Spring Beginnings | March 19th 2026
2026/03/19
The Slow Thaw A soft musing leading up to the Spring Equinox. Not about blooming. Not about rushing forward. Just a quiet moment to notice what is beginning to soften… in its own time.
The Intelligence of Your Nervous System
2026/03/11
Many of us have been taught that nervous system regulation means simply “calming down.” But your nervous system is far more intelligent and far more complex than that. In this episode, we explore the foundations of Polyvagal Theory, developed by neuroscientist Dr. Stephen Porges, and the accessible “ladder” framework taught by therapist Deb Dana. You’ll learn about the three primary nervous system states—connection, mobilization, and shutdown—and how your body moves between them throughout the day as it continually asks one essential question: Am I safe enough right now? Through gentle explanation and a somatic meditation, this episode invites you to listen to the signals of your body with curiosity instead of judgment. Your nervous system isn’t broken. It’s adaptive. It’s protective. And it’s always trying to help.
Full Moon Clarity | March 1st 2027
2026/03/03
A Full Moon Ritual: Gentle Illumination This short full moon practice is an invitation to pause. The light is growing. The season is shifting. And under the steady glow of the moon, we take a moment to notice what has quietly come to completion. No dramatic release. No forcing clarity. Just soft illumination. Through a gentle reflection and guided meditation, you’re invited to sit, see what’s true, and set down what feels complete, with steadiness and care. Let the light reveal. Let yourself respond gently. Happy Full Moon + March 1st Friends ✨️💗🌕
Where Clarity Meets Care | February 23rd
2026/02/23
This month we’ve been exploring what it means to create space, both internally and externally, so clarity has somewhere to land. In this episode, we move into the relationship that makes that possible: the relationship you have with yourself. How do you speak to yourself when things feel uncertain? How do you treat yourself when you’re overwhelmed, tired, or unsure? Through a gentle reflection and guided meditation, we practice becoming our own most loyal companion and responding with steadiness, care, and respect instead of criticism or pressure. This isn’t about perfection or indulgence. It’s about partnership. When you treat yourself like someone you deeply cherish, space feels safer… and clarity arrives more naturally. Settle in. All of you belongs here. 🌿 Update: New episodes are now released on Monday evenings small shift to support a more sustainable, steady rhythm moving forward 💛
Heart Composting | Making Room for Clarity
2026/02/08
If you’ve been feeling restless, numb, or internally crowded, this episode is a slower reset. The bulk of this recording is a guided meditation focused on aerating the heart, not clearing it out, but allowing what’s there to transform. We’re practicing regulation, not retreat. Tending, not bypassing. Clear space internally. Let clarity land in its own time.
Holding Steady | Part 2
2026/02/07
In this bonus episode, we go deeper. If the middle feels heavy right now, personally, seasonally, collectively ... this is for you. Instead of bypassing with forced positivity or collapsing into hopelessness, we explore a steadier way forward: metabolizing the weight. In this episode: • What it actually means to metabolize emotional heaviness • How to let energy move instead of storing it • The difference between devotion and denial • And how to let love lead without falling into illusion This isn’t about pretending things are light. It’s about building the capacity to stay anchored when they’re not. Softness without collapse. Clarity without force. Love without delusion.
Holding Space for the In-between | Part 1 | February 1st
2026/02/01
In this episode, I talk about liminal spaces , why they feel uncomfortable, why they stretch us, and how we can move with that heaviness instead of trying to outrun it. We’ll explore: • Why this season feels heavier than we expect • What to do when your nervous system feels saturated • How to narrow your focus and create steadiness • And how to let energy move through you instead of defining you This conversation sets the tone for the rest of February, where we’ll gently expand on these themes of spaciousness, circulation, and tending to ourselves in uncertain times. There will be a bonus episode dropping later this week, where we’ll go a little deeper into how to metabolize heaviness and create grounded clarity without forcing change. For now, take a breath. You’re not alone You’re in the middle. And the middle is allowed to feel this way.
January Closing: Rest, Depth + Letting Life Land (A Journaling Session)
2026/01/25
As January comes to a close, this episode is a warm, reflective musing on what happens when we slow down enough to truly rest, not just to recover, but to integrate. When we give ourselves time to soften, life becomes less surface-level… and more meaningful. This episode is part conversation, part journaling session. You’re invited to pause, reflect, and write along with gentle prompts as we explore the connection between rest, depth, and emotional processing. We’ll also explore the many forms of rest, including physical, mental, emotional, social, sensory, creative, and spiritual...snd how the right kind of rest can help you feel more present in your own life. In this episode: •Rest as integration (not lost time) •Why we feel “stuck” when we don’t slow down •The different types of rest (beyond laying down) •Gentle journaling prompts + reflection pauses •A softer way to carry rest forward into the next season Bring a journal, a cozy drink, and lets settle in 💛❄️🕯
Warm Winter Yoga Nidra (NSDR) — Deep Rest + Reset
2026/01/18
This episode is a warm, dreamy Yoga Nidra practice designed to help you soften, settle, and restore. We begin with a gentle introduction to Yoga Nidra and NSDR (Non-Sleep Deep Rest), what they are, how they support the nervous system, and why this kind of rest can be so powerful in winter. Then you’ll be guided through a 20 (ish) minute deeply restorative Yoga Nidra to calm the body, quiet the mind, and invite true repair. You’re welcome to simply listen, drift, or fall asleep, your body will still receive the benefits. In this episode: • What Yoga Nidra + NSDR are + how they help •A 20 minute guided practice for nervous system reset •Deep rest, grounding, and gentle winter restoration A perfect practice for evenings, weekends, or anytime you need to come home to yourself.
Resting Without Guilt | Part 2
2026/01/13
Rest as Receiving: The Intelligence of Allowing This extended meditation deepens the practice of rest by shifting from stopping to receiving. In Part Two, we explore rest as an act of trust. Learning how to let the body be supported without vigilance, justification, or expectation of repayment. This is a slow, embodied meditation that invites the nervous system to soften its grip and remember what it feels like to be held. Rather than effort or instruction, this practice centers on allowing: allowing support, allowing stillness, allowing the pause to do its quiet work. In this episode, you’ll explore: •The difference between stopping and truly receiving •Why rest can feel unfamiliar or uncomfortable •How the body naturally knows how to soften and repair •Releasing the belief that rest creates debt Rest as remembering what has always been safe and available A gentle, spacious practice for winter or any time you need permission to receive without explanation.
Resting Without Guilt | Part 1
2026/01/11
Resting Without Guilt | Part One Winter invites a different rhythm, one of restoration, repair, and remembering. Yet for many of us, slowing down can bring up guilt, restlessness, or the feeling that rest must be earned. In Part One of this two-part offering, we explore rest as intelligence, not laziness. Through gentle reflection, body-based awareness, and a guided meditation, this practice invites you to soften vigilance, release productivity-based worth, and allow rest to do the quiet work it’s meant to do. This is not about forcing stillness or fixing yourself. It’s about changing your relationship to rest. In this episode: •Why rest often feels uncomfortable or undeserved •Winter as a season for repair rather than performance •Releasing guilt tied to productivity and worth •A short grounding practice to support true rest ✨ Part Two will offer an extended, deeper meditation — drops Monday, January 13th A supportive practice to return to whenever you need permission to pause.
Becoming + Beginning Again
2026/01/04
This return episode arrives with January and the first full moon of the year, a season often filled with pressure to decide and move forward. Instead, this practice offers a quieter invitation. Through reflection and a guided, body-centered meditation, we explore becoming as a slow, organic process rooted in winter wisdom. This is not about starting over, but beginning again , by tending what’s already here. In this episode: • Reframing January as a season of inward tending • Becoming without force or urgency • The body as a source of wisdom and guidance • A nervous-system-supportive dreamscape meditation A grounding practice to return to whenever you need to slow down and listen.
