I know it's been a while since I've published some real content, you guys. I am so sorry that life has been so dramatic and has fluctuated so much that I felt like I couldn't put out anything on the show, but guess what?!  I'm back! What's up Perceptionists! This week we will be covering a topic that has definitely become front and center in the last few years. While just about everyone of us has heard of this syndrome, I was incredibly surprised by much of the information I came across in my research. A couple years ago, ADHD was thought to just effect young boys at an early age and then they would eventually grow out of it; however, they have discovered that this is definitely not true! Only 1 out of every 8 people with the disorder actually grow out of it and it appears that men and women are actually effected equally; women do have the distinction of often being misdiagnosed with anxiety or mood disorders which only look at the symptoms of what they're experiencing. ADHD can be broken down into three subsectors: Inattentive type, hyperactive/impulsive type, and a combined type. Women tend to fall under the "inattentive" type that are typically symptoms internalized whereas men tend to externalize their symptoms and fall under the stereotypical hyperactive type. There is so much information in this episode and I guess I sort of nerded out after discovering that so much of what I have dealt with in life actually had terminology that explained how my brain sort of short circuits haha.  Anyway, enjoy the show everyone and don't forget to add me on social media under @artemisia.awen on IG and Tiktok or by reaching out to my email: [email protected]. What a beautiful reminder that mindset is everything! Love is everything! We are being reminded that we have a choice to view the world as trying to harm us and live with that mindset, or we can view it through the lens of infinite opportunity and potential! Maiden, Mother, Crone energy LET’S GO!

Blessed Winter Solstice and final weeks of 2022! The energies are literally coming in HOT for this reading, and honestly, we’re being asked to take a moment to ourselves. We are going to be receiving information from all directions and the lesson above all is to grant ourselves the chance to think before acting. To respond and not react! Additionally, we are seeing a spectrum of energies moving in two directions with the way we handle all of this bombardment of info. 1) We choose a new way of responding and choose to open up to others and gather the insights, strengths, skills, and support of those close to us. That we TRUST that these potential “enemies” actually can be ALLIES.♥️ 2) We essential double down on the path we’re on and accept what it is we may have to sacrifice in order to achieve. That if we choose the path of “if we want it done right we gotta do it ourselves”, we may feel unlucky emotionally and potentially even isolated, burdened, and bitter💔 Whatever decision fits our current situation, take a moment to let the initial rush of emotions pass before we make any decisions. Hi everyone! Welcome back to Perceptionists Anonymous! This week I picked up on some sort of waves of themed energy we’re going to be riding this week and it’s looking good! We may begin the week with a sense of heaviness and feeling plagued by the details of the last while, but mid week we will be given a chance to see what is starting to show the beginning of the end and what this “death” is going to give way to. What opportunities are going to come from this ending if only we don’t get caught up in the dramatics and feeling bad for ourselves? What ways can we channel our inner Queen of Swords and use this fierce independence and strength to learn and push our goals? We’re in it dudes; we got this!
