Another week another pod this one is without our 3rd member who is in Nashville hanging with Jelly Roll (enjoy Darren!) but that doesn't mean you don't get a duo! BUT FIRST.....We talk ball.Darren went 10-6 in week 1 to win the week and start strong, Greg and Sterling each went 6-10. Well it's a new week. TNF is Lions vs. Bills in what many (not really) said might be a SB preview, we have what is now a really big game in New England and Pittsburgh on Sunday, and then of course Jacksonville and Denver + the Primetime games featuring the Rams flying back the day before! Enjoy!

Week 1 is almost in the books (we still have the Chiefs and Broncos tomorrow, I love football!). But we cover everything thus far to this point a rundown here before you watch this video:Patriots lose a weird one in Seattle with a horrible Maye performanceSan Francisco shows preparation still matters down under and dominates the SB Favorite Rams (Myles Garrett to the IR)The Bills and Texans look like they are going to play again in JanuaryThe Packers look worrisome, the Jags look good, Lamar is back, and Bucs and Bengals was very odd!Caleb Williams and the Bears hung 59 on the PanthersHerbert played like he does not remember last nightThe Lions got by by the hair of their mane, Mike McCarthy is eating a victory smorgasbord, and the Giants show one year makes a difference. We talk about all of that and more!

Sterling and Darren break down the big game and discuss the historic season from the Seattle Seahawks and the heartbreak Sterling has suffered seeing his team lose in the big game. Thank you for another great season of BSQB everybody!

NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS VS. SEATTLE SEAHAWKS GAME ON! Greg, Darren & Sterling talk about the big game and preview the damn thing with the cantor of 3 bulls in an antique china shop! They give their picks (I BET you can guess who is picking who) and then jump into their favorite props and ohhhh do they have a lot of favorite props! Enjoy the big game everybody!

Darren is sick but powering through! Can't say the same for GREG! We talk about a bunch of things mainly the hall of fame and coaches because next week we start our SB preview. Don't say we don't feed the fans! This is charity!

Sterling is live on site in Denver where he battled the frigid weather, frostbite, hypothermia, and a blizzard to see his beloved Patriots make the Super Bowl revenging the loss against the Broncos from 2016 that he was at as well. He is very happy (of course!!). Darren who is budgeting much smarter was not on the scene in Seattle to watch the NFC Championship and Greg is in Italy so we had nobody on scene to discuss the Seahawks vs. Rams game however we both watched it and we have takes. What a great game. Super Bowl 60 is set. We are getting a rematch of Super Bowl 49 but these teams are so much different. Enjoy a very fun episode of a very happy fella and a very supportive friend and co-host!

WE ARE IN THE FINAL 4 LADIES AND GENTLEMEN! 3 games of football remain and my favorite team and Greg's favorite team remain how bout that! Your favorite cohost will be on site in Denver getting footage of the AFC Championship, Darren will be watching on a TV, and Greg is doing an spaghetti cooking class in a very underrated American-Italian town... Yelm, Washington! We discuss all our favorite props and preview both games! We are ready I cannot wait to watch these game! PLAYOFF ATS Records & Best Bets Sterling: 6-4 / 2-0 Greg: 3-7 / 0-2 Darren: 5-5 / 0-2 AI wrote the following on the platform we use to record as an episode description. 1) How is it so bad; 2) it's funny: In this episode of Backseat Quarterbacks, host Sterling is joined by Darren Gregory to discuss the excitement surrounding Conference Championship weekend in football. The conversation kicks off with a light-hearted banter about their teams' performances, particularly focusing on the Packers' disappointing playoff exit. As they delve into the upcoming games, they analyze the matchups, including the Patriots against the Broncos and the Seahawks versus the Rams, sharing their predictions and insights on player performances and coaching strategies. The trio emphasizes the importance of defense and the potential impact of key players, while also engaging in humorous exchanges about their personal experiences and opinions on the teams involved.

Sterling is joined by a very special first time guest on this SUPER JAM PACKED BONUS episode of BSQB!! Introducing Matt St. Jean (@mattstdream on Twitter/X)! Matt is a member of The Pats Nation Pod with CLNS Media and a contributing writer for Pats Pulpit. We spend the episode breaking down the Patriots reaching the AFCCG after a long 7 year drought! It feels good to be back! Before patting our boys on the back we give some finishing takes on the Divisional matchup against Houston, and talk about what's needed on both sides of the ball to beat this Broncos team and avoid being upset in Denver like in past matchups at this mile-high venue. At the end we discuss our Heated Rival (no relation to the Amazon Prime show) Buffalo Bills firing Sean McDermott and where they go from here after another disappointing end to the season for Josh Allen and Co. Very fun episode and thank you to Matt for joining!
