Forget🧠💨
2026/10/26
FORGET WHAT YOU THOUGHT YOU KNEW. 🗣️🔥 Some of y’all don’t need another sign. You need to listen, learn, and actually apply the lessons life keeps putting in your face. 😭 This episode of $Flawed$ is about spiritual growth, accountability, self-worth, discernment, and letting go of the people and habits keeping you stuck. Stop seeking validation. Stop ignoring the lessons. Stop complaining about what you refuse to change. You want a different life? Then do something different. And while you’re working on yourself, remember the babies who need food, the people who need help, and the community we can uplift if we stop spending all our energy on b******t. 🎙️ $Flawed$ — Forget what you thought you knew. Learn what you need to know. Then MOVE accordingly. 🖤 Now tell me: What lesson did life have to teach you more than once? 👀
Mehhh, just another Tuesday 😊

The main message is that inspiration and tough love can go hand in hand, but not every episode has to be about correcting somebody. Sometimes you need encouragement, a little humor, and a reminder to get moving. Other times, you need somebody to lovingly cuss you out and motivate you to do what you need to do. You're also sharing your vision for how you want people to experience $Flawed$—as something they can listen to after their horoscope for a dose of real-life motivation.
Continued Grief
2026/10/13
Grief Part 2: Healing Without Losing Yourself Grief doesn’t just live in your emotions—it can affect how you sleep, how you feel, and how you move through life. In this episode, I’m talking about healthy ways to process grief, childhood trauma, colorism, boundaries, spirituality, and learning to speak up for yourself. I’m also opening up about losing someone who left a lasting impression on my life and learning how to honor that connection while navigating the pain of their absence. You don’t have to pretend you’re okay. You just have to find a way to keep going without abandoning yourself in the process. 🎙️ This is $Flawed$—real conversations, uncomfortable truths, and healing in our own damn way. Tell me: how do you cope when life hurts and you don’t have the words to explain it? 🖤
Ongoing issue
2026/10/13
Protect the Ones Who Can’t Protect Themselves In this episode of $Flawed$, I’m talking about the disturbing reality of abuse against disabled individuals, children, and the elderly—and the people and systems that fail to protect them. As a parent and advocate, I’m talking about vigilance, accountability, and why protecting the vulnerable cannot be optional. Because one person’s failure to protect can leave lifelong trauma. Watch your babies. Advocate for your people. Believe them when they speak. And never assume they’re safe just because you trust the system. This episode is raw, unfiltered, and coming straight from the heart. 🖤
The Grief of Life & The Grief of Death
2026/10/08
Grief ain’t just about death. Sometimes you’re grieving a person. Sometimes you’re grieving your health, your old life, your future, or the version of yourself you had to leave behind. In this episode, I’m talking about losing someone I cared about, the anger that comes with grief, chronic illness, losing my parents, and the people who are always strong for everybody else—but nobody checks on them. Because sometimes we’re grieving and don’t even realize it. So check on your people. Check on yourself. And find a way to grieve without destroying yourself in the process. Now be honest… what are you grieving that you’ve been pretending you’re okay with? This is $Flawed$. 🖤
Bipolar Topics Episode
2026/10/01
And Somehow It All Connects Welcome to the episode where I refuse to put everything into neat little categories. 😂 This is what I call my “bipolar episode”—not bipolar in the mental-health sense, but because the topics are about to jump all over the damn place and somehow, you’re supposed to keep up. We’re talking social media, curating your feed, distractions, spirituality, energy, dating, communication, finding your voice, parenting, learning, disabilities, self-worth, business, promoting yourself, music, intuition, signs, obedience, purpose, and whatever else decided to walk through the door while I was talking. Because honestly? Life is like that. One minute you’re trying to curate your social media feed, and the next you’re realizing you need to curate your LIFE. What you consume matters. What you give your attention to matters. Who you allow around you matters. And sometimes that one little distraction you decided to entertain can pull you completely away from what you were supposed to be doing. Then somehow we end up talking about dating. 😂 Then parenting. Then teaching kids how to actually function in the world instead of doing everything for them. Then learning how to use your voice. Then spirituality. Then music starts sending messages. Then I’m telling you about something my mother told me to do that had me looking at her like, “Ma’am… you want me to go talk to WHO?” And somehow… it all connects. This episode is about paying attention to what you’re consuming, what you’re creating, what you’re avoiding, who you’re becoming, and whether your actions actually match the life you’re saying you want. I’m also talking about why you need to stop waiting for people to understand your vision before you move. Promote yourself. Learn the skill. Ask the question. Use the resources. Teach your children. Find your voice. Trust your discernment. And if something keeps showing up in your life, maybe stop ignoring the damn message. This is $Flawed$. It’s random. It’s spiritual. It’s educational. It’s personal. It’s funny. It’s probably going to make you question how the hell we got from social media to music frequencies to parenting in the same conversation. But that’s the point. I’m not breaking this shit into five podcasts just because y’all can’t keep up. 😂 Pause it. Come back. Take notes. Whatever you gotta do. Just keep up. You Wanted the Walk. Now Walk It.
2026/09/27
You Wanted the Walk. Now Walk It. Sometimes you have to separate yourself—not because you hate anybody, but because you know yourself well enough to recognize when something, somebody, or somewhere is no longer good for you. In this episode of $Flawed$, I’m going back to my roots and talking about the part of spirituality people don’t always show you: the ugly part. The lonely part. The part where you have to sit still, listen, separate yourself, lose things, learn things, and actually WALK the path you keep saying you want. Because it’s easy to admire somebody else’s spiritual practice, their titles, their altars, their gifts, their community, or the life they seem to have built. But you don’t know what they had to sacrifice to get there—and your path was never supposed to look exactly like theirs anyway. I’m talking about knowing when to disconnect, listening when spirit tells you to sit your ass down, learning the difference between being friendly and being called to guide somebody, and the uncomfortable reality of being placed in situations you never would’ve chosen for yourself. And yes, we’re talking about being careful what you ask for. Because sometimes you ask for help, and somebody shows up for a season. You ask for purpose, and suddenly your old life doesn’t fit anymore. You ask for spiritual growth, and then you’re confronted with the parts of yourself you didn’t want to deal with. You ask for the calling, but forget that the calling comes with WORK. This is me ranting, laughing, talking shit, getting spiritual, getting personal, and reminding you to stop trying to live somebody else’s customized path. Your life is customized for YOU. So if you’re asking for the walk, baby… Walk it.
Lust vs Desire Rant
2026/09/26
What’s the difference between being lusted for and being desired? Because baby… there’s a difference. 👀 In this episode of $Flawed$, I’m talking about shooting your shot, what gets my attention, communication, consistency, and why I’m not interested in somebody who only wants access to my body. I want to be desired — mind, body, soul, and spirit. We’re talking attraction, companionship, boundaries, healthy desire vs. toxic possessiveness, and knowing what the hell you actually want. Because wanting somebody is one thing… But wanting to KNOW somebody? That’s different. So let me ask you: Would you rather be lusted for or desired? 👀 And if you want to be desired… why are you still entertaining people who only lust after you? Yeah… we got some shit to talk about. 😂 🎙️ $Flawed$ — press play and tell me what you think. 🖤
Manpressed
2026/09/23
What happens when you’ve been taught your entire life that being strong means never admitting you’re hurting? In this episode of $Flawed$, we’re talking about the emotional walls so many men are taught to build — especially our melanated men. “Man up.”“Don’t cry.”“Handle your shit.”“Be the provider.”“Be the protector.” But what happens when the person everyone depends on needs somebody to depend on? We’re getting into vulnerability, trauma, emotional health, relationships, community, spirituality, and what it really looks like to create space for men to say “I’m not okay” without feeling ashamed of it. Because being strong doesn’t mean you never break.Being a provider doesn’t mean you never need support. And asking for help doesn’t make you less of a man. Sometimes you need to talk.Sometimes you need to cry.Sometimes you need therapy, prayer, journaling, a walk, your spiritual practice, or just somebody willing to sit beside you without judgment. And if you love a man who carries everything on his back, this episode might make you think differently about what it means to check on him. 🎙️ $Flawed$Because we’re all a little flawed… and there’s still shit we need to talk about. 🖤
Ego Death
2026/09/18
Not heeding to warnings beacons destruction. Have a funeral for the ego before it kills you.😒
Trauma🤓
2026/09/05
This episode is about recognizing the difference between being stuck in your past and allowing your past to teach you where you’re going next. Because healing isn’t about becoming perfect. It’s about becoming free. 🖤 Welcome to my perfectly flawed life.
Dismissive and Distractions
2026/08/23
Well, it’s in the title… Start knowing the difference in distractions😊
Eww…Try to think positive 🙄
2026/08/17
Although life happens, either you can make it worse than what it is or make it better. I’m going over a series of events that would have anyone crashing out, but it could be several times worse. Just think before you react and look for the positives in the situation. It will be corrected in time through gratitude, a fresh mindset, revising your actions ,and patience.
F🖕🏾ck They Perception 💀
2026/08/09
Stop trying to change the way a person sees you; worry about how you see yourself.😒 🖕🏾 Them people disrespectfully.
Manipulation…and synonyms🙄
2026/07/25
Hmm 🤔… Idk what you should know about this, but at this age we all should know what, who, and when these tactics are used or even how it affects us.
