Turn Around | Burning Words
2026/09/27
The first step toward God is often admitting you've been headed the wrong direction. Most people want God to bless their current path instead of changing it.
About the Series:
We live in a world full of voices competing for our attention. But volume doesn't equal truth. In Burning Words, we'll hear from voices in Scripture whose messages still speak to the struggles we face today-calling us from compromise to conviction, fear to faith, and wandering back to God. Because God's truth doesn't change with culture... and some messages are too important to ignore.

Sent on Purpose (Release) | One Church / One Mission
2026/09/21
Every follower of Jesus is sent by Jesus. Many believers believe ministry belongs to pastors, when Scripture says every believer is called to the mission.
Church isn't where the mission ends. It's where the mission begins.
About the Series:
Church can easily become something we attend, something we fit into the schedule, or something we evaluate by what we get out of it. But Jesus formed His Church to be a people united by the Gospel, growing together and carrying His mission into the world around them. The Church is God’s Plan A to bring hope to the world. There is no Plan B.
In One Church / One Mission, we’ll rediscover why we gather, why the one who is far from God still matters, how we grow into mature disciples, and what it means to live sent. At Mount Pleasant, that means we Reach not yet believers with the love of God. We Raise disciples who are becoming more like Jesus every day. We Release people to live boldly for Him right where they are.
This series is an invitation to see our place in that mission more clearly and take the next step God is calling us to take, right where we are.

Built to Grow (Raise) | One Church / One Mission
2026/09/14
Healthy churches don't just make converts. They make disciples. Spiritual maturity doesn't happen accidentally. It requires intentional growth.
Following Jesus isn't about knowing more. It's about becoming more like Him.

The One Still Matters (Reach) | One Church / One Mission
2026/09/08
God's heart has always been for the one who is far from Him. It's easy to become comfortable with the people already inside the Church while forgetting those still outside it.
We never lose sight of the one because Jesus never lost sight of us.

Gathered for a Reason | One Church / One Mission
2026/08/31
The Church doesn't gather out of habit. We gather because God is forming a people who will change the world. It's easy to mistake attending church for being the Church.
We don't gather to fill a room. We gather to fuel the mission.

Leave Something Behind | Built to Stand
2026/08/24
Success is what you accomplish. Legacy is what remains after you're gone. Many men spend their lives building things they can't keep while neglecting people who will outlive them.
The greatest thing a man can leave behind is not wealth, but faith.
About the Series:
The world doesn’t need perfect men. It needs godly men who refuse to drift. In a culture offering countless, and often conflicting, ideas about manhood, Scripture calls men to something better: courage over passivity, responsibility over apathy, humility over pride, sacrifice over selfishness, and character over compromise.
Throughout this four-week series, we’ll look at what it means to stand firm in our faith, win the battles within, take responsibility, and build a legacy that points others to Jesus. Because when men live like Jesus, families grow stronger, churches become healthier, and future generations are changed.

Take Responsibility | Built to Stand
2026/08/17
Godly men don't make excuses. They take ownership. Our culture celebrates blame-shifting while biblical manhood embraces responsibility.
Real men don't ask, "Who's responsible?" They ask, "What can I own?"

Win the War Inside | Built to Stand
2026/08/10
The greatest battle a man fights is not around him. It's within him. I Many men spend their lives conquering careers, hobbies, and goals while being defeated by their own desires.

Don't Drift | Built to Stand
2026/08/03
Nobody wakes up one day and decides to wreck their life. Men drift there one small compromise at a time. Most men aren't intentionally walking away from God. They're simply drifting away from Him.
Drift is natural. Standing firm is intentional.

God With Us | When God Doesn’t Explain Himself
2026/07/27
God's ultimate desire has always been to dwell with His people. We long for God's presence, but our sin separates us from a holy God. How can sinful people approach a holy God?
After rescuing Israel and establishing His covenant with them, God gives Moses detailed instructions for building the Tabernacle… a place where His presence would dwell among His people. Every part of the Tabernacle tells a story. The gate, the sacrifice, the altar, the laver, the lampstand, the bread, the veil, and the Ark all point to humanity's greatest problem and God's ultimate solution.
The Tabernacle revealed two truths that seem impossible to reconcile: God is completely holy, and God desperately wants to be near His people.
What began as a tent in the wilderness ultimately points to Jesus Christ, the One who became the final sacrifice, tore down the barrier of sin, and made access to God possible for everyone.
The story of Moses ends with God's glory filling the Tabernacle. The story of Jesus ends with the veil being torn. And the story of every believer is the invitation to live in the presence of God.
God's greatest gift is not an explanation. It's His presence.
About the Series:
Life is full of questions we wish God would answer. Why did the diagnosis come? Why did the relationship end? Why did the opportunity disappear? Why does the waiting continue when we've prayed for so long?
Most of us want explanations, but throughout Scripture, God often offers something different. Instead of revealing the entire plan, He invites us to trust Him one step at a time.
The life of Moses is a powerful example of that kind of faith. From being born into slavery and raised in a palace to leading God's people through impossible circumstances, Moses repeatedly found himself in situations that didn't make sense. Yet through every season of uncertainty, God was present, faithful, and at work in ways Moses couldn't fully see.
In this series, we'll follow Moses' journey and discover what it means to trust God's character when we don't understand His timing, His methods, or His plans. Because faith isn't trusting God when He explains Himself. Faith is trusting God when He doesn't.
Join us as we learn that the most important question isn't, "Do I understand what God is doing?" but "Will I trust Him anyway?"

Draw the Line | When God Doesn’t Explain Himself
2026/07/20
God's commands are not about restriction. They are about transformation. Culture views freedom as doing whatever you want. God teaches that true freedom is found in becoming who He created you to be.
After rescuing Israel from slavery, God brings them to Mount Sinai. Before giving them instructions for living, He reminds them that they already belong to Him. The Ten Commandments were never intended to earn God's favor. They were given to shape God's people.
God rescues us before He reforms us.

Hemmed In | When God Doesn’t Explain Himself
2026/07/13
Sometimes God leads us into situations that only He can get us out of. When circumstances become impossible, we often assume God has abandoned us when He may actually be positioning us for a miracle.
The Israelites find themselves trapped between Pharaoh's army and the Red Sea. From a human perspective, there is no way out. Yet what appears to be a dead end becomes a defining moment of trust as God demonstrates His power and faithfulness.
God's greatest displays of power often happen when our options run out.

It's Not Yours | When God Doesn’t Explain Himself
2026/07/05
God cannot fully use what we refuse to surrender. We often trust our identity, influence, resources, abilities, and reputation more than we trust God.
God asks Moses a simple question: "What is that in your hand?" The staff represented far more than a walking stick. It represented Moses' identity, livelihood, security, and influence. Before God would use Moses, He first required surrender.
What you place in God's hands becomes far more powerful than what you keep in your own.

Holy Ground | When God Doesn’t Explain Himself
2026/06/28
God often interrupts ordinary moments to accomplish extraordinary purposes. Most people want God to reveal the entire plan before they obey, but God usually gives the next step instead of the full picture.
After forty years in the wilderness, Moses encounters God in a burning bush. What appeared to be an ordinary day becomes a life-changing encounter. God reveals His holiness, reminds Moses who He is, and calls him into something bigger than himself.
Calling begins when God becomes bigger than your excuses.

Not Forgotten | When God Doesn’t Explain Himself
2026/06/21
Even when God seems silent, He is still working behind the scenes. It's easy to believe God has forgotten you when your circumstances don't make sense, your prayers feel unanswered, or your life isn't going according to plan.
Moses was born into oppression, hidden in a basket, raised in a palace, guilty of murder, and eventually living in obscurity in the wilderness. None of it seemed connected. None of it seemed purposeful. Yet God was using every chapter to prepare Moses for what was coming next.
God's silence does not mean God's absence.
