limitless Leaders Podcast episode featuring a conversation with Andy Reid, a renowned auctioneer, high-performance coach, author, and speaker. As the Director of Apollo Auctions Victoria, he manages a full-service auctioneering company serving more than 130 real estate agencies in Victoria.
Andy’s purpose is to make success more accessible by making knowledge and information more relatable and real. His first book ‘Success Curious’ is written in a way that takes success off the pedestal and into reality for those that feel like success isn’t for them.
You can watch the podcast here, click the image below, or listen on your favourite platforms.
Key Takeaways:
For Andy, success isn’t for the few. It appears to be constantly seen as something that the few possess because of how ‘hard’ it is to achieve success. But for him, if we have enough good reasons, then success isn’t difficult at all for anyone.
In order to be taken seriously, you need to take yourself seriously.
Own who you are, and be content with who you are not.
Believing in your own credibility can be a reoccurring challenge. Your concern can be of your own making.
Listening to too many opinions when you’re on the rise can be detrimental.
Instead of constantly chasing the next big idea, recognize your unique role. Translate big ideas into something the world can understand and embrace.
Challenges, especially in mental health, can be a catalyst for self-reflection, growth, and a deeper understanding of life.
Following your gut and saying yes to the right opportunities can shape your journey and personal growth.
Taking full accountability for your actions is empowering and brings a sense of freedom.
