I have recently returned from a holiday in Thailand. My first time visiting, and it was not only beautiful for so many reasons but also interesting for many reasons I had not even considered.  It is a different world compared to the UK, no doubt about it, and there are certainly many Thai customs and habits we in the UK would not entertain. But during my 2 weeks stay I didn’t complain … I done things Thai style. I recently had my birthday and turned 64 years old. Don’t ask me where those years have gone … I have been busy living my life, navigated the ups and downs, and experiencing some amazing things. Hindsight and reflection can cause us to feel bad, disappointed and even upset, especially when we feel we could have done or said things differently during certain situations.
