Creating Intentional Ambition with Dave Werth
2026/10/22
I had the opportunity last week to sit down and have a candid conversation with Dave Werth, who is a business and life coach who works with ambitious people building demanding businesses, amongst many other things.
As an ambitious person himself, he found that on his path without having an intention behind his ambition, he was working 24/7 and gaining the physical results to affirm that he should keep going. It wasn't until he started experiencing panic attacks that he began to question whether or not he was living in alignment with what truly mattered to him. This experience is the inspiration behind is coaching business today, helping others create intention for their ambition so they can create the results they desire, without sacrificing their life along the way.
In our chat, we discuss:
Dave's path from being extremely driven and on overdrive, to a more balanced life
Why perspective is everything
The practices he uses to stay on track amidst the culture of burnout
The one thing we must have in order to create change in our lives
He has also generously offered to our listeners an opportunity to checkout The Intentional Ambition Assessment. Dave says that a lot of ambitious people are very clear about what their business is building, and a lot less clear about what it's building in the rest of their life. This is a quick, honest look at both. You can take the quiz by accessing the link below.

My hope is that after listening, you gain a nugget of wisdom to create more alignment in your own life, as you pursue your big ambitions. Enjoy!

Clarifying Spiritual Concepts and a Reminder That You Can't Do it Wrong
2026/10/15
In today's episode, I wanted to discuss some of the nuances that come with the spiritual path. For example, the difference between patience with life vs. waiting for your desire to come, following alignment vs. just doing what is familiar, even if unhelpful, and wanting to improve your life vs. coming from the energy that you need fixing. If you're anything like me, it can be tough to know where you stand sometimes, so I wanted to offer some clarification that can support you to recognize the areas where you may be coming from one angle, but desire to shift into another.
Also, a reminder as always that you can't do it wrong. I think sometimes that we are all rivers, meant to rapid, change, and flow, but we're pretending that we're lakes, meant to stay the same, never move, or change. This analogy is representative of how we integrate spiritual concepts into our lives. There is no finish line, and we will continue to apply what we know at a deeper and deeper level. Similar to a baby learning to walk. They are doing the best they can with what they have. They might take a few steps and fall, then get back up again. No judgement, no shame or guilt, or wishing it was different. Just continually learning to walk, is the best way to describe our intention with the spiritual path.
My hope is that after listening, you feel less pressure to 'get it right' allowing yourself to just live, and also receive some clarity and support on where you stand when it comes to the concepts we explore while navigating our spiritual path. Enjoy!

What Growth Actually Looks Like
2026/10/08
For some reason, majority of us have been taught that growth is a linear process, that happens one step at a time, and generally feels comfortable without fear. What I've come to realize on my own journey is that growth is the exact opposite of that. Most of the time, we are given the next step ahead of us, unsure of what is to come, whether or not we're crazy or if what we're doing will actually work, all the while, we're releasing old identities and limiting beliefs making us feel uncertain and confused.
While nobody truly knows the exact step by step process, I'm sharing with you in this episode my own personal perspective. In the episode I discuss:
What the process of growth actually looks like
How to navigate the uncertainty and discomfort
Why it is all apart of the process, and nothing has gone wrong
Inspiration to keep going, even when appearances are not making any sense
My hope is that after listening, you feel less confused and more supported as you continue you on your growth journey, ultimately remembering more and more the truth of who you are and have always been. Enjoy!

The Present Moment is All we Ever Have
2026/10/01
This is not the first time you've heard this phrase I'm sure, however, it can be so hard to actually grasp and more importantly, live, that we can bypass it and just keep looking for what we're looking for, when what we're looking for has been here all along.
On my journey, getting ahold of this concept, that all we ever have or desire is found in this present moment, felt so challenging because it goes against the very programming so many of us are operating from. The idea that our good is somewhere other than here, it is out there in the future, keeping us from enjoying the now. After studying and practicing the value of the present moment, I can assure you, that you don't have to wait for your peace, it is here now. In today's episode I discuss:
Why the present moment seems so tough to understand and live
How to grasp what living in the present moment looks like
Why what we desire is found in the now, not somewhere in the future
Why when practices aren't working isn't a bad thing
How to soften the pressure on your life journey
My hope is that after listening, you feel more connected, supported, and reminded that you can't do it wrong, you'll never get it done, and that you'll always be taken care of - even when you can't see it. Enjoy!

How to Create Your Own Meditation Practice, Especially if You Think You're Bad at it
2026/09/24
If you've ever thought that you're bad at meditation, then this episode is for you. So many of my clients have told me this over the years, and it is simply impossible to be true. You can't be bad at something that is meant to be practiced. There is no end goal or destination, it is a thing that you develop an ongoing relationship with. Sometimes its powerful and life changing, and sometimes my mind won't stop and I can't wait for my timer to go off. There isn't a right or wrong way to do it, so let's just clear the air right there. Inside the episode, I share:
My own journey with meditation
Why it can feel so tough to begin and stick with a practice
How to navigate the mind chatter that can get loud
Why there's no such thing as being ‘bad’ at meditation
How to begin developing your own practice
What meditation has brought to my life
If you're looking to create more peace and connection to your inner wisdom, then this episode will support you in doing just that.

2026/09/17
This may be with life or another individual, but it can be apart of our life experience that can seem very frustrating and hopeless. I have had my fair share of challenges throughout my life, and the tips and tricks I share inside today's episode have truly brought me more peace and understanding as to what these challenges are trying to offer me. Inside the episode I discuss:
How we actually experience all people and circumstances
How triggers and challenges can serve us vs. harm us
Ways to inquire what the experience is trying to show you
Why we hold the power to shift the way in which we see a challenging person or experience
Practical tips and practices to support you in navigating your challenging relationship

How to Soften the Pressure we Put on Ourselves
2026/09/10
There are times in our lives when we put so much pressure on ourselves to make something happen, change something, or to figure out what comes next that even the things that are meant to support us can start to feel heavy and burdensome.
In this episode, I’m sharing a grounded conversation about softening that pressure and allowing yourself to be exactly where you are. We’ll talk about noticing what you’ve decided needs to change before you can feel okay, and remembering that you can want more for your life without making where you are today wrong.
I’m also sharing one of my favorite reminders from Abraham Hicks: you’ll never get it done, and you can’t get it wrong. There will always be another desire, another experience, another way to grow and expand. You don’t have to wait until everything falls into place to relax and enjoy your life.
Sometimes, you can simply stop trying so hard, trust the unfolding, and let yourself live.

What Does Abundance Actually Mean?
2026/09/03
I recorded this episode on my 40th birthday, and it felt like the perfect opportunity to reflect on the decade behind me and think about what I want this next chapter of my life to be about.
For so much of my 30s, achievement was a huge focus. Building the career making the money, reaching the next goal, and while I’m incredibly grateful for everything I created during that time, somewhere along the way, what I wanted started to shift. As I step into my 40s, I’m less interested in asking, What else can I achieve? and much more interested in asking, What makes me feel most alive?
In this episode, I'm sharing what I’m ready to leave behind, and what I want to carry with me into this next decade. I’m also sharing more about my decision to step into my work as an Abundance Coach and what abundance actually means to me. Because yes, I believe we are allowed to make more money with greater ease, but abundance is so much bigger than money. It’s having the time, freedom, peace, connection and presence to actually enjoy the life you’re creating. It’s allowing yourself to want more without constantly believing you need to achieve more first.

Why Slowing Down Can Feel So Tough
2026/08/28
You know you’re exhausted. You know you need a break. And yet, when you finally have the opportunity to slow down, your mind keeps going.
In this episode, we’re exploring why slowing down can feel so difficult, especially for if you consider yourself a high achiever who is used to being capable, responsible, and always thinking about what needs to happen next.
We’ll look at the thoughts and beliefs that can keep you stuck in a cycle of pressure, doing, and not enough, including the quiet belief that if you stop pushing, something might fall apart. I’ll also share a simple practice to help you uncover what may be driving this pattern in your own life and begin creating a different relationship with slowing down. Because the goal isn’t to become less ambitious or stop wanting a big, beautiful life. It’s learning that you can want more while also experiencing more peace, ease, and fulfillment along the way.

When You Don’t Know What’s Next | How to Find Your Way Through a Life Transition
2026/08/19
There are seasons of life when what used to feel familiar no longer fits, but what’s next hasn’t fully revealed itself yet, and that in-between space can feel incredibly uncomfortable. Our brains want certainty, and so we want to know the plan, how it’s all going to work out, and preferably, we’d like those answers as soon as possible, but life transitions often don’t work that way.
In this episode, I’m sharing how to navigate these seasons with more trust and less pressure to have everything figured out. We’ll talk about:
Why uncertainty feels so uncomfortable
Releasing the pressure to figure out what’s next
Using your ideal day and core values to reconnect with what matters most
Trusting that the next step will be revealed when you need it
Why stillness on the outside doesn’t mean nothing is happening underneath the surface
Giving yourself permission to take your time, change your mind, and not know yet
You don’t need to see the entire path. Your job is simply to stay connected to yourself, listen for what feels true, and take the next step as it becomes clear.
Whenever you find yourself thinking, I just don’t know, try asking: What would I know if I did know? Then allow yourself to begin there.

You Are Surrounded by Love | A Healing Meditation
2026/08/19
There are moments when life feels heavy, when fear feels louder than love, or when we simply feel disconnected from ourselves and from the deeper presence that is always here. Whether you're looking for a physical or mental healing, this meditation is an invitation to come back, and reconnect with the light and love that exist within you, and all around you.
You don’t need to figure anything out while you listen. You don’t need to fix yourself, change how you feel, or force yourself into a more positive state. Simply allow yourself to be here and receive. Together, we’ll gently move out of the noise of the mind and back into the truth beneath it all: you are not separate from love. You never have been.
Come back to this meditation whenever life feels heavy, you’re caught in fear or overthinking, or you simply need a reminder of what is still here underneath it all.
Put your headphones on, find somewhere comfortable, and give yourself these next few moments to come back home to yourself.

The Mid-Year Reset | Reconnect With What Matters Most & Finish 2026 Strong
2026/07/27
If you have found yourself wondering where the first half of the year went? Or feeling like life hasn't unfolded quite the way you thought it would? If so, this episode is for you.
Originally recorded as a live workshop, The Mid-Year Reset is an opportunity to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most before stepping into the second half of the year. Together, we'll explore why feeling "off track" doesn't mean you've failed, what may actually be keeping you stuck, and how to create momentum without relying on pressure, hustle, or burnout. We'll also talk about one of the most important shifts we can make: learning to stop postponing our lives until our dreams arrive.
Because while your dreams matter, so does today.
If you're ready to reconnect with your vision, trust yourself more deeply, and finish the year with greater clarity, intention, and peace, I hope this conversation serves you.
Inside this episode:
Why feeling "off track" doesn't mean you've failed
What may actually be keeping you stuck
How to reconnect with what matters most
Creating momentum without pressure or burnout
Why your life isn't waiting for you on the other side of your dreams
A simple framework to move through the rest of the year with greater clarity and intention

Finding Peace in Uncertainty with Ellie Workman Pulido
2026/07/01
What happens when the life you know changes overnight? In this episode, I'm joined by Ellie Workman Pulido for a heartfelt conversation about loss, uncertainty, resilience, and learning how to trust life when the path ahead isn't clear.
After losing her home in the Palisades fires, Ellie found herself navigating a season she never could have anticipated. Together, we explore what it looked like to move through grief, let go of certainty, and continue showing up for life one day at a time.
What I appreciated the most about this conversation is Ellie's willingness to meet such a profound loss with openness, honesty, and grace. Rather than resisting what had happened, she shares how she learned to work with what was in front of her, finding moments of meaning, connection, and even peace amidst the uncertainty.
Throughout our conversation, we discuss the reality of grief, the ways loss can feel isolating, and how life's most difficult seasons often invite us into a deeper relationship with ourselves, with others, and with life itself.
Inside this episode:
Navigating grief after an unexpected loss
Learning to live with uncertainty
Finding meaning in life's most challenging seasons
Why acceptance is not the same as giving up
The freedom that can come from releasing the need for certainty
Trusting yourself when you don't have all the answers
Recognizing the support that exists even in difficult moments
Continuing to move forward when life looks different than you imagined
If you've ever experienced loss, change, uncertainty, or found yourself asking, "How do I move forward from here?" I hope this conversation reminds you that you're not alone.

The Truth About Success, Burnout & Putting Joy First | With Laura Conley
2026/06/24
Have you ever achieved something you thought would make you happy, only to realize you still weren't fulfilled? Or found yourself attaching your worth to the results you're creating, believing that if you could just accomplish enough, achieve enough, or get the outcome you wanted, then you could finally relax?
In this episode, I'm joined by Laura Conley, who is the founder and CEO of Laura Conley Coaching and creator of The Yummy Mummy Weight Loss Method, a coaching program that helps women lose weight for the last time without obsession, restriction, or starting over every Monday. During our time together, we have a powerful conversation about success, burnout, joy, and what it truly means to create a fulfilling life.
Laura shares how a launch that didn't go as planned helped her recognize just how much of her identity had become attached to her results. What initially felt like a failure ultimately became one of the greatest gifts because it gave her the awareness to separate who she is from what she achieves.
We also talk about her experience with burnout, why she chose slow as her word of the year, and the importance of putting joy first instead of waiting for some future outcome to finally allow ourselves to enjoy our lives.
Inside this episode:
How to recognize when your worth has become attached to your results
Why a "failed" launch became one of Laura's greatest teachers
What burnout taught her about success and fulfillment
Why slow is her word of the year
The importance of intentionally prioritizing joy
How to stop postponing your life while pursuing your dreams
The reminder that peace, love, and fulfillment aren't waiting at the finish line
If you've ever felt caught between pursuing your goals and enjoying your life, this conversation is for you!
